2. Relay Workflow period Allocations based on work days rather than natural days (i.e Exclude Weekends)

   When assigning a task in relay you can assign the period in days associated to the task. at This point in time this does not allow the option to assign such days to working days but only natural days. Therefore if and when a weekend occurs during the timeline of the workflow action weekend days (non-working days absorbs the task timeline. the request is that there must be an option to assign a task only for working days (excluding weekends)

3. Antidote made compatible with Box Notes

   Hi !

   As an active writer and participant for an association, it would be great if Box Notes could be made compatible with the app Antidote, which would allow users to proofread their texts on box directly without having to copy-paste their work on Word first. It would be a huge time saver, especially for those working on shared projects.

4. Correct the wording of 'Prior Versions'

   Your Website states that:
   The maximum number of prior file versions you can access corresponds to your Box account type:

   Personal Free - 1 Version

   This simply isn't true, and I have argued this in a ticket and with a live agent, but the statement implies you can access a prior version of your file.

   Definition of Prior is "earlier in time or order" so this makes your statement false as you cannot access anything but the CURRENT version in the Free version.

   I would suggest the wording:
   The maximum number of file versions you can access corresponds to your Box account type:

   Personal Free - current version only

   Furthermore, make the web access more clear about this, as when you look at a file it says there are 2 versions with their dates, but in a Free account, when you try to retrieve the older file you get the error
   "Server error
   File versions could not be retrieved.
   No prior versions are available for this file"
   Which leads you (like I did) to raise a ticket to find out why!

   Even better, allow Free account to have access to one prior version, like some of your rivals!

5. Metadata table(row: files, column: metadata keys)

   We are looking for a table type of view of files(row) and metadata keys(column), that allows us to be able to configure their own views of data in Box.

   It allows us to...
   - configure the view with applying metadata templates(can select the keys to show)
   - filter and sort the view
   - update metadata directly from this view
   - export the view of data to a csv file

   This sort of solution helps users to reduce the time spent for searching the content and updating the metadata values(and it would be competitive with SharePoint library view).

   A box-native metadata table is not currently on the roadmap, but we have launched our metadata query toolkit alongside a content-explorer element that can emulate the same experience.

6. New Color Scheme

   The new left pane color scheme makes the menu items more difficult to read. In the prod environment the Favorites icons are easily recognized by their color, but in the beta UI they all seem to blend together.

   Office 365 Image profile should be used as profile picture on Box website when Azure SSO is setup. I noticed all Box accounts created via Azure SSO have a silhouette as the image. Would be great if it can pull the image from Office 365 profile.

9. Infinite redirects in SSO-enabled mode when a user's password expires

   In SSO enabled mode, you can sign in with a password. When a user's password expires, they are forced to change their password. If you try to sign in with SSO in this situation, you will be redirected indefinitely and you will not be able to sign in.

   In this case, Box should redirect to the password change page after accepting the authentication.

    Since your last update, when I click on the search box, my cursor does not move automatically to the box. I must place the cursor in the search box. I am using a Mac with the Chrome brower.

14. Option to disable thumbnail preview entirely or for certain file types

    Thumbnail previews of text based documents are not useful. I had a user reach out about this. they would rather have the icon preview for docx/pdf since the thumbnail is too small to give any info.

16. Box Relay: Action to move file to a folder named after Metadata attribute value

    Currently, you can have a trigger based on a Metadata condition. We would like to be able to have the outcome File Action to move the file to a folder that is named based on this Metadata value.

    For example, if there is a Metadata template with an Attribute called "Organization" with a possible value of "HR", then you could have a workflow to trigger when the metadata template is applied and the workflow outcome would move the file to a folder titled "HR".

    For another example, you could use a metadata template containing a date field and then move the file to a folder named by the metadata year and month.

    This could greatly enhance the functionality of metadata and workflows (relay).

    With this "Move to Folder named by Metadata Value" action, you could create a file inbox where once a file in uploaded and the metadata template is applied, the file could be automatically filed in to a given folder structure.

    Currently, you can have a trigger based on a Metadata condition. We would like to be able to have the outcome File Action to move the file to a folder that is named based on this Metadata value.
