Archive a User's Data and Admin Deletes Managed User.
We liked the (now changed) feature of Delete & Transfer to an inactive account. Since the recipient (the new owner) was inactive, no one could collaborate on files that they owned. This was our "archiving" system. Any way to fix this? Workarounds for now = admin makes recipient temporarily active for transfer, then makes them inactive after.

Expose file breadcrumbs when viewing Recents or Favorites page
Users love Recents and Favorites, but want to easily get to the folder they are in (or see what folder they are from etc.)

Device Trust Hour/time of day Limitations
Restrict time of day users are able to access Box with Device Trust. Our users should not be working hours that are not documented/billable.
We have contractual and legal controls which put them at risk if employees are working outside of these hours.
There may be larger demand for this due to the amount of security breaches that occur during odd/non-working hours.
Time zone control would probably need to be included in this limitation.

Add folderless view in Box
Search should become a view into content and searched files have to be saved

Search within Folder - End User have option to turn this on as default
Our users have a lot of problems with not having this be a sticky default. Obviously this isn't the answer for everyone but we want the ability to at least choose to make it a default
0 votesThank you for your suggestion! We’ve received feedback from customers both ways (wanting search within folder to be default on vs. off) and we will leave it defaulting to off.
It’s a very confusing experience for users searching if they don’t realize it’s limited to the folder they’re in.

Allow no logo to be displayed via API while allowing customers to display their own logo for standard web app.
It would be best if we could display no logo at all for API-generated embed / previews.

There is collaboration invite event (COLLABORATION_ACCEPT), but we want to GET rejection invite event as well.

Option to select a folder_id other than 0 (the user's root folder) within the Move Owned Items API.
As a large company, we aim to fully automate the deprovisioning of users using Box Platform.
We would like an option within the Move Owned Items API (https://developer.box.com/v2.0/reference#move-folder-into-another-users-folder) to select a destination location other than 0 (all files).
The goal would be to automate this process and allow folders and files to be moved within an existing folder rather than at the root level.

Support alternate URL's for end-users who block Box
Some external clients are blocking *box.com and as a result can't use the app built on Box platform.

Add Boolean Attribute to User object to Indicate Unlimited Quota status
Currently, when querying the User object endpoint there is no way to identify whether the quota for the user has been set to Unlimited, even though Box permits sending a "-1" parameter to set the space_amount.
When the object is returned, the space_amount for an Unlimited quota will vary depending on the total space allocation for our company.
The request is to add a new Boolean attribute, such as "isquotaunlimited" to return this information.

Add Managed Domains list to API Endpoint
We would like to be able to make an API call to retrieve the list of managed domains for or Enterprise. We can only do this from the Admin Console today.
