Canvas feature improvements
After trying Canvas it looks like in order to get more use out of this compared to other open white board on the market it really does need allow more flexibility and improvements such as:
- Ability to allow GIF's for presentations.
- Allow links/ bookmark to files within box within a text box.
- Allow preview box of a video or crop a video within box to show a snippet of the video for presentation.
- Allow a preview link/ bookmark to Audio file to play.
- Currently drawn notes or shapes only allow corners to expand, it would help to add in side…

Folder Lock from Web UI
Currently, Folder Lock can be configured only through API. We would like to be able to configure it on Web UI, e.g. Folder Settings.
Folder Lock function is very useful, but not used widely. Probably it's because API is not very friendly for some users.86 votesBecause of the downstream impacts, we will not be solving this problem as requested. NetSuite/Box - enable the ability to add the work order issue, work order completion, work order close records with the integration
Adding functionality to the work order issue, work order completion, work order close records would help customers that leverage the Manufacturing NetSuite module. At this point, it is not available through the integration because the above records are created dynamically and are not static.

Box Sign Automatic Reminders On by Default
Ability to set automatic reminders for Box Sign signature requests on by default, rather than having to toggle the option "Send automatic reminders" every time a signature request is generated.

No "print" option like in Box Notes
There's no way to export or print the Canvas. This ability exists in Miro, so if Canvas were to offer this, we could likely cut out our Miro licenses. This ability exists today in Box Notes, so it would make sense for it to be available in Canvas as well.

UX is slightly different than Box Notes
Notes from left pane takes you to your notes inbox. Canvas creates a blank canvas in your default save. It would be a more congruent experience if the UX matched

Back up the data in the box to other storage in case of box incidents.
We want to back up Box to other cloud storage or servers in case we cannot access the contents due to Box incidents.
We would like to have the feature to migrate Box data to other clouds.Recently, there have been many Box incidents, and we need to take action to ensure that we can carry out our business in any situation.

Sharing UI
More clearly subdivide the "Sharing" panel between the upper "Invite People" section and the lower "Share Link" section. The minutely thin gray line between the two doesn't adequately differentiate the two options. New users will tend to complete both options when only one sharing method is needed.

We would like to be able to register a group in the Configure Relay even if the group's permission setting is not "Administrators only"
Currently, when we try to register a group in the Relay configuration, we can register the group if the group's permission setting is "Administrators only", but not if the group's permission setting is "Company" or "Group Members".
Registration location [Enterprise Settings > Content & Sharing > Configure Relay].
We are using "Company" and "Group Member" as the permission setting for groups to be able to respond to group invitations, etc. outside of the management console, so we would like these permission settings to be able to be registered in the Configure Relay.<グループの権限設定が「管理者のみ」以外の場合もBoxRelayの構成でグループを登録できるようにしてほしい>

API Call to return all items within the parent directory.
It would be extremely helpful if you could call the box api to return a complete list of the existing directory in an account. For example, the call could return a json file that contained a usable layout of folders within folders, down to the individual file level. Automation for file operations could be built on this. It would remove the need to recursively call the API to get down to the lowest level of folders to find files.

Using Box Sign for forms
It would be helpful to leverage Box Sign to fill out forms. Currently, Box Sign does not allow for the Sign process to proceed unless a signature field is dropped into the document. We have a scenario where we wanted to have someone fill out text fields with various information as a step before a signature is placed. Perhaps a separate feature called Box Forms which allows those fields to be dropped in and populated onto a document before it gets to Sign?

Add "Open in Box Drive" function
Add an "Open in Box Drive" UI option for the web app.
This solves the problem of identifying a file or folder in the web app, wanting to work on the file or folder in Box Drive, and needing to leave the Web App to navigate through several steps to find that file in Box Drive.Ideally this should only be active on hosts that have Box Drive installed; it could be not presented, or disabled, on other hosts.

I would like to have the ability to display folders fixed on Box Drive search.
We are aware that the search function of the Box Drive requires a search to be performed each time.
Since it is time-consuming to search each time, we would like a setting function that allows the desired folder to be displayed (arbitrarily selected) when the Box Drive search screen is launched so that folders can be easily checked.(Japanese)

Ability to specify BoxNote headings by URL
In the case of shared links, "#p=number of pages" can be added to the end of the URL to move to the specified page.
If BoxNote can also specify a heading in the URL so that the user can move directly to the desired location (heading), it will reduce the time and effort required by the recipient when the URL is shared (time and effort required to move to the corresponding heading).

Change Login Without Confirmation
We should be able to use the API/CLI to change a user's login to a new unconfirmed email without requiring their confirmation. This would mirror the behavior available though the Box Admin Console web page.
With the usage of SSO it is critical that the SSO Provider user email address and the Box login address remain the same. It is currently possible to use the API/CLI to add a new alias, have the user confirm it, and set that as the Box login ID. I feel it would be best to avoid the confirmation step.

Box Sign import tool request for migrating content over from DocuSign I.E. metadata, saved PDF's etc.
Implement a way for an import tool they can use to bring executable PDF's from their users on DocuSign to make it easier for maintaing some of these PDF's and metadata, or will he need to login to each user on DocuSign, download their user executed PDF’s and re-upload them to Box?
