Add files to a specific section in a hub with Automate
The ability to add files to a specific page/section in a hub with the Automate Hub outcome. example. We have a policy hub with all published polices. a new version is going through an approval and when it is approved it should be added to one or more pages/sections in the hub. In a hub with the pages below the Travel and Expense policy should be added to three pages Recently Published, Browse by Department, All Polices

Conditional rules in sign templates that can decide what recipients need to sign.
Being able to create conditions that determine whether a recipient receives a sign request. For instance, if a contract's total price exceeds x, then A and B must sign. However, if it is lower than x, then only A needs to sign.

Request to Pool the Box Agent Daily Limit Across the Entire Enterprise
Box AI Home, Documents, Hubs, and Notes now have daily token limits, which I believe are applied on a per-user basis. We strongly request the development of a feature that would allow the limit to be pooled across the entire Enterprise and allocated by admins to specific users or groups.
e.g. Some users do not use AI that often, so we would like to allocate their unused quota to users who actively use AI.

We would like to be able to stop email notifications for annotations on Box Notes and files.
Currently, when another user adds an annotation (without @mention) to a Box Note, an email notification is sent to the note owner even if email notifications are turned off in both the account and folder settings.
Also, when documents are created from Relay templates, annotations added to those copied documents trigger email notifications to the Relay workflow owner, even if they are not directly involved.
It would be very helpful if annotation notifications could (1) follow existing user/folder notification settings, and (2) be disabled or limited so that users do not receive large numbers of irrelevant emails (including those caused…

Currently, there are three types of Shared Links: [People with the link, people in your company, and people in this folder], but I’d like to see more granular options.

Please allow us to change the owner of large folders (containing more than 3 million items)
When deleting an account belonging to a former employee, our standard procedure is to transfer ownership of the user’s content to another user before deleting the account.
However, if a user has a folder containing more than 3 million items, we are unable to delete that user’s account.

Folder event in Automate
Please read the following on the assumption of a tenant where, under Enterprise settings, "Restrict invites" is checked and users with Editor permission cannot invite others.
When trying to create a new workflow in Automate, folders where the user was invited as an Editor cannot be selected at all. For many flow triggers — such as file events, folder events, and sending file requests — folder selection is not possible.

Security & Governance Risk Caused by Retained Collaborations After Folder Moves
To help prevent unintended external access to internal-only content and strengthen data governance, we would like to request a feature that either controls collaboration inheritance when folders are moved or restricts folder moves within designated folder hierarchies.
In the current Box environment, my understanding is that when a folder is moved, any collaborations directly assigned to that folder are retained.

Request to add "Delete," "Move," and "Copy" activities to Folder Insights
Folder Insights is very useful for tracking how folders are being used. However, from an administrative perspective, it would be highly beneficial to monitor other types of activities as well.

Box Search Returns Partial-Match Results — Unable to Search for Exact Folder/File Name Only
Summary: When a user searches for a term in Box that is also a substring of another folder or file name, Box returns both the exact match and the partial matches in the search results. Add co-admin roles or templates
Add co-admin roles or templates. We have multiple groups who need co-admin access. Would be very helpful to have a role that is used to give permissions to an entire team. If a new permission is added, just update the main role\template and the entire team gets updated. Currently I have to go through each individual to change a permission for an entire team.

Restore Folder Insights graphs and activity metrics for folder owners and co-owners.
Folder Insights previously provided quick, at-a-glance visibility into who accessed or downloaded files. This information is valuable for teams responsible for monitoring confidential or sensitive content.
While similar information is available through reports, generating and downloading a report requires additional time and steps. Restoring Folder Insights would provide immediate visibility into file activity and help teams maintain appropriate oversight of sensitive information.

Feature to Automatically Aggregate Folder Activity and File Statistics
I would like a feature that can automatically aggregate the number of views and downloads for specific files and folders in Box on a daily or monthly basis.
Currently, I have to manually open and review Folder Insights or Content Insights from the folder or file menu. I would like to streamline this process and improve efficiency by automating the collection and aggregation of these statistics.

Developer Console: Add App Deletion Safeguards & Contextual Delete Separation to Prevent Accidental App Deletion
In the Box Developer Console (app.box.com/developers/console), deleting a custom application is an irreversible action that permanently revokes the Client ID and breaks all active client/vendor installations with no self-service or support recovery path.
Currently, two UX gaps lead to catastrophic accidental deletions:
Ambiguous Button Scope Across Tabs: The global "Delete App" option is present in the navigation/footer across individual configuration tabs (such as Integrations, Webhooks, Configuration).
