Report export function for active/inactive status of file request links
File request links, when created, edited, or deleted, appear in the user activity report, but not in the active or inactive status.
We are considering asking users to deactivate them for security integrity or to force deactivation of those that have been inactive for a period of time.
However, we cannot determine from the list of file requests in the management console whether all the information is visible.
Without an export function, some links will remain inactive for long periods of time.

install and syncronize box in a chosen folder
I am windows user. I wanted to install box and syncronize my box files in my local D: drive, because my C: drive is full. Surprisingly, the installation process of Box app does not provide such an option (of selecting which drive to install Box to). It by default is installed on C: drive . This is very insane. Windows Users can choose to install which drive to install any app.

I often accidentally move or delete files and folders in BoxDrive. To help prevent these mistakes, it would be beneficial to implement an option that displays a confirmation dialog before moving or deleting items. This would be a great help to many users.

Custom notification for box relay and box sign.
Would be good to have more flexibility in selecting notifications, and have the users select which notification is essential for them. There is too much notification when using box relay and box sign, especially when the relay is used within a team.

About Updating Assignee (s) Set to Workflow
Please improve so that when a user account is deleted by an administrator, it is also automatically deleted from the Assignee(s) in the workflow.
This is because a deleted user remaining in the workflow Assignee (s) can cause the workflow to stop and cause unintended actions.

A list of users who have sent "email to all" in a report.
The "Email All" function on the collaborator list screen on the folder screen allows you to check which user sent what message and when in the "User Activity Report", but it does not allow you to check which user the "Email All" was sent to.
I understand that "Email to all" cannot be sent to users with pending invitations or when there are more than 500 collaborators,
but when there are a large number of collaborators, it is difficult to know how many users are pending, and checking the "Collaboration Report" takes time.

Remove Box Drive path limit 260 characters in Windows
Support longer than 260 character paths in Windows for Box Drive as this not a limitation in Windows but a limitation in Box Drive
Due to Box user rights logic, we often have very long folder paths and file names. Our all workstations are Windows 10/11 workstations. Most of our users prefer the Box Drive solution over the Box.com web app.
This leads to a situation where often paths in Box Drive are longer than 260 characters.

Allow Contributors to make a custom URL for File Request. This is available for Shared Links. Having a Editable File Request allows branding for URLS.

Auto populate the signor's name within the company when I start typing in their email
It would be nice if Box auto populated the signor's name when I start typing in their email when they are a Box user within the company and not just a collaborator on the file.

Box File Request: Requests the ability to delete uploaded files by Content Submitters
If the Content Submitters uploads a file while logged in with their Box account, please add a feature that allows the Content Submitters to be given delete permission the uploaded file within a set time (e.g. 15 minutes after upload).

box sign attachments can be picked up by Relay
Relay needs to be able to include attachments that were submitted along with the signed documents.
Example, I want to move all signed documents + audit log + attachments to a specific folder.

Editable summary of Hub tile in Hubs gallery page
In Box Hubs beta, in a gallery page, users can see
invited Hubs site , in a each site tile, text is displayed in the tile as a summary or introduction of the site.Could you consider enabling users (editors, co-owners) to change the the text in a tile?

Insert the account name in the over quota message instead of just saying "your account". This would eliminate the confusion when a user is trying to upload to a shared folder that they don't own.

I would like to be able to specify multiple two-factor authentication options.
I would like to be able to specify multiple two-factor authentication instead of one.
The reason is that I want to be able to use it as a sub as a backup.example: select both SMS and Authentication App.
This is helpful if a user loses their backup code and is blocked from logging in.

Updating metadata date to current date button
Having a button that would "Use Current Date" Would be a great benefit. Updating any date that is older than 10 years old takes two clicks. We have two dates associated with documents, being able to have a button that says use current date would save a lot of time when documents are updated.

Box AI for Hubs - Address # of files in Hub
The Hub functionality works regardless of the number of files available to be viewed from the link(s) listed on the hub page. However, Box AI for Hubs has a restriction of 10,000 files that can be indexed, which includes files that may be nested under the link shown in the hub. Given this, it would be helpful if we could manually disable Box AI for Hubs on specific hubs that we know are indexed for over 10K files so that users do not get an error message on those hubs when they try to use Box AI. Ability to Define which folders/files are included in Box AI answer
Admins have the ability to define which files and folders are included in Box AI.
For example - at our oganization there are multiple SOPs and other operational documents that are useful but saved in different root folders.
This would enable admin/folder owner to determine if folder/file is to be included into Box AI Queries

Rename 'include subfolders' switch in User Activity report to 'include activity within subfolders'
There has been some confusion, as not enabling this switch still includes activity directly impacting the subfolders that sit in the parent level.
