I would like the BoxTools auto-update re-entrant interval to be shortened.
Currently, BoxTools checks for new updates every 5~6 hours.
If an update fails and it takes 5~6 hours to get the next update, users will not be able to use the latest version of the software, which will have a significant impact on them.
Therefore, we would like to see the re-entrant interval shortened when an update fails.BoxToolsの自動更新のリエントラントの間隔を短くして欲しい
現在BoxToolsは5~6時間ごとに新しい更新がないかを確認する挙動です。
更新が失敗した場合に次回の更新情報の取得までに5~6時間要すると最新のバージョンでの利用が出来ず不具合が生じるなどのユーザー影響が大きいです。

I would like to restrict certain people/groups from accessing version history.
I would like the ability to limit who can access version history. When interacting with external collaborators, it would be nice to limit them from seeing version history, and only allow them to see the most recent version.

Allows Admins to block new users from being created using unverified email Domain
Some organizations wish to have the ability to prevent any account from being created with an email address belonging to an email domain that is not listed in the Verified Domains list in the Box Admin Console. There should be a setting either in Security or Custom Setup that can be enabled so that all admins are unable to add these types of users. Split screen in Box app on ipad
The ability to split screen on iPad to simultaneously work on different documents in Box. This would enable the ability to compare files side by side the same way you would with 2 screens on PC.

Report status window shows columns in fixed column width which makes data unreadible
Current view of reports status shows 5 columns in fixed width which makes for instance the date and time stamp unreadable. It would be really helpful if you could adjust the column width like in Microsoft Excel to make the data readable, there's a lot of unused white space at the right side that could be better utilized.

Provide the option of skipping files that have already previously been uploaded when loading a batch of files instead of creating "versions"
When I select all the files in a directory and drop them to Box.com, I need the ability to tell the system to skip any files that are already there and only upload the ones that are new. Currently, the system repeatedly uploads identical files and keeps creating "versions" each time the directory gets updated. It doesn't have to be the default behavior, since I assume there are use cases where versioning makes sense. Separate Allow and Block Lists for both Inbound and Outbound Collaboration
With regards to external collaboration, one can either enable external collaboration with any external domain (for both inbound and outbound collaboration), or one can specify an allow list of external domains for both inbound and outbound collaboration. We have different requirements with regards to inbound and outbound collaboration.
As such, we would like fine-grained control over both inbound and outbound collaboration domains. We may want a block list of inbound collaboration while having an allow list for outbound collaboration (or vice versa.)

Ability to move my collection files up and down
It would be nice if we were able to move saved files in the collections or favorites... Some files I use often are way down since I have a long list of flies I use from time to time.

Allow folders or files to show up in multiple places but be the same object
This is a feature request.
I notice that sometimes team members copy or upload the same document to multiple locations in the same workspace or within the same workspace. For example, there is a shared folder with multiple sub-folders within it. The same file may live within many of those sub-folders. These are all separate files, so if someone uploads a new version of that file somewhere else, the other files are an older copy of that file.

Request corrections from a signer / Duplicate Request
I want to request a signer correct the information given on a form without having to create a completely new form (due to the document being signed). It's frustrating having to create and resend a form because one person has mistakenly inputted information with a typo. It's difficult to get signatures from people to start with, and it's even harder getting them to resign documents because someone else made a mistake.
Ideally, we could review the form, and request an update to a specific field and have the correction reflected in the document log for audit purposes.

PLEASE remove the sidebar/ let users customize view
Please allow users to customize the view...
I don't need to see the size of a document in the folder. I don't use the information provided in the sidebar. I would appreciate the option of customizing certain items so then can/cannot be displayed.
In addition, once I set the "hide sidebar", I don't like having to do that for every folder I view... "set it and forget it". If I set it at my opening page, why does it change when I move through the folder system? It should stay "hidden".

Ability to batch download results of a search, including those of a metadata search.
i want to be able to batch download results of a search, including those of a metadata search. A search can produce many results and i need to be able to download all results, or mass select them really to then download or share them. I cannot click the box next to each one it takes too long .

Option to Display Warning Message to Users in Access Policy Monitoring Mode
It would be great to allow admins the option to display a "warning message" to users if they attempt an action that is in violation to the policy when the policy is in monitoring mode. Understanding that monitoring doesn't prevent the user from taking the action, it would still be a good tool for soft launching access policies if the option to display a message was available.
