I do have cases that I want to view the files I uploaded recently. However, if I uploaded a file without previewing, it doesn't come up the list.

I would like to be able to view the history of previous versions of files that are compatible with the Excel online previewer on the Box Web

We would like to be able to check the contents of Excel files that are compatible with the Excel online previewer on the preview screen by clicking on the older version, just like Word, pptx, and other Office files.
The only way to check the contents of the old version is to download or make the old version the latest version, which is very inconvenient.

Relay based on folder name
It would be helpful to be able to create a relay workflow based on the folder name so we can auto-copy/move a folder based on a specified folder name.
eg: if a folder starts with 'ZZtest' move the entire folder into another parent folder.6 votes -
Ability to use HTML tags in the email signature field of the system.
Please make HTML tags available in [Management Console > Enterprise Settings > System Email Signatures].
The use of bold text and colors will make it easier to understand the contents of the "System Email Signature".(Japanese)

Box Web Sort (NAME and UPDATED) should INCLUDE Bookmarks
Currently, sorting the content of a Box folder sorts the content for all but Bookmarks, then shows sorted Bookmarks below the other content - this happens for Sort by NAME and Sort by UPDATED.
Users might reasonably expect that subfolders might be sorted first, and all other documents and bookmarks be sorted secondly - similarly to Windows File Explorer (which does this, where shortcuts are treated as documents and sorted along with other documents)

View saved reports generated by other users
Currently, a co-admin can view reports run by other users, but not save reports created by other users. We would like our IT Service Desk to create on demand monthly reports that we would provide to some of our content owners. This would require all members of our IT Service Desk to have visibility over all existing scheduled reports

Back up desktop and documents folder
It would be really useful if there was an option within box drive that would sync the users desktop documents and perhaps download folder to a folder within box.
I know users could just save the files on to box drive but that doesn't always happen (temp needed files etc) this would act as an almost auto back up feature.

Add metadata to multiple files (without using a folder cascade)
I was wondering if it would be possible to add the possibility to add metadata to different pictures/files at the same time. We know it's possible to add meta data to a whole folder, but we would like the same to be possible for a selection of pictures within a folder. It is possible to add tags in this way, but not meta data.

File version on Shield Alert
I would like to have the actual file version shown in the Shield Dashboard Alert ID. Currently it shows when the file is uploaded but does not show the file version. If the version is shown, it would be much easier to check the file.

Increase docusign envelope size
Through the docusign integration in Box customers are only allowed to add 25Mb of data to the envelope.
Docusign has this size limitation only on the individual document level. It is entirely possible to add multiple documents of that size to a single envelope, thus allowing for a set of documents that is larger in size than 25 Mb.
Box should remove this limitation from the integration and allow for multiple 25Mb uploads within a single envelope.

Download with Metadata
I would like the option to download a file with its metadata added as a cover page.
It wouldn't need to be formatted nicely, just anything that keeps the metadata easy to see once the file is downloaded.

Allow BoxDrive search to be limited to files and folders names
The current BoxDrive search will search the contents of the file as well.
We would like to be able to narrow down the search target when searching, because sometimes it is enough to search only the file name or folder name.

Box Sign needs detail report that lists for each form status and recipient details
Box Sign needs a new report that shows detail information like, the form/template name, date sent, recipient(s), status of form, date of last action on the form, who performed the last action, and if reminders were enabled when the form was sent. Ideally the report should have search criteria available on the form/template name, date range sent, recipient, status, and date range and performer of last action on the form.

About adding a search function for annotations
We use both comments and annotations without distinction.
We feel uncomfortable that comments are searchable, but annotations are not.
Although both are displayed in the same comment field, it is inconvenient that annotations cannot be searched, so we would like to improve the function so that annotations can also be searched.＜アノテーションの検索機能の追加について＞

Shuttle - Allow 'overwrite newer files' on destination
in same cases, we need shuttle to have the ability to overwrite files which are 'newer' on the destination. Shuttle currently dosent have a switch to enable this for a migration job and will ignore all of these files.
