Preview save and display last viewed page when returning
Have webapp revert to last page you were on (e.g. page 4 out of 10) after exiting out of preview. Currently if you exit a preview it takes you back to page 1 which is cumbersome and undesired.

Allow users to create a new folder name without changing it for others
This would allow users to create a custom view of their own content. Only way to do something similar is through bookmarks, which are cumbersome and less useful

Add justify alignment option to Box Notes
It is possible to align content to the left, right and centre but there is no ability to justify content which is very common for many types of documents.

Allow upload policy to move to folder instead of quarantine
instead of flagging/quarantine custom words/numbers with a policy – also would like the option to put those items in a folder.
- Use Case: work with government agencies and are uploading content to box with SSN and other secure documents so would like those to automatically go to a specific file if item is flagged2 votesThis specific use-case isn’t planned at this time, however, we are investigating if we could apply a classification policy instead.

Subject Access Request reporting
UK users need to be able to provide Subject Access Reporting (by law). Everyone is entitled to a copy of their data held in the system.
Box needs to be able to report on that. Search (content and/or metadata) will provide the results, but we need a list of this content in a report as well as the ability to download all this content in a zip file.

Filter search for "Files with all tags" when searching with tags
Currently when you search for multiple tags you receive results for anything with any of those tags. It would be very helpful to be able to filter this result to something like "Only show files with all of these tags"

Language selection for confrm email
My customer request to translate to Japanese the confirm email, especialy "Please confrm the email address change for your Box account".
Many Japanese user didn't check the confirm email, because they guessed the English email is spam mail.1 vote -

We know to be able to attache the shared file link, but we want to attach the shared folder link.

We can't check the area of Zones option now, Box should be better to check status of options in the admin console. That's not only Zones.

Using Box for Salesforce on Salesforce Knowledge
Salesforce Knowledge is useful for service organizations for keeping internal and external customers up-to-date on the latest support items.
Box for Salesforce is a great way to manage assets related to specific Salesforce records and keep things organized.
Making Box for Salesforce available on Salesforce Knowledge would save space, apply the same asset organization and save on Salesforce storage space.
This would be different than the Box Community app which allows you to preview a specific Box file on a page.
For internal support reps, using Knowledge to handle customer inquires on support cases would be aided by not having…2 votes -
Collaboration Blacklisting
We would benefit from the ability to make a blacklist of collaborations (perhaps via domain) to prevent against the inbound or outbound collaboration with a certain (or set) of domains.
The current collaboration whitelist capabilities do not permit for blacklisting -- they only allow for whitelisting.
For example: "Can we block all inbound and outbound requests to/from a certain domain (e.g., gmail.com)?"

Allow force download from web for red flagged files.
On occasion, a discrepancy may be found between your local copy and the one on the web. I recommend adding the ability to override your local copy with the web version as a Box drive local option.
