Added a function to delete all at once in the capture history.
If it can clear local storage without logout, Box capture will be easier to use.

Ability to batch download results of a search, including those of a metadata search.
i want to be able to batch download results of a search, including those of a metadata search. A search can produce many results and i need to be able to download all results, or mass select them really to then download or share them. I cannot click the box next to each one it takes too long .

Share a file as an attachment rather than as a link from box without having to just download and attach.
There is the need to easily share a file as an attachment rather than as a link from box. The ability to send the file as an attachment is still a plus in certain business environments. Not all recipients are savvy enough to work with box links. That could be done through the Gmail integration.

Reducing the time it takes to start the next process in Relay
The current specification limits the possible use cases, as it could take more than an hour before the next process is started. Is it at least possible to set SLAs, such as triggering within 10 minutes?

Prevent duplicate compliance emails
The ability to archive compliance emails helps us comply with our company's email archiving policy.
However, due to known issues with Box's notification service, compliance emails often arrive in duplicate or never arrive.
This issue will be resolved when the Box notification service is migrated to a new one, but compliance emails are more important than other notifications and waiting for the notification service to migrate would take too long and have too great a business impact.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible in order to ensure governance.（In Japanese）
コンプライアンスメールが重複して届かないようにしてほしいコンプライアンスメールをアーカイブする機能は、会社のメールアーカイブポリシーを遵守するのに役立っています。
しかし、Box通知サービスの既知の問題が原因で、コンプライアンスメールはしばしば重複して届いたり、もしくは届かなかったりすることがあります。
この問題は、新しい通知サービスへの移行完了によって解決される予定ですが、コンプライアンスメールは他の通知と比べても重要性が高く、
通知サービスの移行を待っているのでは時間がかかりすぎるし、ビジネスインパクトがあまりにも大きいです。

Shield Dashboard custom date filter
In the Shield Dashboard, currently the date filter only have past 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 60days and 90days.
I would like a custom date filter because there are times where I need to search a content 3 days ago but if I set the filter at 7 days, there is too much content to search the specific alert.14 votes -
Customizable webapp columns such as folder owner
It would be nice for users to be able to customize the columns they see in the webapp. Particularly being able to add a 'Folder Owner' column like OneDrive has. Similar to the way you can go from grid to list view, but add a column between Name and Updated for Folder Owner.

Allow setting passwords on folders
Setting passwords on files is good, but we should be able to set passwords on folders (at any level of a folder structure). The ability to set passwords on folders should be limited to owners and co-owners.

One of the restrictions you can place on Box sign-ins is verifying appropriate antivirus is in place. For the Mac side, Malwarebytes is not one of the allowed antivirus solutions, but it is what we have deployed at our company. Please add Malwarebytes to the allowed list of antivirus solutions on the Mac.

Date Range Selection - Box Reports
The Date Range offered, when creating reports, should be increased to include 'Last Quarter'.
This would enable us to use Saved Reports more frequently, since entering custom dates prevents a report from being saved.
We regularly run reports to identify Box useage in the last 3 months, to identify those box accounts that can be deleted

Currently, BoxTools checks for new updates every 5~6 hours.
If an update fails and it takes 5~6 hours to get the next update, users will not be able to use the latest version of the software, which will have a significant impact on them.

Use Box (cloud, not drive) as browser's download location
I need a solution for preventing files downloaded from the web from being saved directly to my device. This puts sensitive client information on the device and requires me to delete the file after uploading it to Box, and hackers can still find information on a hard drive that has been "deleted". It would be much more secure if I could select Box as the browser's location where all downloads are stored. It seems this should be possible with Box's browser extension.

Audit Report on Users with Access
It would be nice to have a report that allows you to select a folder and it returns a list of all the users that have access to that folder or any folder below it. This would be handy in the event that a person needed to run an audit of user accesses within a given structure.

Auto-add 'cc' email addresses
Automation -- cc-ing an email address so the signed doc will go to the group email or the cc'd email addresses.
It can be done manually at the moment. However, it would be good to set up in the back end, so the signed document will not go only to me, but it will go to the "cc'd" email address as well.
