Change Default Colour theme
Have a standard colour theme that matches your organisation to strengthen identity.

Auto-add 'cc' email addresses
Automation -- cc-ing an email address so the signed doc will go to the group email or the cc'd email addresses.
It can be done manually at the moment. However, it would be good to set up in the back end, so the signed document will not go only to me, but it will go to the "cc'd" email address as well.

Add column to Shared Link report "user who created shared link"
Please add information about the user who created shared link to Shared Link report.
Using User Activity report is NOT an effective solution to decipher information who created the shared link and on what folder/file.9 votes -

More Granular options for Box Sign Reminders
Right now the reminders for Box sign are pre-set to:
"day 3, 8, 13 and 18"We would like to be able to set when we would like reminders to be sent rather than be limited to those options.

Box Report file management improvement
Currently every generated report goes into Box Reports folder, making it rather difficult to neatly manage large number of report files.
If it could be set to automatically sort report files into certain designated subfolders, etc., it would be convenient.

I'm on a corporate plan with my company. Why does Box keep showing this pop-up message everyday suggesting me to buy more storage?

About drawing function
I would like to be able to change the thickness of the drawing pen.

Access Box AI via search bar. Generate Box AI insights from ALL internal Box content that I have permission to, not just individual files
E.g. we have years of contracts and legal research on a variety of different issues - articles, contract templates, white papers, screenshots, etc.
We would like to have Box AI trained on our own research and contracts, that can help generate contract clauses - like, "based on our own data, generate a warranty provision for a client that operates a SaaS data storage service" with a result that provides suggestions and Box links back to the documents where it found those suggestions.
I believe there are legal tech companies rushing to create these kinds of legal tools, but we wanted to explore if Box AI would satisfy that basic scenario right from the source.

Make it possible to have content default to available offline
When I create a file using my OneDrive that file is by default always available to me one the device where it was created. Having a similar option would be very helpful in Box especially when I am creating multiple folders worth of material and would like to be able to work on them while in transit or other locations without wifi. When I reconnect to the internet in One Drive it automatically updates the cloud version of the document with edits I made while offline. The current process of needing to do this manually for new folders/folder trees means I loose a lot of working time.

Relay based on folder name
It would be helpful to be able to create a relay workflow based on the folder name so we can auto-copy/move a folder based on a specified folder name.
eg: if a folder starts with 'ZZtest' move the entire folder into another parent folder.6 votes -

Box for salesforce is slow to display
We use Box for salesforce to display the Box screen component within the Salesforce screen, but it takes time (about 5-9 seconds) to display.

Clicking "updated" column header twice each page load is a huge frustration!
Revert back to the display order of most recent. You took away a good feature within the last year.

I want the general user to be notified when an item is copied or moved and the process is complete.
When an item is copied or moved, a message is displayed indicating that the move is complete, but when the target folder is checked, the process may not be complete.
After moving or copying large data, the user may immediately see "copy completed" but the process is not actually completed, confusing the user.
Currently, general users can only visually confirm that the process is complete, and the only way to confirm that the process is complete is to request a user with administrative privileges to output a user activity report.
Therefore, we would like to see a function implemented to notify general users when processing is completed.＜in Japanese＞
アイテムをコピーや移動した際、移動が完了したというメッセージが表示されるが、対象フォルダを確認すると処理が完了していないことがある。
大きいデータを移動、コピーしたらすぐに「コピーが完了した」と表示される場合があるが実際には処理は完了していないため、ユーザーが混乱します。

Move the "Select" checkbox to be near the filename
(Box web app) I used to be able to select multiple files to move or download by clicking near the filename in Box. I now have to use the "Select" checkbox, which is far to the right of the filename, and I select the wrong files because of this. Please move the "Select" checkbox immediately to the left of the filename to easily select multiple files, or return previous functionality to select multiple files by clicking on them.
