Admin Instant Login - Admins should be able to see the External Folder Names and collaborators
There was similar idea marked as not planned from 2018, but I am hoping that is long enough ago so this improvement can be reconsidered. This makes it difficult for administrators to monitor activities on outbound collaborations.
If you draw the line at being able to view file names/preview content, even just being able to see the folder name and collaborators would be helpful when trying to run down a reported issue or possible DLP concerns.

About the Box AI Agent in Copilot
When using the Box Admin Console, it is possible to identify which files the Box AI Agent accessed and when.
However, there is no way to determine how many prompts each user has submitted to the Box AI Agent via Copilot, nor the number of times they have done so.
Similarly, there is no method to understand, at a system-wide level, how many prompts are being submitted to the Box AI Agent overall.
Unlike general generative AI services, we understand that there is no cost incurred based on usage frequency (i.e., the number of prompts submitted).
Nevertheless, from an administrator’s perspective, it is important to understand usage frequency. By providing a way to track this information, organizations would gain value by being able to report how extensively generative AI is being utilized.
We strongly request that a mechanism be provided to monitor and understand the usage frequency of the Box AI Agent.<<<以下日本語訳>>>

We want to gain insights from images inserted in Notes using Box AI for Notes
Currently, Box AI for Notes cannot get answers from images that you paste into Box Notes.

Allow Search Views to be built that search across more than one metadata template so that queries and conditions across metadata attributes from multiple templates can be used all in one view.

Kanban metadata view in Box Apps
As a user, I'd like to be able to map a metadata field to metadata view columns so that I can clearly manage content as part of my daily process.
Instead of my 'Status' field being one column with multiple values, I'd like to each value to be its own column e.g. Not Started, In Progress, Pending, so that I get a status-driven view of my content.

add decision logic to workflows
Would be great to have decision logic added to relay/workflows. For example I could have a form with a dropdown field with two options - A or B.
The workflow would then have two distinct sets of actions based on Option A or B. Option A Generate a Doc using template A, Option B generate a Doc using Template B

Don't make Box AI the default
Please make it possible for users to specify their own preferred default pane in the Preview sidebar, and allow users to remove Box AI from the options. I don't want to use Box AI at all, for anything. I want to be able to choose Activity as the default pane.

Make the "Mobile Web Access Control" setting in the management console applicable to the current domain (box.com) as well
As a result of Box consolidating its mobile sites from “a.box.com” and “m.box.com” into “box.com,” the “Mobile Web and Accessibility” settings in the Admin Console are not being applied to the current domain. Consequently, even if administrators enable these controls, they do not affect mobile access under box.com.
At our company, we use Intune policies to prevent Box files from being saved locally on corporate iPhones. Safari is not subject to Intune policies. Because the “Mobile Web Access Control” settings currently cannot enforce restrictions, users can access Box via Safari on corporate iPhones and save Box files locally, creating a risk of corporate information being taken off the device and potential data leakage. In addition, this breaks alignment with existing controls provided by Box—such as EMM management, Device Trust, and Conditional Access—impacting the overall consistency of Box’s security design.
We use Box as a secure, enterprise-grade storage solution. Inconsistencies in security settings affect Box’s trustworthiness within our organization, so we request a prompt remedy.【日本語】

We need a way to combine managed user and external user reports into one to get the same information (where applicable) for each user type. It is ridiculous that we have to create multiple reports and then combine them to create composite reports for our whole enterprise.

Restrict Document Download Before Signing Turn in Box Sign
We would like to request an improvement to document access behavior in Box Sign when Recipients Order is enabled.
Currently, recipients who are not yet in their designated signing turn can still download the document from the Box Sign Inbox dialog. This allows recipients to access the document before the signing workflow reaches their step. In addition, even when password protection is enabled, recipients are still able to download the document in the same way, which reduces the effectiveness of this control.
In sequential signing workflows, some organizations expect document access to be restricted until a recipient’s signing step becomes active in order to prevent premature access to sensitive information.
Request
When Recipients Order is enabled, recipients should not be able to download or access the document until their signing step becomes active. The download option should be disabled or hidden for recipients whose signing turn has not yet begun, and the same restriction should apply even when password protection is enabled.
This improvement would help prevent unintended early access to documents and strengthen workflow control in sequential signing processes.

Request for a Box AI Add-on for Desktop Applications
Dear Box Support Team,
I would like to submit a suggestion regarding the enhancement of Box AI functionality.
I believe it would be highly beneficial to offer a Box AI add-on that can be used directly from desktop applications. For example, it would be extremely helpful if users could request Box AI—rather than Copilot—to analyze an Excel sheet that is currently open in the desktop version of Excel.In our company, many users primarily work with Box Drive, and as a result, adoption of Box AI—which is currently limited to the web interface—has been limited.
If Box AI could be accessed seamlessly from desktop applications as well, I am confident that awareness and utilization of its capabilities would significantly increase.Thank you for considering this request.

Schedule Security logs report
There are certain reports such as the security logs report than cannot be scheduled, it would be helpful for customers with CMMC and other compliance requirements to be able to have this scheduled.

Adding additional functionality to Forms, including tables.
Adding more functionality to Forms to bring it up to par with other Forms solutions. Adding things like the ability to include tables, dividers and text that doesn't require an input, such as instructions. Also, APIs would be super useful.

Users have the ability to assign themselves an approval task and approve. This has been flagged up by our audit team as a control issue. Is there any way this can be prevented?

Needs label for Hubs
Currently, classification labels in Box can be applied to files and folders, but not directly to Box Hubs.
For organizations that rely on Box Shield to enforce data governance, the inability to classify Hubs themselves presents a risk.

Make the "Create New Collection" (+) button permanently visible
I would like to request a UI change for My Collections. Currently, the "+" button to create a new collection only appears when hovering over the "Collections" section. I request that this button be made permanently visible.
Reasoning:
Based on our user behavior analysis using Pendo, we have found a strong correlation between My Collection usage and Box AI adoption. Users who utilize My Collections tend to become more proficient and active with Box AI.To improve the employee experience and drive Box AI usage, we want to provide in-app training using Pendo guides. However, because the "+" button is hidden behind a hover state, we cannot properly anchor Pendo guides or tooltips to it. This technical limitation prevents us from effectively onboarding our employees.
Expected Outcome:
By keeping the "+" button always visible, we can implement Pendo guides to guide users in creating collections. This will lead to higher proficiency and significantly increase the adoption of Box AI across our organization.I would like to request a UI change for My Collections. Change the word of the Reauthorize button for custom apps
After changing the scope of a custom app that was created in the past from the Developer Console, the admin must re-authorize the app.
After sending the authorization request, if you open the app details page from [Admin Console > Integrations > Platform Apps Manager > Target App], the scope before the change is displayed.
We can check the scope after the change by clicking the Reauthorize button in the upper right corner of the screen and displaying the popup.
After that, app approval is completed by clicking the Reauthorize button in the pop-up.However, the button on the app's details page says "Reauthorize," which leads admin to mistakenly believe that clicking the button will complete the app's authorize.

The ability to set up a hub that inherits the permissions of the folders/files added. When creating a Hub to have the ability to decide (using a toggle) if content in the Hub should inherit existing permissions or have new permissions granted.
