Boolean search should generate results as part of type ahead query
Boolean search should generate results as part of type ahead query. Today, we can search for "text AND text2", but it will not generate results until the user submits the full query. This would improve usability.

Onboarding - Typo on account setup page
Currently, the onboarding setup flow account creation page contains a typo.
The page title is "Setup your Box account | Powered by Box" but it should be "Set up your Box account | Powered by Box" instead. This is because the word "setup" is a noun and "set up" is a verb.

Bulk Move Items that are not Updated for a Certain Period of Time
We would like to request for a function that automatically moves items which the last updated date is earlier than a certain period.
For example, if there are items that includes personal data, and those items are not updated for a long time, Box automatically moves those items to a different folder, where access is limited to admins only.

"Your Download is In Progress" pop-up confuses clients
When a client of ours who is not a Box user downloads a file, a pop-up which says "Your Download is In Progress" appears. The issue is that the pop-up looks like there are only three courses of action, “sign up”, “log in”, or “x” out. Many of our clients have not realized that there is a fourth option, which is just wait for the download. This has caused confusion time and time again across different clients at different times. Include Path Collection in the result of Event API
Event API does not include the path collection for updated files. Thus, to get the updated files, another File Info API should be called.
This situation increases the number of API calls and causes the complexity of the client program and the performance issue.

Collaborator Restriction to a folder.
We need the ability to decide which subfolders a specific collaborator can access. Specifically, we need to restrict access of one collaborator to a subfolder (and all of its contents/subfolders). I was told this is not something Box cannot do. This is an issue. We need to set up an ethical wall in the firm. This associate needs to retain access to everything he currently can access, but legally we need to restrict his access to this matter (folder) and all it's contents.

Possibility to share with non-Box users annotated files including the annotations.
Annotating files, especially pdfs, inside Box would be much more useful to me if I could share the annotated file, including the annotations, with non-Box users. A setting on the shared link dialog like "Allow persons with the link to view annotations" would be a great enhancement.

Free Trial for Box Sign
Box Sign is one of the key features I wanted to try during my trial, and turns out it's not available for trial users. Big missed opportunity here.

Integration with Shutterfly: Ability to send photos of build progression to Shutterfly
I work for a swimming pool company. We are taking pictures as the pool is being built. Once the pool is completed, we would like to send 20 to 40 pictures, as a group, to Shutterfly to have them create a picture book for our customers.

Support SSO with certificate authentication in ios app
Authenticate using the In-App Browser when performing single sign-on using the Box for iOS App. Authentication using an X.509 Certificate is not available. In-App Browser does not accept certificate authentication requests.
Other iOS apps (Gmail, Slack, etc.) support certificate authentication, so I would like Box for iOS to support it as well.

I want to be able to make annotations permanent in PDFs and other documents.
Good morning. I am new to Box. I would like to be able to make permanent annotations to documents (such as a PDF) and then be able to share that annotated document without having to do the annotations in another app and then re-upload them into Box. It seems like a waste of time when I am trying to streamline the process of document review. I think that many people would appreciate the ability to do this. Thank you for your consideration! Cryptographic Erasure
Following NIST 800-88, we need the ability to 'destroy' certain high sensitivity data. Cryptographic Erasure is one of the options, basically encrypting the data and then losing the key. Until then, certain research projects and grants that require data destruction or DoD level erasure (and we are seeing lots of boilerplate contracts with that requirement) will not be hosted in Box.

Customize Insights storage graph from PB into TB
When Admin Insights STORAGE is below 1048TB the storage graph shows changes per 1 TB. Anyone deleting several TB's is quickly visible in the graph. However when over 1048TB, the graph's scale jumps to 0.01 PB, which decimals are way to large to spot large data deletions.(10TB steps !). Request to change STORAGE from PB back into TB's. The graph is a flat-line and unusable since the scale changed from TB into PB.

Tags and comments in Box Drive
Is there a way to see the tags in Box Drive? Right now I have to view box on the browser to see the tags for each file. Is there some option to view the tags in Box Drive without having to go to box.com each time?

Extension of the "Auto-Delete" Period
The BOX "auto delete" function for folders must accept a period of 100 years. It is currently limited to 85 years and I need to keep some HR files for a period of 100 years by definition of control and security. I request the extension of the term from 85 years to 100 years.

Relay: Invite external user at Manual Workflow start
We have a manual start workflow where we want to collaborate a volunteer to a template folder where they need to fill out some forms and upload back to a Box folder. Relay does not seem to let the workflow starter enter the collaborator's email UNLESS they already exist as an external user.

Box Drive to support Windows AutoPilot installation
Currently, when Microsoft Windows AutoPilot is used to install Box Drive, it fails as Box Drive restarts Explorer.exe during the installation.
