Enable read-only version for collaborators when another user has locked a file
Tackle the issue of duplicate files being created when users are making concurrent edits in the same file

Pull list of all collaborators with a certain user_type at a folder level
Currently, you can only search by user_type at the enterprise level as documented here: https://developer.box.com/v2.0/reference#get-all-users-in-an-enterprise
It would be helpful to be able to do this at a folder level as well.

Box has an open API platform on which all partners can develop integrations. We recommend customers reach out directly to SpringCM to build an integration with Box.

Surface either EID or user_type when requesting collaboration object
Currently, requesting a collaborationobject does not surface either EID or usertype. (as seen in https://developer.box.com/v2.0/reference#get-collabs)
2 votesThis request is not currently on our roadmap but we’ll update this request if that changes. In the mean time, you can use a subsequent request to get the user information and specify the enterprise in the `fields` query string parameter.

Show search result based on user activities.
Similar to Box Feed, the customer want to show the search results based on the items that are frequently accessed or most relevant based on user activities.

Exportable Error Updating Menu
Ability to export the "Error Updating" Menu to an excel file. The spread could include the file or folder name, the owner, the path, and the Issue

Reporting - Add EID, tenant name and proper folder name to Outbound collaboration report
Current Outbound collaboration report display outbound collaborator's login and folder ID. Administrator cannot exactly tell who those users are with this limited information.
If EID, Tenant name, and Folder name could be added Administrator could gain more insight on who their managed users are collaborating with and prevent data lost.

Sync Mac finder tags between users
Box Sync doesn't sync Mac Finder tags. Box Drive doesn't support Mac Finder tag at all. Could be worth to better expose Box tagging into Box Drive
