Sort Relay template options when manually starting Relay
Be able to sort Relay Template alphabetically or numerically in additional to when Relay Template is created

Should be able to share files with non Box users and they don't have to login/create a Box account.
Why can non Box users not edit files without creating a log in. Is there a way that this can be done? I feel like they had this feature before when if you shared the file with the correct permissions folks could just open, edit the file and the changes would be saved.

Add the option to toggle off the ability for folder collaborators to mail all other folder collaborators
Add the ability to toggle off the ability for folder collaborators to mail all other folder collaborators as it can be very spammy coming from a noreply @ box address and collaborators (especially external) may not fully understand how to use the functionality appropriately, especially with sensitive content/information that should not be seen by other folder collaborators for legal/regulatory reasons.

Ability to schedule sign request for a specific date and time
Currently you cannot schedule the sign request if you want to send to the signer at a particular time or date. For instance: if your signer is located in another time zone and the sender wants the signer to see the sign request at a particular time (morning 9 am maybe) - the sender does not have the ability to do so. Sender should have the ability to schedule the sign request.

The "Application Restriction" should be configurable with the same granularity as the "Download and Print Restriction".

In the "Download and Print Restriction" section of Box Shield's Access Policy, it is possible to apply download, print, move and copy restrictions to Browser/Mobile/BoxDrive by specifying Managed/Outside Users and Owner/Co-Owner/Editor.
On the other hand, third-party applications are not included in this restriction, and only downloads can be restricted under "Application Restrictions".
We would like to be able to set "Application Restriction" to the same granularity as "Download and Print Restriction, as it provides a more consistent user experience if the same controls are applied regardless of which device or application is accessing the site.
Box Shieldのアクセスポリシーの「ダウンロードと印刷の制限」でブラウザ/モバイル/BoxDriveに対してダウンロードや印刷、移動、コピーの制限を管理対象/外部ユーザや所有者/共同所有者/編集者を指定して制限を適用することが出来ます。
一方、この制限の対象にはサードパーティー製品アプリケーションは含まれておらず、「アプリケーションの制限」でダウンロードのみ制限することが可能です。
どのデバイスやアプリケーションからアクセスしても同様な制御が掛かっている方が一貫したユーザーエクスペリエンスを提供することが可能となるため「アプリケーションの制限」を「ダウンロードと印刷の制限」と同じ粒度で設定出来るようにして欲しい。(Japanese follows English)

Ability to 'select all' or 'multi-select' items for moving between folders
Same as the title says: ability to 'select all' or 'multi-select' items for moving between folders. Why can't I select multiple files via a menu option, drag and drop, or any other method beside individually clicking every single item.

Request for additional enterprise setting items (moving across content owners)
In the Enterprise settings, we believe that we need to have a feature that allows us to set an option that does not warn when moving across content owners.
If you are caught by the information barrier limitation, "Stop at the warning display"
If not, we would like to make it "movable without warning".
In particular, we believe that this feature is useful for Box tenants with a closed configuration, so we request that it be introduced as a feature.2 votes -
Download and Print restriction policy and Office co-authoring
I have Office co-editing enabled on my device.
An error appears when I try to edit an Office file from a web browser that has the file labeled with "Download and Print Restrictions Access Policy for Box Desktop" enabled.
It's meant to be a label to disable BoxDrive, but I'm having trouble if I can't edit it from a web browser.
Please enable Office co-authoring from a web browser, even if the file is labeled with these restriction.

Continuing misleading data in Box Admin console about exceeding storage limit and saying account upgrade is required
For several YEARS now users like me have reported continuing misleading data in Box Admin console about exceeding the storage limit for plans with storage limits. The data is not slightly off; it can be 10GB or 20GB too high.
Here's a closed Community post from 3 years ago about this:
Clearly some folks won't check this though and will just upgrade in the mistaken belief that they have to. That is not good practise folks, to put it mildly!
Before putting up the big read header saying "Storage limit exceeded, you need to upgrade" (OWTTE) Box should be running the scripts to check and, if necessary, recalculate the storage actually being used

Unintentional redirects in filerequests
When accessing a file request link created by another tenant, you may be redirected to your own environment with the error "This page is unavailable or no longer accepting submissions." error.
The conditions under which this error occurs are
The publisher is in an environment that requires SSO
The "Require uploader to login to Box" is ON in the settings.I would like to be able to upload files correctly without redirecting to my environment even under these conditions.

Q&A for VDR
Q&A functionality for VDR. Be able to provide the ability to ask and answer questions without other people seeing who is asking the questions or what questions are being asked. Could be a folder setting or feature, to allow Q&A and customize it with the collaborators

Increase the number of Box App Diagnostics report outputs.
Since only 100,000 rows can be output in one run, I would like to be able to output even more rows.

Approval Notification Emails: Route to Document
When an approval process is completed, the notification email that goes out to the requester does not have a direct link to the document that was approved. Since there isn't a way to name template-based Sign requests so that they can be easily identified, it would be helpful to include a direct link to the document that was approved.

BVE File Request Links Redirects
File Request Links need to follow the same format as shared links, this would allow Box Verified Enterprise to be enabled without having to recreate all of the File Request Links afterwards since existing links no longer work when enabled after initial setup/when in full production.

we ought to be the sole owner of the files and/or folders that are newly uploaded into the folder where i has editor access.
If someone is giving us access to the folder with the editor's permission. If we create a file inside of a folder for which we have editor permission, we ought to be the sole owner of the files and/or folders that are newly uploaded. Please refer the attached screenshot for example.

Disposition Reporting Update - File Size and Scheduled Reports option
Add File Size and Scheduled Report option for Disposition Reports in Admin Console. Allowing the Admin to monitor disposition activities based on their reporting cadence to ensure files/folders are deleted as expected without having to run the Folder/Files report and comparing against the options in that report.

Currently the storage number shown in the Admin Console includes all the version of each file.

Give download rights for analysis without flagging safe
Hi, we have a process of validating in a secured sandbox environment documents that are flag as malicious to be analyse to put back into circulation if it's a false positive. Right now, Box Shield co-admin cannot retrieve those documents. Support suggest to flag them as false positive, download them and revert them back. It is a horrible practice to have to do that. It gives false information to the AI and it prevents automation via webhooks.
I have a multiple async jobs I want to run when a file becomes a false positive. This way of downloading is dangerous and prevents that
