Box Online Only
Admins should be able to decide which groups of users are allowed to use Box Drive versus Box online only. Box Online only would increase security in that users would not be able to download files and would be forced to edit/view files in browser only. This helps tremendously in securing data that contractors need to access.

Each user can use Box AI up to 20 times without incurring additional charges, but it is not possible to know how much they are currently using it.

Folder Sync Prioritization from User

I know my coworker has been working in Folder A, and has uploaded or updated new documents.
We are handing off the project, and so I know I need to access them as soon as I can...
I should be able to hit prioritize Folder A so that that is the first set of files that need to be synced to my system. Folder A gets pushed to the front of the queue and all other files get put on hold until I get what I need synced. This could save me hours.

Box Shield Alert for Anomalous Deletion of Folders or Data
We would like an alert to be created if a user deletes an anomalous amount of data. We recently had an employee leave the company under bad terms and found that before we could let her go, she had deleted a bunch of folders from Box. We were able to recover them, but this would be an indicator (much like anomalous download alerts) that something is up with this employee and we should be digging in deeper.

Add "Expand" Option to See All Files within a Folder as Thumbnails
In Box Hubs, you can add a folder but only the folder shows as the thumbnail, not all the files within that folder.
It would be great to have an "Expand" option to allow you to see all of the files within a folder as thumbnails under the folder as well.

Box Group Automation, Dynamic, Identity Manager Tie, or other Methods
Searching through Box pulse ideas, there are several different flavors of requests for Box Group automation (allowing for users to be auto assigned to a group based on some type of input, either being account information, data fed from an identity platform, etc).
This will be important for enterprise customers, as they transition from Microsoft file shares/products that have this functionality available.

I want to search for folders by tag prefixes.
Could you provide an API endpoint that allows searching for folders by tag prefixes? This would streamline the process by eliminating the need to manually retrieve all folders and filter them based on tags.

Box Relay Task Approval Options
For the action Assign a Task - Approval Task, there's a section that asks "What happens when this outcome is completed?" If the task is approved, there's no option to select, it's just hard coded in to go to the next outcome. If the task is rejected, you can select options. I would like to be able to select options if the task is approved as well.
My use case:
I'm working on a formal approval process in Box using Relay. We need to have a legal review of our templates each year and I'm using a Relay to manually trigger on the template that needs review and then it sends an approval task to the legal person to review it and either approve/attest to it or reject it, saying it needs to be revised/not approved for use. I want to build one Relay for this process - if the task is approved, I want a notification sent to the workflow starter that it's approved and then end the flow. If it's rejected, I want to send a notification and then continue on with the flow to move the file that started the flow to a different folder (drafts) and then assign the workflow starter a general task to complete revisions and go through the approval process. I have to do this in two separate Relays, one for the approval/attestation and then another for making updates/changes/revisions. It would be nice to be able to have more selections for the approval task once completed for both approved and rejected. Share the main folder but restrict some specific sub-folders
Box should allow to share a Folder and also restrict the access to some of its sub-folders. In addition, we sould be able to let the restricted sub-folder displayed or not to the user subject of the restriction.

"What's New?" Button in a the Box Web Application - Can we include release notes notifications there as well?
Would it be possible to include release notes in the under the "What's New" button inside Box's Web App? Besides receiving sales notifications, it would be nice to have our users in the know about changes that might be impact them right there in the Box Web App, and not under the release notes' external page.

Show who has locked a file in Box Drive
In the Webapp you are able to see who has locked a file, in Drive you cannot see this unless you navigate to the web. Heavy Drive users/customers require this information in the Drive UI

Notification function when a conflict occurs when editing a file
Files are locked when edited from Box Drive by users who have co-authoring enabled.
However, it takes time for the lock to take effect, which can lead to file conflicts if another user edits the file first.BoxDrive and BoxEdit normally notify you when a file conflict occurs, but unfortunately users who have enabled the collaborative editing feature do not receive the notification that a conflict has occurred.
If you want to co-edit with a user whose co-editing function is disabled, you can co-edit with Office Online if you are editing Excel or Word, but the file you want to edit this time is Access.
Therefore, collaborative editing is not possible in Office Online.When a conflict occurs, it is necessary to re-edit each file, but currently there is no notification when a conflict occurs, so you have to check on your own to see if there is a conflict.

When changing the notification settings for a folder with permissions below viewer/uploader, an error message is displayed.
When changing the notification settings for a folder with permissions below viewer/uploader, an error message is displayed.
When you invite an external collaborator with viewer/uploader or lower permissions, an error message appears when the external collaborator tries to change the notification settings for the folder, causing confusion.
We want you to not see an error every time you change your email notification settings.(和訳：)

Scheduling documents with Box Sign
It would be very beneficial for us to be able to schedule documents that require review and signature to be sent at a predetermined time. We use SIgn to send people involved in our investigations (higher ed Title IX) documents, so it is easier to preschedule things then have to do them at various times.
