Ability to do a paid roll up for accounts that have the developer console enabled.
I'd like to be able to do paid roll up for accounts that have the developer console enabled.
Free accounts that currently have the developer console enabled must be demoted to an Individual account and then roll up.
It takes time and man-hours to rewind after requesting demotion to Box for the account in question.
We would like to improve the functionality so that roll up can be performed even if the developer console is enabled.開発者コンソールが有効になっているアカウントの有償巻き取りを出来るようにして欲しい
現在、開発者コンソールが有効になっている無償アカウントは、一度Individualに降格させてから巻き取りを行う必要があります。

Tasks in relay are owned by Relay owner rather than workflow initiator
Currently tasks have owner and assignee. The owner is always relay owner, who gets notifications when there are any changes to the task which may not be ideal.
Allow for an option to have the task owner be the workflow initiator instead.

Box Drive Path in MacOS
Now I am updating my MacOS. According to "https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407737091219-Using-Box-Drive-on-macOS-File-Provider-Extension-FPE-mode", my box path was changed from "~/Box" to "~/Library/CloudStorage/Box-Box". It is inconvenient to search files in my editor because the files are located far away from my home directory. Can I fix this issue? Dropbox is still located "~/Dropbox".

File request email address included in User Activity Reports
When generating a user activity report, populate the email addresses that the end-user puts in under the email address field of a file request URL link. Otherwise if the user isn't signed into box, this field is empty on the user activity report.

My Box Notes folder created for all users
Currently, 'My Box Notes' folder only gets created if you have an open folder structure. This folder should get created regardless of open vs closed structure so users can easily view all Box Notes.

Ability to print PDF documents without downloading
In order to make it easier for the end user to print PDFs it'd be nice to have a print option directly in the context menu (both in the document preview and on document list).
As PDFs tend to contain forms to fill in either interactively or manually it might be consiedered as useful to print them directly from the browser. Currently it's not possible as after user hits 'command + P' there's only 1 blank page to be printed.
The current user path for printing a PDF is:
1. Open a PDF in box webapp

Out of office notice
Hi,
it would be nice if we received messages about out of office notes or e-mail errors (wrong address) for invitations and, for example, workflows. At the moment I don't know if someone just didn't respond or didn't receive the invitation / task.

Setting to enforce Password On for all sign requests
Request the feature to enforce putting Password to the file which is shared by Sign Request.
When the file is sent by Sign Request, it does not have any access control like Shared link.
If the administrator can force the end user to put Password when they send a Sign request, it can remediate the risk of unexpected data leakage caused by Sign no access control specification.2 votes -
Ability to start a workflow from the "New +" section
My customer would like to trigger a workflow that copies a folder (and subfolders) IN the folder where it is created.
Customer use case:
A financial services company needs to create a deal folder within the company folder a fund team is working from. Instead of going to the deal folder template to copy it into the specific company folder, they would like to trigger the workflow to copy the deal folder template to the company specific folder with one click and from the company folder.
This would be similar to using a manual trigger but having a dynamic variable…

Comments with Links
It would be ideal if links to Box content that are pasted into comments would default to open in a new browser tab, not replacing the current view of workflow needed while reading other comments.

Provide ability to deploy custom code
Provide the ability to deploy Box-related backend and front-end code using tier-1 Box SDKs and Box UI Elements respectively. This would allow customer-specific business logic to be created and to expose those capabilities as a custom endpoint without needed to deploy the cost to 3rd-party platform such as Heroku, AWS, Azure, or GCP. This would also allow external applications to invoke the use case-specific endpoints to tie into external business processes.

Box available as Service on iOS Shortcuts app
Currently in iOS Shortcuts app, iCloud Drive and Dropbox are available, Box should be there too. Will help in automating copying files to Box using Shortcuts on iOS.
