Integrate Box for Microsoft Teams with multiple Microsoft tenants
The Box for Microsoft Teams integration currently requires a 1 to 1 mapping with a Microsoft tenant. We would like the ability to enable this integration across multiple tenants while maintaining a single Box EID.

Custom scope feature for Shared Links
We would like to request the addition of a feature that allows content sharing to be set narrower than "company users" and broader than "invited users only" in "Enterprise Settings" using groups.
As a result, in organizations such as educational institutions where customers such as children, pupils, and students exist within the same tenant, it will be possible to guarantee the fairness of sharing safely within a limited range without collaboration.

I request that an automatic version update stop function be added.
When installing Box Tools on the template distribution PC, I would like to stop automatic version updates for a certain period of time in accordance with the distribution timing of the template distribution PC.We also request that similar functionality be added to Box Drive in the following titles.

Admin select Box default document lock time
We need the option as Admins to change the default lock time (e.g. one hour). Box support said "Unlimited" is the only default option. This creates a problem because users, by the Box design, select lock without changing the default resulting in many, many "unlock" requests.

Add "role" field to user Sign profile for Box Sign GxP
Role is an important component of a signing event in a GxP context. We would like to see a "role" item that is associated with each user that is added to the signature block when a document is signed and is then surfaced in the signing log.

Box Hubs Inherited Permissions
The ability to set up a hub that inherits the permissions of the folders/files added. When creating a Hub to have the ability to decide (using a toggle) if content in the Hub should inherit existing permissions or have new permissions granted.

Report output by general users (Box Relay)
I would like general users to be able to output information about files uploaded with Box Relay.

I would like the quickest and most efficient way to download all the box notes from all folders in our account onto PDF

importhtml & importxml to be supported on Google Sheets integration in Box
Some formulae such as importhtml & importxml are not supported in Box Google Sheets integration.
I strongly hope the functions on Google Sheets will be fully compatible with Box.1 vote -
Have a box sign template tag for 'receive a copy" recipients
It would be great if there was a box sign template tag to add recipient's to receive a copy of the signed document.
This would mean a template could have hardcoded recipients for a copy or provide the ability for a signer to add recipient's to get a copy.

data loss in mobile applications
Box is currently unable to save any new files directly from office mobile applications to Box fileserver locations, and the files disappear into the void when attempting to do so. After a few wasted hours of troubleshooting Senior Box Support indicated this is a result from a lack of support for mobile co-authoring functionality. An error message at the absolute bare minimum to instruct users to only save data locally would be the expectation when a file cannot be saved before data loss occurs.

I want BoxEdit/BoxDrive to support the Save As feature
When a user opens a file from the web interface in a desktop app such as Excel, makes edits, selects Save As, and renames the file, the new file does not get saved. Countless hours' worth of work have been lost because of this significant problem. If a user does all the same steps with the exception of opening a file from File Explorer (BoxDrive) instead of from the web interface, the new file is saved. We need the same functionality in the web interface!

Allow admins to be able to exclude specific folders from scanning policies
Be able to safelist individual folders and their content, in case the latter are part of normal operational activities of specific teams, and to reduce false positives/noise to SecOps teams.

BoxRelay trigger "Scheduling"
A customer is considering using boxrelay in the future.
Event scheduling → When triggering by date, currently you can only select the 1st day or the end of the month.
For example, if it were possible to do this on the second Wednesday, the 10th, or the 15th in the future, I think it would be convenient and encourage its use in the future.

BoxHubs compatibility with Information Barrier
Fix compatibility issues with BoxHubs and Information Barrier.
Currently, if Information Barrier is enabled, BoxHubs cannot be enabled, so please fix that issue.10 votes -
Separate Disposition Policy Management
Customers would like the ability to manage automated content deletion separate from retention policies. This would allow content to be deleted sooner than the policy designates. Ability to extend the disposition date would be important (including through relay workflows where approvals could be gathered). Ability to designate the disposition timing from upload date (and not edit date for new versions of a file) is also desired.
