1. Allows the report to see the classification labels that have been applied in the past

   In the User Activity Report, when a classification label is changed, it is logged. However, it does not record from which label was changed to which label..
   One user currently sets the privilege to edit classification labels to editors (general employees). However, the more users with editing privileges, the greater the security risk. The only way to avoid this risk is to limit the scope of editing privileges to the owner or co-owner (superior). In that case, it would be too inconvenient, since it would be necessary to apply to the superior for a change in the classification label.
   By making it possible to track which classification labels have been assigned in the past and who assigned them, it is possible to increase the convenience of classification label operation while ensuring security.

   過去に適用されていた分類ラベルをレポートで確認できるようにします。
   ユーザーアクティビティレポートでは、分類ラベルが変更されるとログに記録されます。しかし、何のラベルから何のラベルになったかは記録されません。

2. Disposition Reporting Update - File Size and Scheduled Reports option

   Add File Size and Scheduled Report option for Disposition Reports in Admin Console. Allowing the Admin to monitor disposition activities based on their reporting cadence to ensure files/folders are deleted as expected without having to run the Folder/Files report and comparing against the options in that report.

3. Folder differentiation on Web App

   While Box does show a different folder if a folder is shared (blue with people silhouette) you are unable to tell which is shared BY you and which is shared TO you. I recommend changing the folder color to the default color, but adding the people silhouette when YOU share folders, then the blue one with the silhouette can be used for folders shared TO you.

4. About the accuracy of Box AI for Hubs

   I'm trying out the beta version of Box AI for Hubs.
   I expected this feature to be able to combine information from multiple documents within Hubs to generate an answer.
   However, at the moment, even though there is relevant information in the documentation within Hubs, only general answers are returned, and no satisfactory answers have been obtained.
   As it is, it would be difficult to deploy it internally, so we would like to see further improvements in the accuracy of AI.

5. Storage number to be just latest version

   Currently the storage number shown in the Admin Console includes all the version of each file.
   I would like to have the storage number with just the latest version of file.

6. Add information in “File Properties” to metadata

   Currently the information in the “File Properties” (owner, created date, retention policy exp, size) is all siloed and unusable for anything but viewing in preview. Adding that information as normal Box metadata will make it available for reporting, sorting, as a policy trigger, and consumable by Crooze for tasks like retention policy expiry reports.

7. Provide a mechanism to indicate which BOX space you are in - potentially by account owner

   It has become clear that personnel often are invited to multiple Box spaces. This can cause confusion due to folder naming that doesn't indicate what Box account that folder is associated with.

   It would be beneficial if there was some method to indicate which Box account you are posting information in. This could be done with some type of context switching in the web app, or some listed account name with the folder.

   We have found that often times, some personnel with 'free' Box Lite accounts will post information in their 'free' account instead of dropping them in the Box folder they have been invited to. Other time there are personnel that just don't recognize they are in their Box 'free' account compared to a 'compliant' Box account they have been invited to collaborate within.

   So in short, the request is to have some type of clear indicator for which Box account you are collaborating in, or some method to context switch between your Box accounts.

8. ability to upload thumb for folders and links

   need to add capability to upload low res thumb jpgs for:
   1) Folders
   2) Bookmarks

   This need to work across all devices:
   1) Desktop browser
   2) Mobile
   3) App

   This needs to work on all platforms:
   1) Mac
   2) Windows
   3) apple and android

   THIS IS CRUCIAL EASY TO IMPLEMENT FEATURE THAT WILL DRAMATICALLY ENHANCE USER EXPERIENCE. IM A UX / UI CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND I KNOW IT WILL HELP ACROSS THE BOARD FOR MANY USE CASES AND MANY VARIOUS TARGET AUDIENCES.

9. Alerts when large amounts of data are being moved

   We would like the option to receive alerts if someone is attempting to move or delete a large amount of data from it's original location in Box. This way we can keep users from mistakenly moving large folders and losing them.

10. Hubs: Support for Box Drive

    Currently Box Hubs(beta version) doesnot support Box Drive, hopefully support Box Drive as well.
    Some of employeees are heavy users of Box Drive so, hope that access via Drive.

11. Speed up the file indexing process

    Accoding to the website, indexing usually takes around 10 minutes (sometimes more than 10 minutes), but it often takes half a day to a day or more.
    This indexing process is taking too much time and affecting the invoicing process, so we would like to improve the processing speed.

12. Allow Admins to Monitor for Sync Errors

    Currently if there are any sync errors in Box Drive the only way to identify them is for the user to notice the toast notification or click on the Box Drive systray icon. Relying on the end user to report errors is not reliable and almost caused us to lose data going back several years.

    The only way errors are logged is in the Box Drive log files but no one from Box or Box Support is willing to share how those are logged for admins to monitor.

    Box Drive needs to better log any errors encountered so admins can be proactive and address any issues before critical data is lost. Several options would be logging the event back to the admin console, creating a specific log file just for errors, logging an event to the system logs.

13. Give download rights for analysis without flagging safe

    Hi, we have a process of validating in a secured sandbox environment documents that are flag as malicious to be analyse to put back into circulation if it's a false positive. Right now, Box Shield co-admin cannot retrieve those documents. Support suggest to flag them as false positive, download them and revert them back. It is a horrible practice to have to do that. It gives false information to the AI and it prevents automation via webhooks.

    I have a multiple async jobs I want to run when a file becomes a false positive. This way of downloading is dangerous and prevents that

    Provide support for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Smart Cards to be used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This is a desirable feature for DoD personnel who utilize Common Access Cards (CACs).

16. Customize shared link theme and logo

    As the File request link can be customized (text, colors, logo...), it would be great to customize a shared link too.
    We have many companies inside our enterprise, so each company would be able to set its logo for their shared links (and not the default one of the enterprise).

18. Box Online Only

    Admins should be able to decide which groups of users are allowed to use Box Drive versus Box online only. Box Online only would increase security in that users would not be able to download files and would be forced to edit/view files in browser only. This helps tremendously in securing data that contractors need to access.

19. About scaling operations using the mouse wheel

    When displaying the preview screen in a web browser, using the mouse wheel will scale the entire screen along with the thumbnails and sidebar, but I would like to be able to scale only the content part.

20. Searching for names with & does not work

    Hi, we have a group called M&A - you cannot actually share any folders or files with this group through the traditional methods because searching for M M& or M&A does not produce the group on box.com
