Shortcut Function for Instant Bookmark Creation
I suggest the implementation of a "Shortcut Function" for immediate bookmark creation when issuing a shared link. Here's how it would work:
Procedure: Right-click on the file or folder intended for bookmarking.
Functionality: A new bookmark (file) is instantly generated and stored in the same folder.
Result: A shared link is automatically associated with the targeted file or folder, with default access permissions.The generated bookmark can be easily moved or duplicated to necessary folders, serving as a centralized shortcut for convenient access to the targeted file or folder.

Include Specific Changes to User Privileges in User Activity Report
When running a user activity report that displays changes to a user's privileges, would like to view the specific settings that were edited.
Example: A user's/co-admin's privileges for the "Restrict External Collaboration" was checked at an unknown time. Would like to be able to check which user made this change and when the change was made.

AI Photo enhancement
Photo enhancement – “fills in the pixilated blanks” on a photo so that it is clearer and perhaps more flexible to be zoomed. We get a lot of cellphone pictures for potential use that are framed nicely but low quality.

Be transparent on the maximum number of characters for sharing messages

Add the ability to fix scrollbars in tables
We make great use of the table feature of Box Notes and often create tables with a huge number of columns.
A while ago the UI was changed and scrollbars became available.
However, the longer the table is, the longer it takes to get to the scrollbar, because the scrollbar does not appear until I get to the bottom row.
I have to go further just to find the scroll bars, and I find this operation laborious.
Therefore, we would like the scrollbar to be fixed so that it always appears at the bottom of the table currently displayed on…16 votes -
STOP making online only files if i didn't want.
I save a project on box folder, put to make available offline, and then next day cant open it wasn't available, and have to wait hours to edit again, how can i make to that not happen again?

Canvas feature improvements
After trying Canvas it looks like in order to get more use out of this compared to other open white board on the market it really does need allow more flexibility and improvements such as:
- Ability to allow GIF's for presentations.
- Allow links/ bookmark to files within box within a text box.
- Allow preview box of a video or crop a video within box to show a snippet of the video for presentation.
- Allow a preview link/ bookmark to Audio file to play.
- Currently drawn notes or shapes only allow corners to expand, it would help to add in side…

Ability to control whether or not a user can un-invite himself/herself.

translation of classifications
I have a lot of managed languages in Box but classifications are not translated. It would be great if we could have only one classification (with its description) while today I have to create multiple ones (in English, French, Japanese, etc.)..

Admin view - Users and Groups
the current filters don't let me choose just managed users, it includes appusers which I do not want to see. I also need to filter by the date added. The old UI design had this and it was very helpful, the new design is missing it.

Platform Insights - Show Cumulative Graph for monthly API usage
The graph on the Platform Insights page show the API usage per day using a line graph. It'll be great to be switch between this graph and "Cumulative" graph so that I can clearly see how many APIs I'm using across the month, and how I'm tracking against my API allocation.
This way, it's easy for me as an Admin to understand if I'm tracking to go over my API allocation for the month and can investigate further (is it a new application? is a current application using more APIs? etc).

Review Document button unreadable in desktop Outlook
When a sign request email is sent, the "Review Document" button renders as a black-and-blue square without any text in the desktop Outlook client (tested on Version 2401 build 17231.20194, but widely repeatable across our company). Downloading Pictures (a common fix for Outlook formatting issues) does not fix this issue.
Opening the same email in Outlook for Web, Outlook Mobile, Gmail, and other email clients renders the Review Document button correctly. Competitor products all render their equivalent of the Review Document button correctly in all variants of Outlook.

make linked files visible in Finder on desktop
Linked files are only visible in the web version of Box, and not visible on the desktop with Box Drive. This defeats the purpose of having linked files since the majority of users are accessing Box through Box Drive on their desktop. Please update!!!

i want to know when my folder copy is completed
i suggest adding a progress bar of some kind for lengthy operations so that you know when you might able to continue working on deleting a folder after said operation.

Hyperlinks in Box Notes that open the page when clicked
Hyperlinked text should open the linked URL when clicked, once. Just like HTML hyperlinks have worked since 1993. If necessary to keep the current behavior, (click, open popup, click URL), you could add a "1-click" button to the popup controls to toggle the one-click behavior. A rollover-exposed control could allow return to the two-click behavior or just provide the URL/Edit/Delete options you have now.
