Allow Auto-creation and Auto-deletion of Box folders in NetSuite per record
Introduce functionality within the Box–NetSuite integration to automatically create associated Box folders when a NetSuite record is created, eliminating the need for users to manually click the “Default” button.
Additionally, enable automatic deletion of the corresponding Box folder when the related NetSuite record is deleted, ensuring better data hygiene and consistency between systems.
As part of this enhancement, provide administrators or consultants with the ability to toggle this feature on or off by record type, allowing organizations to apply automation selectively based on their business needs.Benefits:

We want all content to be displayed in Hub without using the "Show more" button.
When a large amount of content is placed in a single block in Hub, not all of the content is displayed in the UI, and users need to click "Show more" to see the rest.
We would like all content to be displayed without having to use the "Show more" button.

Users and Groups - Move "More Options" [...] Menu to Left-Hand Side of Page
Admins regularly take repeated actions in the Users and Groups tab of the Admin Console - specifically Log in as User, and Add User to Groups. If the menu could be close to the user's name, this would make manual processing much easier for admins.

Continuous Capture Scan Mode Enhancement
For the Scan feature, currently three modes exist - Photo, Monochrome, Black and White. Photo is the default mode and does not adjust for shadows. If scanning numerous pages, the only way to change this is manually each time. No preset exists to change the mode. It is much more desirable when scanning documents to automatically adjust for shadows, which is why virtually all mobile scanning apps do this as the default. Box Capture is a great tool, but creating preset mode options within Continuous Capture settings would elevate Box's scan tool significantly for users who routinely scan a higher…

File Request - restrict or track configuration
Allow for the ability restrict the File Request configuration from being editable. Alternatively, allow for reporting (via user activity reporting, event stream, API, otherwise) on the explicit configuration of File Requests, including field titles, descriptions, and helper text.
Use case: Financial institutions requiring auditing trail of all communication to external clients within Box, including custom configured text set by internal employees on File Requests distributed externally.

Widen Report Selection Window So Scroll Bar Does Not Overlap Report Type Bubble Selector
Please either widen the report selection window, move the report selection bubbles left, or the scroll bar to the right so that the scroll bar does not overlap with the selection bubbles. When you scroll through the report types, the scroll bar appears and overlaps with the report type selection bubbles, forcing us to wait for it to disappear before we are able to select the report type. Please make some small CSS change to stop this from happening. It is a minor thing but it gets in the way every time when scrolling down and is infuriating.

wildcard domain blocking
We would like to be able to use wildcards within our environment for blocking whole domains, in our case we plan to target unexpected countries via the domain block policy. By default we would like to prevent any box accounts from an unexpected source from being collaborated with. If we ever encounter an exception to this default we plan to use the ability within shield to create a whitelist to allow only those accounts which are expected to bypass the policy.

File Deletion Command
Hello,
I’d like to bring up a suggestion that could help prevent errors and the loss of important documents.I think it would be better—and essential—to move the “Trash” command, which is located in the drop-down menu (after clicking the three dots), well below the “Download” command.
In fact, I think the “Download” command is used very frequently for files available on the drive. It’s easy to accidentally click the wrong button, depending on how careful you’re being.

We're in the process of migrating from our current IdP service to Entra Enterprise Apps and need to reach parity in Entra with current IdP capabilities. For the most part we have parity for Box using the gallery app in Entra with two key gaps.

Merge PDFs generated when uploading with Box Sign
Every time you upload a file to Box Sign, a PDF file is generated, which can make the data cluttered.

Request to add output items to the Box Hubs Report
Could you please include the "Hub Settings" items in the output of the Box Hubs Report?
After a Hub is created, the creator configures access and collaboration settings for the Hub in "Hub Settings."
As Box administrators, we would like to have an overview of access and collaboration settings for each Hub.
While the settings can be checked individually in Content > Hubs by clicking into each Hub, it is necessary to open each one separately to confirm the configurations.

Allow folder navigation and expansion directly within the Box Hubs UI
Currently, when a user clicks on a folder that has been added to a Hub, the folder opens in a separate browser tab to display the list of items.
From a User Experience (UX) perspective, we believe it is critical to keep the user flow consistent. Therefore, it is highly desirable for users to be able to expand folders and navigate their contents directly within the Hubs interface, rather than being redirected to a new tab.

Have "View" functionality available when selecting "include sub-folders"
At this time, when running a report and toggling on the "include subfolders" option, the "View" option is not supported. A "No matching results found" message appears or the previewed actions don't take the selected folders into consideration.
The generated report does show the correct actions with the selected filters, but there's a need for better previewing before running the report. This will allow admins to have a clearer understanding of what will be in the final report.
