Collaboration - Asset Transformation (ability to resize assets), DAM feature
Many Digital Asset Management Solutions allow Asset transformation (the ability to dynamically resize/reformat assets without manual intervention)
Use case: I create a new design that I want launch to different marketing campaigns (instagram, tiktok, email hero image, website hero image etc). From one design, I need to automatically create different sizes for each location.

Send Signature Request on Behalf of Another User
Requesting the ability to act as another Box user when requesting a signature on a document. Use case is where an executive needs a doc for signature, and their admin generates that request on the exec's behalf -- the exec name holds more weight, so the ability for that admin to be granted extended Sign privileges to be able to send a request as if they were the exec. Enable HTML Rendering in Box Mobile
Box Mobile should support HTML rendering, consistent with the Box web experience.
Without mobile rendering, users must download files, open another application, or wait until they can access a desktop browser.

Enhancement of the content sorting feature in Hub
Currently, when placing multiple pieces of content in Hub, you can manually change their order, but it would be more convenient if sorting could be made easier.
We would like to be able to sort multiple pieces of content placed in Hub all at once, in ascending or descending order, by size, file name, update date, etc.

Reflect Web "Home Page" (Account Settings) setting in the iOS/iPadOS app
Please improve the Box app for iPhone/iPad so that the "Home Page" setting
configured under [Account Settings] > [Home Page] on the web app (e.g.

I'd like the trash bin status to be reverted to the previous specification.
Regarding the BOX trash bin, since around August 12, 2025, all files appear to have the "10 years" policy applied to the trash bin, so I would like you to restore it to the previous state.

Support CrowdStrike integration to GovCloud. Currently the integration with CrowdStrike Falcon only supports the commercial tenant of CrowdStrike and cannot interface with our GovCloud environment.

More visibility of 'find and replace' feature
Regarding the search and replace function in Box Note— beyond displaying it with Ctrl+F, are there any plans to make it more accessible, such as adding it to the three-dot menu (⋯) or another more visible location?
The end users will find the feature and utilize it if they are not so familiar with shotcuts operation.3 votes -
Tansfer Form Ownership
I would like the ability to transfer forms to other users. Reasons below:
If employees are going on extended leave or parental leave and someone else is in charge of managing these forms.
If initial set up is completed by an admin but then continually managed by another team.
I am told form ownership transferring will be available only on deletion of a user account in a future release but would like it to not be reliant on the deletion of a user.

Limit the amount of data a user can delete
There have been repeated incidents where users accidentally delete large amounts of data from Box Drive. Each time, administrators are required to restore the data.
However, administrators cannot restore the data until the deletion process is fully completed, and even then, the restoration takes as much time as the deletion, which disrupts business operations.We would like to set an upper limit on the amount of data that users (other than Box administrators and co-administrators) can delete at one time, in order to prevent users from accidentally deleting large amounts of data.

form submission export
Box forms submissions should be available via export/report to show each submission and it's form responses, as well as info about the submission (who was it by, when, etc.). This would help with tracking specific forms and reflect functionality with similar products.

New shortcuts to AI in Box Notes
A new shortcut for Box AI for Box Notes has been released to display the AI prompt field when you enter a space at the beginning of a line in Box Notes.

Request to Change Message Sending Shortcut in Box AI
I would like Box AI to use the Enter key for line breaks and Ctrl+Enter for sending messages.
Currently, in Box AI, pressing Enter immediately sends the message, which sometimes causes messages to be sent unintentionally while still being written.
Please make it possible to configure sending with Ctrl+Enter, either as an optional setting or as the default behavior

Sync Box to an external hard drive
This should go without saying, but internal hard disks are far too small for cloud storage to sync, especially when using the cloud storage for large files such as video editing. We have several Terabytes of data on ours that we access all the time, as a group of editors. It's an absolute dealbreaker that we're forced to use the default location of the local drive to sync files using Box Desktop, and we would like the option of choosing an external hard drive or even a secondary internal drive to sync to. I would like to be able to customzie the content preview window side bar
Once Box AI is enabled it takes the top spot as the default sidebar view in the content preview window. Some of my users would like the Activity Tab to load first, as they depend on seeing comments. Being able to customize the sidebar icons would be great

We want users to easily obtain a list of file IDs
We need a way for users to bulk obtain the ID information of files located in folders for which they have permissions.
Currently, when users want to check a list of file IDs, they have to contact the Box administrator, who then exports a “Folders and Files Report” and shares it with them. Since there are many such requests, handling them is burdensome.
Could you add the “Folders and Files Report” to the reports that can be obtained from the Folder Insights screen?

We Want to Easily Obtain the File ID
