Relay rename
It would be awesome to have more variable options within relays.
Specifically:
• Label/Titles for fields in a form.
• eg. if someone uploads a file in a form, I want a relay to rename the file using the Label on the upload field.2 votes -
Box Skills triggers for shared links and collaborators
Currently webhooks support shared link and collaborators event triggers. Webhook v1 can be set at org level but does not work. Webhook v2 cannot be set at org level.
As Box Skills is the recommended webhooks for 3rd party CASB providers over Webhooks v1 or v2.

I don't want the header to be printed when printing in Excel.
When printing important Excel file documents, I want the headers to not be printed.

The items are shifted when outputting CSV by comma or double quotation
When outputting a report, if there are commas or double quotation marks, the items are shifted when outputting CSV

Update Rejected naming in the notifications
Please stop writing "rejected" in the notification that comes back when the created approval task is rejected. I would like to see more options, such as "send back".

Sender info in Relay
I would like you to add a setting for "who" went to the BoxRelay event.
For example, when managing files for the same task in the same folder, if the person in charge (uploader) and the confirmer (notification recipient) are different for each file, it would be convenient to be able to set different notification recipients according to the uploader.Thank you for your consideration.

BoxRelayのイベントで「誰が」行ったかの設定を追加してほしいです。
例えば同一フォルダで同じ業務のファイルを管理するケースで、ファイル毎に担当者（アップローダー）と確認者（通知先）が異なる場合、アップロードした人によって通知先を別々に設定できると便利になります。ご検討のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

Additional Information BoxShield Anomalous Download Alerts
Include further information within the anomalous download alert to show which application\service was used. Currently, this is only available from the user activity report, which takes a while to generate.
If the hostname and device type could be included, this would help decipher if anomalous downloads have taken place acorss multipe devices.

Request for improving a behavior of Box tools in checking if network is recovered
Currently, Box Tools keep attempt to ping to box during offline to check if its network is recovered. Sometimes, this wouldn't be good and may affect to the network environment.

Specification for uploading Outlook attachments to Box in the Box app (Box: The Content Cloud: 5.13.0)
When saving Outlook email attachments via the Box app (Box: The Content Cloud: 5.13.0) on a smartphone, I would like to be able to register a folder other than "All files" on the destination selection screen.
It is time-consuming to select a folder by going down the hierarchy from the root (all files) each time when selecting a destination, Please make it possible to add any folder to the destination selection screen, such as favorites.

保存先を選択する際に毎回ルート（すべてのファイル）から階層を辿ってフォルダを選択することは手間であるため、お気に入りなどのように任意のフォルダを保存先選択画面へ追加できるようにしてほしい。

Restriction of the link icon for specific folders
There have been cases of employees accidentally clicking the link icon for "Create and copy a shared link" while working on the web site.
In order to prevent such cases, is it possible to implement a function to enable or disable the link icon for specific folders on Box?

If you have not manually changed the "Enabled Status" of a custom app at least once in the past,

Bring excel online previewer to mobile
Bring the features of Excel Online Previewer to the mobile app. Currently formatting is stripped and long text boxes are cutoff when previewing an excel document on mobile. It would be ideal to have the formatting remain the same and be viewable within preview, OR as a backup to be able to drag to resize directly from within preview - like you can on desktop.

We have multiple folders for each project. And navigating up and down the file tree is something I use often. how do i navigate back up?!?! the most recent update removed the folder path

Adding a Modified field in box online UI.
The "Updated" menu really needs to be configured or have a filter to now show Uploaded as an update. This is very important when moving data to box. I've just finished a box shuttle of about 60TB and 15 years of data. Everything is showing as Updated in the last couple of weeks. This makes it near on impossible to find data easily from years ago at a glance. If this filed can't have a filter then we really need another field called "Modified" So it reads as "Name" "Updated" "Modified" "Size" I shouldn't need to get the properties of…

Ability to delete comments in the mobile version of Box
Currently, the mobile version of Box does not have the ability to delete comments.

Behavior of checkbox [Disable all email notifications for all collaborators] in folder settings.
[Email and Notifications] section in folder settings ([...] > [Settings]) , when the settings saved with checkbox [Disable all email notifications for all collaborators] selected, the radio buttons [Use my default notification settings] and [Override default settings for this folder and all subfolder] remaining inactive even if the checkbox selections cleared.
Therefore, when I change the setting of radio buttons I have to save it once.
It is inconvenient, so it needs to be improved so that radio buttons can be activated without saving once when the checkbox is cleared.日本語(Japanese)：

Currently we get a Daily Login Activity report. This is a daily report and most important piece of information on it is report of new logins with information like user, device, time, and IP address..
Unfortunately this is daily and can only be on or off.
Requesting the ability to enable real time notification instead of the daily.
As it relates to security, immediate notification is critical for unauthorized access.2 votes -

Box Sign- Template New Recipient Update (fields)
Ability to assign a new recipient on a Box Sign Template from placeholder to new person across all the fields in the document without having to first add the new recipient, then having to assign each field to the new recipient from the placeholder.

Need to see a setting button added to the Box Mobile shooting mode screen to "select photo quality"
When capturing photos directly for inclusion in Box Notes, the high camera performance of the iPhone results in large file sizes for each individual photo.
As a consequence, it takes a considerable amount of time for photo to be displayed(uploaded) within the Box Notes.To address this issue, I would appreciate it if the option to "select photo quality" could be extended to the camera capture mode as well.
Currently, the option to "select photo quality" is available only in the continuous capture mode.
