Ability to format text in instructions
As a user, I want to be able to add detailed bullet points that show up clearly in notification emails

Better way to manage and view collaborators added to a single file
There is no good way to manage people who have access to a single file through SFC (the ability to invite a collaborator to a single file). Users need to click to ...> share > manage collab to see who has access.
It would be helpful to have a "sharing" tab along with details on a file level, since the release of SFC. There's also no way to run reports on which files have external collaborators through SFC.

Ability for the Admin to choose which reports a group admin can run
Currently the option is to allow or disallow group admins to run reports. Admin wants to disable certain reports but not others.

Support for differential or byte-level or block-level syncing with Box Drive
This type of transfer means only the changed parts of the file are transferred instead of the whole file.

Viewer does NOT see Download button in Context Menu ('...' menu) nor in Action Bar when multiple items are selected
.Given that Viewers have the ability to download watermarked files, the Download button should appear everywhere as normal. This ticket is to add the Download button in the following two locations for Viewers:
* File list context menu ('...' menu)

Notify all collaborators who are affected by automatically disabled shared link
When shared links are expired, only the item owner is notified. "affected users" only include folder owner

Limit Users ability to Pause Sync
There are use cases when we require Sync to completely finish before deleting the on-prem copy.

Ability to generate shared links with the same settings for multiple items in a folder
We would like the ability to multi-select content, generate shared link references to the content, and either have the result exported to a CSV file or into a table formatted Box Note with File Name and shared link URL.
We are looking to displace existing Wiki functionality in favor of Box
