when uploading photos in the Box app, they are in wrong orientation
Since last update, when uploading pictures from the app, if the photo was taken in Landscape mode, it shows as vertical once uploaded. PLEASE take it back to like it was where no matter what orientation we took a picture, it would show up correctly in the files.

Display sidebar icons anywhere/サイドバーアイコンを任意の場所に表示
We want to move the icon in the sidebar that appears when previewing a Box file freely and fix it where I want it.
When BoxAI is activated, the BoxAI icon appears at the top of the sidebar.
However, since the BoxAI icon is displayed at the top of the sidebar and comments (tasks) are not displayed immediately below it, they are overlooked.
Therefore, it is a hassle to switch to the Activity column that appears below BoxAI.(日本語訳)

Placing the file on BOX folder.
Currently, if anyone wants to upload a file from his local drive he can hold and drag the file to BOX folder in BOX UI.
In addition to above, user should have feature of copying by Ctrl + Copy & then pasting that file by Ctrl + P in BOX UI as we normally have in other apps e.g. Microsoft Outlook.

HTML files should also be supported by Box AI
Currently, HTML files are not supported by Box AI.
As we move forward with the use of Box AI, we have a department that frequently uses HTML files, and that department requested that we use Box AI to obtain information from HTML files.
As such, we would like you to improve this so that HTML files are also supported by Box AI.＜HTMLファイルもBox AIのサポート対象とする＞

Box Drive: Safe Column Width Fixation
The default column width is too narrow when viewing in Box Drive, and it is not possible to apply column width locking. I would like to request an improvement to this feature.

Admins to delete root level folders in the UI on All Files page
Annoying you have to go into content manager to delete content. Should be able to delete the root level folder as an admin on the All Files Page.

Customizable "Thanks for signing!" Box Sign email
I really need to be able to contact a signer immediately after signing, even if it's after hours or on the weekends. Adding a space on signing templates for a custom message would be HUGELY helpful and solve a huge problem.

Check if a shared link exists in BoxDrive
On BoxDrive, it is not possible to tell in which folder the shared link has been issued.
I wish there was a way to check if a shared link has already been issued on BoxDrive.-in Japanese-

Extend 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance to Box Sign APIs to enable Part 11 Box Sign requests via Box Drive
As of Box Drive v2.43, Box Drive now integrates with Box Sign. However, this integration does not support Part 11 compliant signatures. Since Part 11 compliance is enabled and enforced for all users in our organization, this presents a risk, as users could inadvertently bypass this requirement when using the integrated Box Sign feature via Box Drive.

Granular Security Controls on the Box API
We wish to implement fine-grained security controls on the API which is integrating with our SSPM – at the moment the permissions are Manage and for integration to our SaaS Security Posture Management service we just require Read.

I want the "Integration" menu to be hidden
I want to hide the "Integration" menu in BoxWeb.
The "Integration" menu is displayed in the menu that appears on the left side of BoxWeb (all files, history, admin console, developer console, etc.), but since we do not provide the "Integration" service to end users as part of our company's operations, I would like to be able to hide it.BoxWebの「統合」メニューを非表示にしたい。

Allow Co-Amins viewer access to claimed domains
Allow Co-Admins the ability to at the very least have viewer access in Enterprise Settings to see the claimed domains on their account. Currently our company has hundreds of domains, and having to ask the Admin to verify which domains have been claimed in our account is very frustrating and time consuming.

Prompt to Setup Biometrics when a Passcode is Set
When a passcode is set, Box Mobile should automatically ask the user if they want to use biometrics to unlock Box. Most applications already do this and most users will never go into settings and enable biometrics because they don't realize that is an option.

Merging Content of two Folders with Same Name and Same files
Merging the Content of two Folders with the same name and the same files gives the option of overwriting the destination or not. This will be very useful if you have duplicate content and want to save time and storage.

Removing co-owners from view of external clients
Removing co-owners from view of external clients. Currently all owners & cowners will show under collaborators in BOX folders - meaning external clients can see all who is listed and will email all individuals, including executives. There is a feature to hide this from anyone who is not an owner, but that would mean that managed users/internal staff would also not see these.
