1. Character code conversion of csv file

   When displaying a csv file in preview, full-width values ​​are garbled.
   It was confirmed that the garbled characters were resolved by changing the character code to [UTF-8 (with BOM)].
   csv is automatically generated, so you need to open each file and change the character code.
   I would like a function such as changing the character code when saving in the settings on the box side.

2. Add more detail to Box Admin Report folder descriptions

   Background:In the headers of folders created by Box when Box Admin Reports are run, there is "Folder description". This gives various details associated with the report, including:
   Status, Report type, Run on, Date range

   Enhancement Required and Reason:
   When there are so many reports being run during the day, and having to wait for them to complete, it would be helpful to add further metadata:
   - Users or groups - any and all selected during report preparation
   - Affected folders and files - any and all selected during report preparation

3. Support for PDF files based on vector graphics, vectorial

   In our business, we manipulate PDF files based on vector graphics. Box Sign currently does not support these types of files. Even in the case of Box preview, it does not handle the preview very well (on Chrome, the browser tends to freeze when a zoom of 70% is applied). Would it be possible to support these fairly large files (more than A0)?

   Dans notre activité, nous manipulons des fichiers PDF basé sur des graphiques vectoriels. Box Sign actuellement ne supporte pas ce genre de fichiers. Même dans le cas de Box preview, il ne le gère pas très bien la prévisualisation (sur Chrome, la navigateur a tendance à freezer lorsqu'un zoom de 70% est appliqué) . Serait-il possible de prendre en charge ces fichiers assez larges (plus que des A0) ?

4. The login page I land on does not have an SSO option.

   There is no SSO login button on the login page that I land on when sent there from a SLACK link.
   Every login page, no matter how I am sent to it, should have identical functionality! Basic coding practice says a feature should be implemented once, and used everywhere. I need to login with SSO. I need the SSO login button on EVERY login page I may be presented.
   As a WORKAROUND, I need to remember I need to use SSO, then manually go to another random login page and use the SSO there to get a token .

5. Ordering Files and Folders in numerical order, rather than Folders first and then Files

   Have the option to have an entire Folder listed by Name (ie, in numerical order) no matter the Folder/File. For example, not listing Folders first and then Files.

6. Folder Notifications - Bulk / End Of Day / Mid-day Scheduled

   Currently within the user ability to set up notifications - these are for single activities e.g. Uploads, Edits, Downloads.

   The number of notifications can sometimes bombard users sometimes to the point where they are not actively used.

   Would it be possible to expand the notification settings to allow users to schedule a bulk e-mail of all notifications made on a daily basis either end of day or mid-day instead of multiple e-mails.

8. Box app priority

   When there is a list of items to upload or download in the desktop app, there should be an option to prioritise certain files otherwise theres a need to wait until the important file is ready to use.

10. Default to files being in alphabetical order

    it's such a bummer that I have to click the file button on top to sort an alphabetical order… And it's not even me… there are people on my team we don't know how to do this yet… This should be a very standard feature

13. Box Sign is not certified by the Legal Affairs Bureau in Japan

    We usually use Box Sign to conduct our business.
    We are considering using Box Sign to approve and sign minutes of board of directors meetings, etc., and to submit the minutes signed with Box Sign as an attachment when registering with the Legal Affairs Bureau.

15. (API) Add 'can_change_expiration' to the {file|folder}.permissions

    We are publishing a 3rd-party app for Box.
    A setting has been added to prevent users from changing the expiration date of shared links.
    When this setting is enabled, sending POST of JSON containing 'sharedlink.unsharedat' will return a 400 Bad Request error
    Please add a 'canchangeexpiration' value to the permissions attribute of the file/folder object so that the correct POST requests parameter can be specified.

16. offline files and selective sync

    I would like to see the ability to mark files and folders for local or offline storage. Currently box drive allows for only the folder to be marked offline or downloaded locally. When I don't need to have a file downloaded anymore there is not a way for me to mark them offline. I have tried marking the folder offline but that doesn't work to make the files I want offline. Additionally, this would cause all files that I do want locally to become offline. Dropbox currently has the ability to selectively sync the files and or folders that I would like to see. Like box drive, I can choose to have all files and folders visible and in offline mode. However, unlike box drive, Dropbox is allowing the files or folders to be worked on and afterwards, either marked as offline only or made invisible by using their selective sync technology which keeps the data online but not visible locally on the computer. Personally I keep most of my data online in their file structures and download/upload work that I need to open on the computer programs. The box drive software doesn't work as intended and needs these features to make it better.

    At our company, we commonly use BoxNotes for meeting minutes and similar documents. When instructed to summarize the contents of the notes into a table format, it does so correctly.
