Historical Collaborations for Deleted Folders（ Collaboration Report）
When a folder with collaborators is deleted after a project ends, the folder and its collaborators no longer appear in the Collaborations Report, even if the report period includes the time when the folder existed. Related invitation and removal events remain available in the User Activity Report, but they are not presented in the same consolidated format, so manual matching and organizing are time-consuming.
Could Box include deleted or ended collaborations in the Collaborations Report, with the collaborator name/email, folder ID/path, and invitation, acceptance, and removal dates? This would simplify access reviews and audit work after folders are deleted.

Ability to adjust/resize the folder tree navigation pane width in Box Web App
Current Issue / Problem:
In the Box Web App, users cannot resize the left folder tree navigation pane. When folder names are long, the latter part of the folder name gets cut off, making it difficult to distinguish between folders. Searching for Block Items in a Hub
Searches within a Hub are currently limited to files stored in the Hub. Since Box Hubs can also contain link cards and speech bubbles in addition to files, I would like the search to include block items other than files as well.

Existing Content Watermark Status
After watermarking has been applied to existing content, disabling the tenant-level watermarking setting makes it impossible to tell from the UI whether that content is still watermarked.
As a result, administrators cannot identify affected content, and non-collaborators or users accessing an open shared link may be unable to preview or download the file. The current workaround may require temporarily changing the tenant setting or downloading and re-uploading the file as new content, which can result in the loss of version history and comments.

Icons on Box Hubs
I would like to be able to have different header icons on different pages in a single hub. I know you can make the banner different on every page, but it would be good if you could do the same for the little square icon as well

Live Document Access During the Signing Process
Currently, Box Sign only makes the completed document available once all recipients have signed. This is problematic when some recipients need to access the document before others have signed.
It would be useful to have a single, live document link which:
- Is accessible to all recipients throughout the signing process, including those without Box accounts.
- Updates automatically as each signature is added.
- Allows recipients to view or download the latest version at any time.
- Remains unchanged throughout the process, with the signing log and audit trail available at any stage, even before all signatures have been collected.

Allow the person who triggered a workflow by a form submission to be notified of task completion
We have a created a form which submits a request for approval. When this task is completed, this should alert the person who submits the form that it is approved or rejected, however this option isn't there.

The new Folder Tree view is cool, but useless in a deep folder strucutre
I like the new folder tree added over the weekend, but if navigate to a folder via searching, the folder tree stays at the root.
This means that for deeply nested folder structures, you may not be able to find the current folder you are working in, so the great drag and drop features may not be useful.
It would be nice if the folder tree automatically (or with another button or input) opened the folder you are working in so that the features can be used

I want CoPilot For Box to be able to read all my files, but it can only read: txt, bat, c, h, cpp, cs, js, json, md, sh, sql, vi, vim, xml, yaml and log.

Add coloured web icons to Box Mobile navigation (iPadOS)
In the new iPad app, the flat colours down the left-hand navigation do not make for quick navigation when you are used to the web. Use the same iconography from the web in the mobile app> This affect Box Notes more than anything, I just could not locate it at all in the menu.

Box Mobile - iPad - Add search on preview
With the new mobile apps, when previewing a file there does not appear to be a way to bring up search. For example I want to find a word in a spreadsheet of word document, I have to open the file in Word/Excel before I can find. This means the preview function is not as strong as it would be on the web where I can use search

Make the unmanaged user list available to Business Plus customers
Business Plus customers need a way to view a list of unmanaged users in their organization.
Without this visibility, administrators may have difficulty identifying unmanaged accounts, reviewing access appropriately, and maintaining effective security and governance. Requiring an Enterprise upgrade solely for this basic visibility creates a significant barrier for organizations that use Business Plus.
Please consider extending basic unmanaged user list visibility to Business Plus. This would give Business Plus customers the visibility they need to manage their environments securely and maintain effective governance.

Automatic Translation of Metadata Template Fields

Keep Canvas user names in sync with the latest display name
When a user changes their Box display name, the updated name should also appear in Box Canvas.
Currently, Canvas may retain the name shown when the user first collaborated. This can cause confusion and make it difficult to identify the correct person, especially after role changes, transfers, or legal name changes.

Automatic Translation of Metadata Based on Language
When companies expanding overseas use Box, if metadata contains text in a specific country’s language, they must search using that same language. While Box’s UI allows users to change the language, and standard searches can find files in other languages using AI Home, metadata is not supported by AI Home’s search functionality, making multilingual searches impossible. We would like to see automatic translation of metadata or support for multilingual searches using AI Home.
