Enable Enterprise Admin account to hide/disable Content Recovery tab
There is a new function Content Recovery, which has specific usage and limitations regarding its use. It would preferable therefore for the enterprise's main admin account (super co-admin) to be able to disable the function for specific (co-admin) users

Redirect external users to Terms of Service acceptance screen instead of error page
Would it be possible to redirect external users who have not accepted the custom Terms of Service to the acceptance screen instead of showing an error page when they access a shared link?
External users who have not accepted our custom Terms of Service see an error when opening a shared link. This confuses users and makes it harder for them to access the content. Redirecting them to the Terms of Service screen would improve the experience and help them complete the access flow smoothly.

Additional Passwords / Biometrics
I'd like to add an additional layer of security on folders in Box by password protecting them. We are using a mobile devices a lot - so it seems like a natural added layer of security similar to how Apple offers locked notes would be very helpful. If it was a password or an additional biometric check - that would be great!

box hubs
collaborating with external folks is still very clunky and inefficient at times. I hope as it continues to be refined and updated, they are able to resolve some of those limitations.

No 'Resume Signing' option for ready-sign link initiator, only access code
Streamline the flow for email verification when using Ready Sign Links:
Customer wants all RSL to use email verification whereby the end user must enter the code, and NOT be able to use the 'Resume Signing' option that's included in the verificaiton code email.Having both options in this process is confusing to end users. Also the two options are not documented on support.box.com - only option documented is where the end user is expected to add the verification code -- no mention of bypassing that / removing that step when choosing to resume signing via the email.

Box Shuttle connect with SharePoint using a personal Microsoft account
We are trying to sync a SharePoint site data into box periodically by using Box shuttle. It can be done through a O365 admin account to build this migration successfully.
However, we need to sync from a partner's SharePoint Site with a Microsoft personal outlook account since they think provide a SharePoint admin role for us to sync is too risky. Although this personal account had been invited into organization and shared as SharePoint site owner. Viewer uploader Role is restricted of downloading classified documents
Currently, users with the Viewer Uploader role are restricted from downloading classified content when Box Shield is enabled.
Promotion to Editor role is unwanted as it might lead to data deletion and editing.
can we allow this feature so we can keep enforcing the policy?

Fix the display issues
Most times when I hover the cursor over a file I get icons that show up allowing me to easily Add to Collection, Create and Copy Shared Link, Share, and a select box at the end of these options. However, sometimes when I log in and hover over a file I do not get any of these options. When these don't appear the only way I can send someone a link seems to be to open the file in Box. Suspicious Location Shield Alert
Allow for tagging Safe Locations against particular users, rather than having to exclude a user from alerts all together. Example; Offshore support in a country like India, where this shouldn't be treated as a suspicious location for this particular user, even though the rest of the organisation is based in Australia

Request for Specification Update: Ensuring Classification Label Overwrite Upon Folder Relocation
When a folder that has classification labels assigned is moved into another folder governed by a classification policy with the 'Overwrite existing classification labels' option enabled, the labels are not being overwritten as expected. We kindly request that the system behavior be revised so that the existing labels are properly overwritten in accordance with the policy settings.

Regarding time zones in Box Shuttle notification emails
The date and time in Box Shuttle job (running or completed) notification emails is always in the PDT time zone.
Going forward, we would like to ask that notification emails include the job run date and time in the time zone set in Box for either the job execution account or the target account.

disable public links globally with exceptions
We would like to disable public link sharing for all users, but enable a single folder public link sharing available where staff can put files that can be shared publicly. We don't want staff to accidentally share public links from other locations in Box, only from a single folder designated for public links. Otherwise, we need to move public link files to another provider, such as Google Drive.

More Error Information - Specified Logins are deactivated or invalid
I am adding a user to Box Relay or a similar app where I need to add a user. I get an Error that says "Specified login(s) are deactivated or otherwise invalid. Please remove them from the list before saving."
Now I have to somehow know what user was deactivated???? If there is an error, tell me what user is having the issue or do not give me the error. When the user is removed, it will go away.
Very frustrating to have to go through a list of random users to add a user.

Enterprise Advanced plan accounts cannot purchase seats directly in-app
After recently upgrading to Enterprise Advanced we can no longer add seat licenses as we previously could. It is REALLY frustrating to do a contract ammendment each time we need to add a batch of users to a growing organization.

Issue signature without creating a copy of the document
The Amazon Gift Cards team is using a Relay workflow to review feedback with vendors and record approvals. Some vendors request that they record a signature once the final design is approved by both parties. If they initiate the signature via Box Sign, it creates a new copy of the document, which does not preserve the comments and annotations from the original file, nor the approval status. It would be ideal for their workflow if they could issue a signature and it would just update the original document, rather than creating a separate, signed copy of the file.

I would like to see an option to not send provisioning emails
You are using Okta's SCIM to automatically create an account for Box.
The process of creating a Box account is completed immediately, and a welcome message is sent to the email address of the user who created it.
However, it takes about an hour to create an M365 account, and you won't be able to receive emails until you finish creating your M365 account.If a welcome message is sent before the mailbox creation is complete, it will be added to the Suppression List as an invalid email address.
