It would be really useful it we could end collaboration on multiple files at once, rather than having to select each file individually.

Split screen in Box app on ipad
The ability to split screen on iPad to simultaneously work on different documents in Box. This would enable the ability to compare files side by side the same way you would with 2 screens on PC.

Ability to customize the subject line of emails sent automatically by Box Relay
We can customize the message that appears in the body of the email when we create an approval task in Box Relay.
However, for security reasons, we instruct our employees to delete emails they don't remember without opening them, so the current email subject line that is automatically sent by Box Relay is likely to be deleted.
We would like to have the ability to customize the subject line as well as the message, so that recipients can grasp the content at a glance.（日本語）

We would like the ability to track files pasted into Box Notes when I can no longer see them.
【procedure】
・Paste the shared link in the box note.
・Click the "Insert a preview of this file?" button.
・At some point, the link preview that I was watching was displayed as "Sorry, you don't have permission to view this file."It is expected that other users have performed some operation and have become unable to browse.
①Linked content moved to another folder where it is not authorized.
②Linked content has been removed.
③The link itself is no longer valid.I am very troubled because there is no way to check the content status of the link destination.

User Details Report: Add "Confirmation Column"
If the User Details Report can have a Confirmation column, it allows Admins to know exactly who has completed signing up for Box and who needs to complete their sign up process.
It can also let us know that if someone is experiencing issues confirming their email, then we can see if any others are having issues by seeing if they are confirmed or not.

Viewing PPTX files via web browser
There is a pretty glaring glitch with the Web App when viewing PPTX files. It will repaginate the slides. Example, if your cover slide starts at 0, the Box Web App will repaginate the slides starting at 1, which can be confusing to people when trying to reference a specific slide. Once you download the file, then the pagination goes back to normal.
I'm hoping this gets fixed in an update.

Ability to Disable or Choose email Notification when Inviting Collaborators
We would like to have the option to email or not email a collaborator when sharing a content in Box. Example use case is when cleaning up Box permissions (group vs individual) and the Admin needs to do that seamlessly without bombarding he whole organization with Box invites to files/folders hey already have access to. Specially required for Internal collaborators.
Providing access permissions does not always require an invite given the way Box works, the internal user will simply see the content when they access their Box Drive or he portal.1 vote -
Add "Open in Box Drive" function
Add an "Open in Box Drive" UI option for the web app.
This solves the problem of identifying a file or folder in the web app, wanting to work on the file or folder in Box Drive, and needing to leave the Web App to navigate through several steps to find that file in Box Drive.Ideally this should only be active on hosts that have Box Drive installed; it could be not presented, or disabled, on other hosts.

Relay rename
It would be awesome to have more variable options within relays.
Specifically:
• Label/Titles for fields in a form.
• eg. if someone uploads a file in a form, I want a relay to rename the file using the Label on the upload field.2 votes -

When outputting a report, if there are commas or double quotation marks, the items are shifted when outputting CSV

'Carrier Signal Flag'-like functionality on folder icons
When either a new file is uploaded or an existing file is edited in a folder, a small red flag pops up on the folder icon and stay up for a certain period of time to indicate the update.
It would save time and labour to routinely open the folder and sort files by 'Updated' timestamps in descending order every few hours to check for file updates which only happen once in a couple of days, for instance.1 vote -
Create content "frames" in Canvas
Add a "frame" option as a new structural element distinct from a shape. Frames would allow you to move all the content inside it, and when you zoom out on a board, the caption of the frames should display so you can easily see all the frames and what they're about.

Request for improving a behavior of Box tools in checking if network is recovered
Currently, Box Tools keep attempt to ping to box during offline to check if its network is recovered. Sometimes, this wouldn't be good and may affect to the network environment.

I would like to see the 「activation status」 of custom apps also logged when they are automatically changed.【Background】
If you have not manually changed the "Enabled Status" of a custom app at least once in the past,
I understand that if you have not changed the 「Enable status」 of a custom app manually at least once in the past, it will be automatically changed when you change the 「Disable unpublished apps by default」 setting.

Add a shared calendar feature within the platform.
My team has been using box for years. It is fantastic except for the lack of a shared calendar feature. It's very hard to understand why this hasn't been added yet. Users have been asking for it for YEARS, and it can't be much more complex than a box note.
We despise Google and are not all on Outlook, and I know our team is not alone in this. All we want is a simple shared calendar within the platform.

Adding a Modified field in box online UI.
The "Updated" menu really needs to be configured or have a filter to now show Uploaded as an update. This is very important when moving data to box. I've just finished a box shuttle of about 60TB and 15 years of data. Everything is showing as Updated in the last couple of weeks. This makes it near on impossible to find data easily from years ago at a glance. If this filed can't have a filter then we really need another field called "Modified" So it reads as "Name" "Updated" "Modified" "Size" I shouldn't need to get the properties of…

Box for Slack: Enable Admin to set the default value of instant permission on shared box files
Would like to allow admins to set enterprise-wide default way the Box for Slack app automatically adjust permissions of shared files on Slack. Also it would be better if each users cannot change those default settings on Slack app.
Box for slack integration allows users to automatically grant channel participants access to Box files shared in Slack.

Reminder of auto deletion?
With auto deletion, could you tick a box if you would like to be reminded of the deletion, confirming you are happy to delete? With an option to extend the deletion date?
We would find this beneficial, as we set our files at a year from when the project ended, however sometimes our projects go longer. A reminder would be helpful to triple check we are happy with deleting.

Enable 2FA renewal requirement options for external collaborators
Background:
2FA for external collaborators does not require a re-2FA. The only way an external person will have to re-2FA is if they switch browsers or clear cache/history. I have an external user that set up 2FA in November of 2021 that hasn’t had to re-2FA to our box environment since. It has been so long that she didn’t even remember setting it up (it is Aug ’22 now). The current box 2FA implementation effectively moves the security away from box and on to the end user’s device / environment. Being external partners, we have no insight into how secure…22 votes
