Ability to have an Access Rule that limits an anonymously shared link to an IP address range.
We have documents stored in Box that we have used the anonymous shared link option. The reason we need this link is to manage the number of Box licenses. We have a large number for folks that need to view or download these documents and do not need to update or edit them. So a license does not make sense for them. We do what to limit access to these links to the internal folks only. We have explored setup of Access Rule to limit, being anonymous link, the rule does not apply. We would like to add the ability to setup rule to block all access to link and then exclude IP address range. This way we could block all users from accessing the link, and have only corporate IP addresses available to access the link.

Box Search - Search for infixes and suffices, not only prefixes
While Box supports prefix matching on titles, Box does not support suffix (end of the word) matching in the title or body content, or infix (middle of the word) matching in the title or body content. For example, a search on “cal” would match results for a file named “California” but not “decal” or “recall”.

Box Drive Moving a Folder Off of Drive Fully Deletes it From Box for Mac FPE Users, Folder Lock API Enhancements
For PC Users on Drive (and historically for Mac users), when you move a folder from Box Drive onto your Desktop, it simply makes a copy of that folder and leaves the original in Box.
However, for Mac Users on the new FPE version of Box Drive, if they move a folder from Drive onto the Desktop, it fully deletes the folder from Box.
For example, I am an Editor on a Marketing Folder that's owned by the IT Service Account and shared with hundreds of colleagues. I accidentally move this folder from Box Drive onto my desktop (easy mistake to make). Now this folder has been deleted from everyone's Box account. I realize my mistake and place this folder back onto Box. Now I am the owner of the folder and it isn't shared with anyone else.
I understand that this is a limitation on the Apple side, however this is extremely painful for customers and has lead to a lot of confusion and data loss.Originally, I thought the the Folder Lock API could be used to put locks on large company folders so that they aren't accidentally deleted. However, upon further research the folder lock API isn't sufficient. First, the Folder Lock API doesn't waterfall down so you need to apply it to EVERY folder. Second, the Folder Lock API only locks the individual folder and not the files within. So I can still accidentally delete files within the locked folder. Last, the Folder Lock API experience on Drive differs from the Web. On Drive if I'm the folder Owner, then I cannot delete the folder. However, if I'm a folder editor then if I move the folder, it allows me to move it off of Drive and just removes me as a collaborator. On the Web, editors and co-owners don't even see the delete button as an option!

Notification text update
Remove images from notifications and limit text size to no more than 12 point. Current images and excessively large text make previewing of notifications impossible.

Box Shuttle - Ability to View and Modify Queued Migrations order
It would be nice to be able to see what I've added to the queue, the ability to delete a queued migration or re-order it. It would also be great if you could note which can be ran simultaneously and which should be ran one after the other.

Private annotations
It would be helpful for us to have annotations that are private to the user writing them, rather than being shared with everyone else. This should be a setting an admin would be able to force on a folder so that users can't mistakenly create public annotations.

Display password for a shared link
When you set a password for a shared link, you cannot verify what you've entered.
It would be great to be able to see the password entered, or at least have a second box to reenter the password (to be sure it's correct).4 votes -
Ability to change file/folder name rich text
It would be lovely if a user could change the font/color/bold/underline on file and folder names.
We have a scenario where we are going to "archive" certain shared folders and lump them under a single folder but it would be nice if we could change the color of the text of the folder name to say red and maybe make it bold. It would stand out in the list of all folders in the root.2 votes -

Build a dashboard so that we can track the progress of our workflows that are in flight.
Build a dashboard so that we can track the progress of our workflows that are in flight. There could be hundreds of workflows in progress at any time and it is too time consuming to log into each one to check progress.

Ability for another user to "resolve" and / or reply to a comment or annotation
As a document owner, I want to be able to resolve comments / annotations made by other users. It would also be useful to be able to reply (in a thread) to a comment (e.g., to get clarification.)

Turn off document update and refresh notification
When a document is uploaded, a semi-permanent notification box appears in Box, preventing me from opening another document or doing anything else in Box. My only options are to click the options in the notification or to use one of my browser's navigation options (back, refresh, etc.). The extra clicks really slows down my workflow when I am updating and working on multiple documents in one folder.
Please allow us to turn off these updated document notifications.

Copy/Create File Request via Salesforce API
I would like to be able to create a new file request URL via the Salesforce API. I can create a new folder associated to a new record, but I would like to be able to automatically create a File Request URL for the new folder that was created for the new record.

Ability to extend API to query all collections
Hello dear Box Developers / Product Managers,
i'm Leon from CI HUB (ci-hub.com). A box Customer (Nina Stenzler) also uses the box CI HUB Integraiton and wondered why she can't view her box collections there. I was so sad that we cannot query them via your API (currently only favorites). Could you please extend your API here, so we can query all collections? That would be soooo nice for us and our customers :)
This is the corresponding Endpoint which needs to be extended: https://developer.box.com/reference/get-collections/
