Request for improvement of the UI for granting permissions displayed on the content card in Box for Teams
If you try to grant permission before sending a message, you will see the error message "Return to the main window to perform this action"
We are aware that this behavior is documented in a support article.
However, the permission prompts on the content cards are confusing because they seem to require immediate action to grant permissions.

Request for improvement to the number of users without access displayed on the content card in Box for Teams
If the user has only been invited as a group, they will be counted and shown as "without access" even though they have access permissions because they are not a direct collaborator.
We are aware that this behavior is documented in a support article.
However, the display differs from the actual situation and may induce incorrect responses, as described below.
Therefore, we would like to request a fix so that it shows the accurate number of users without access, whether they are direct collaborators or group collaborators.ex）

The "Invoices from box" folder where invocies are dropped can not be moved.
For easier rights management and avoiding "shared folder" ****, we opted to have one shared folder across our company with sub-folders for each department.
Said folder is shared with our accounting department.
I moved the folder "Invoices from box" from my root folder to the accounting department sub folder but each month when an invoice is issued it appears again in my root folder.
I propose that box.com remembers the folder ID of the "Invoices from box" folder and used that instead of the absolute path of the folder to drop their invoices.

We would like the ability to have a print button appear when one or more folders/files are selected. フォルダ/ファイルを1つ以上選択した際に印刷ボタンが表示される機能が欲しい
The current specification allows printing from the file preview screen, but if you want to print multiple files, you have to open the preview screen one by one and press the print button, which is quite time-consuming and labor-intensive.
Therefore, when you select one or more folders or files (including BoxNotes), we would like the "Print button" to be displayed on the folder/file screen or by pressing "More Options."

Access policy prohibiting copying and moving to external folders(gray folders)
Current Status and Issues:
Currently, when a file or folder with a classification label is copied or moved to a gray folder, the classification is lost and the associated access policy stops working.
The only way to prevent this is to prohibit the move or copy itself by attaching a DL inhibit label.Desired improvement:
Please add "Prohibit copying to gray folders" to the access policy so that it can be set for each classification label.Why it is needed:

Access restriction by domain
We would like to implement access restrictions not only by IP address but also at the domain level.

Please be able to specify which users can use the Box Graph Connector.
Currently, the Box Graph Connector is enabled for users tenant-wide, but we would like to be able to enable it for specific users.
For example, if some users are using Copilot for Microsoft 365, we need to be able to specify that only users who can use Copilot for M365 can use Box Graph Connector.

Ability to srt/arrange by in any aspect of Box ie files/folders or even users/groups etc.
It would be helpful to be able to sort/arrange by in every aspect of Box. One example would be managing collaborators in a folder.
For instance, if I want to add access by group, and remove all individual users, to do so I have to compare the collaborator list to the group listing and remove the individual user since they are added by group already. I cannot remove all individual users en masse because some of those individually added users must stay as they are not in one of the groups. But I do not have the ability to sort/arange…

Ability to sort fields to arrange by when viewing All items
When searching through all items it would be helpful to be able to click on any of the columns headings to sort the results of a search or just through All Items.

Directly copy files from Salesforce's native file storage to Box via the Box Folder Component which is present on a record
Be able to drag and drop files stored in Salesforce's native file storage into the Box for Salesforce LWC to save the file down from Salesforce into the dedicated Box folder for the record.

Preference for preview screen panels
There is no preference in Box for what appears first when you go to the file preview screen. It used to go to Comments and Tasks, but now forces you directly to the Box AI panel and this cannot be changed. Please bring in a preference panel that lets you set the default preview panel behavior.

File Viewer yes loading
Could you please change the specification that requires the export folder to be a personal folder (area) when exporting the list of file viewers? Currently, in my company, only co-owners or editors can collaborate. Therefore, those with other permissions have to request collaboration from co-owners or editors. However, personal folders (areas) allow for self-collaboration, making it difficult to manage.

Addition of policy conditions for device protection.
The device protection has been enhanced with the addition of EDR integration functionality. However, currently, it only targets devices with EDR installed. We would like to be able to set the device security requirements in the device trust policy to include whether EDR is installed.
