Preview display function based on og:image information when pasting URL text
I'd like to see a feature where you can paste the URL text and embed a preview based on og:image information (metadata).

Speed up the file indexing process
Accoding to the website, indexing usually takes around 10 minutes (sometimes more than 10 minutes), but it often takes half a day to a day or more.
This indexing process is taking too much time and affecting the invoicing process, so we would like to improve the processing speed.(In Japamese)

Remove or Show a Different Box Admin Address to Enterprise Users
In the Account tab of the user Account Settings screen, users can scroll down & see our Box Admin service account e-mail address, which we need to keep invisible. (We certainly don't want users spamming it when we have a help desk.)
How can we either eliminate showing the Admin Contact here or show a different address? (This should be an Admin Console setting.)
This part of the product design does not show any regard for an enterprise with more than a few IT folks.

Filter Marked as safe
Shield needs a filter and a display setting for the dashboard for an alert that have been checked and marked as safe, currently it is hard to identify alerts that have been checked by other admins and marked as safe causing duplicate effort.

Allow the expiration date of signature requests to be extended.
Allow the expiration date of signature requests to be extended! (Or at least make it VERY clear that imposing an expiration date will nullify the entire document if not all are completed before it expires.)

Box Sign mask user inputs from other signers
Currently Box Sign fields are visible to all users in the signing process. When users provide sensitive information (PII, PHI, financial information) as part of a signature process, we need to be able to hide that sensitive data from other signers in the process.
Ex: Application for benefits reveals assets and income from the applicant but an approver in the process should not be able to see those individual fields (SSN, bank account numbers, disability status).

User Details Report: Add "number of files owned"
In the user details report, there is an item for storage used, but

Change the Last Login on the User Details report with Last Activity
The Last Login date of the User Details report doesn't show the real last login time of each users.
As it's misleading, it'better to add the Last activity date instead of Last Login.5 votes -
All Managed Users Group - Making Sharing with the Company Easy
We have multiple folders (employee resources) we share with everyone in the Company (all managed users). It would be great if there was a way to share the folder with all managed users, whether this is accomplished from an "all managed users" group or if there was another way to share with everyone within the company (all managed users).
With the introduction of Box Hubs, we have multiple hubs we would like to share with all managed users. Hubs is the perfect forum for sharing HR, company documents, technical resources, and other information the entire company needs to access.

Device Reporting
It would be very useful to see all details of devices that our users are signing into. For instance, I can see the IP addresses where users are signed in, but I cannot see the specific device details. This is crucial for seeing the impact of locking down access via device trust.

SLACK: Simplify Boxnote Creation Within Slack Channels
Our technical teams frequently collaborate in Slack channels to discuss ideas, resolve issues, or create plans. In many of these cases, having the ability to quickly create a Boxnote directly within Slack would be incredibly valuable.
Currently, the process requires several steps: opening Box, navigating to the appropriate folder, creating a Boxnote, generating a shared link, and then pasting it back into Slack. This complexity often leads our teams to opt for alternative, faster tools.
If we could streamline this process by enabling Boxnote creation directly from within a Slack channel—perhaps as easily as clicking a bookmark—it would significantly boost…

Box Sign - saving email addresses
Our company will send documents to be signed by the same person every once in a while. We should be able to store email addresses to use for future Sign request instead of having to go search and import the email address everytime. Also, there does not seem to be a way to extend the period of time someone has to sign the document before it expires. We need a way to extend that period before the request expires. If Sign has these feature, it would be as good as any other service like Docusign or Signrequest

Add BoxSign to BoxRelay actions
I would like BoxSign to be added to the BoxRelay action.

Once the content is uploaded to the designated folder, request it and complete the BoxSign signature.
The request destination is also specified using BoxRelay. If it is difficult to use BoxRelay, you can use BoxSign's template.BoxRelayのアクションにBoxSignを追加して欲しい。

Ability to provide feedback on anomalous download alerts
I would like the ability to provide user-level feedback on anomalous download alerts. Today, you can only provide feedback via the folder and suggest whether or not it contains sensitive information. It would be better if you could provide this feedback at the user level - if someone is on a specific team, they may be expected to download a lot of files from a specific folder. However, that behavior might be anomalous for another user on a different team. I also find that these alerts are often triggered for new users who are not actually downloading an unusual amount…

BOX administrator login settings
BOX login settings are set to exclusive between SSO authentication and MFA.

Ability to assign serial numbers to flows executed with BoxRelay.
We would like to assign a serial number to each application so that the status of the flow can be checked immediately.
As an example, Power Automate has the ability to automatically issue a unique number for each flow execution by setting up a Share Point list in advance.
