When creating my own shapes/symbols based on primitive shapes I would like to be able to group them so it is easier to move, resize, copy and paste. etc

extract report on tag
I would like to extract a report to see what kind of tags are attached to each item.
We would like to do this because we are planning to monitor the access of each document by categorizing each document into different tags like "Production innovation", "quality assurance", "inventory reduction", "productivity improvement", "design enhancement".1 vote -
We would like to be able to register a group in the Configure Relay even if the group's permission setting is not "Administrators only"
Currently, when we try to register a group in the Relay configuration, we can register the group if the group's permission setting is "Administrators only", but not if the group's permission setting is "Company" or "Group Members".
Registration location [Enterprise Settings > Content & Sharing > Configure Relay].
We are using "Company" and "Group Member" as the permission setting for groups to be able to respond to group invitations, etc. outside of the management console, so we would like these permission settings to be able to be registered in the Configure Relay.<グループの権限設定が「管理者のみ」以外の場合もBoxRelayの構成でグループを登録できるようにしてほしい>

Ability to see the output period of the report expanded.
We are aware that the report can currently output information for up to the past 7 years.
More data will remain over the next 7 years, and we know that we will have no choice but to extract the necessary reports each time.
However, it would be very time-consuming as it is, and further expansion of the report output period would improve convenience, so we would very much like to see this addressed.現在、最大で過去7年分の情報をレポートで出力できることは認識してます。

Box AI - Is it possible to add the results as a BoxNotes table?
At our company, we commonly use BoxNotes for meeting minutes and similar documents. When instructed to summarize the contents of the notes into a table format, it does so correctly. However, when choosing to add to the notes, the information is entered as text. Will it be possible to add information as a table in BoxNotes?

Function to erase gridlines in Excel files when using BoxSign
We usually hide the gridlines of Excel files.
However, when we sign an Excel file using BoxSign, the gridlines is displayed in the PDF file.
Since the display of gridlines makes it difficult to understand the display of materials and affects business, we would like you to be able to erase the gridlines of Excel files even when using BoxSign.【BoxSign利用時にExcelファイルの罫線を消す機能】

Doc visibility - Select which recipients receive which documents
When sending a Box Sign request that includes more than one document there should be an option to decide which recipients can see / receive each document. So for example you could send two documents in the same request where there are signatories who have to sign both docs, but also those who would only sign one and therefore only see or receive the one they need to sign.

file request with BVE
Currently we are using BVE and have a firewall setting to block the normal app.box.com.
When our group/subsidiary companies try to upload a file through file request, since the link URL is https://upload.app.box.com, they cannot upload a file via file request.

Shortcut Function for Instant Bookmark Creation
I suggest the implementation of a "Shortcut Function" for immediate bookmark creation when issuing a shared link. Here's how it would work:
Procedure: Right-click on the file or folder intended for bookmarking.
Functionality: A new bookmark (file) is instantly generated and stored in the same folder.
Result: A shared link is automatically associated with the targeted file or folder, with default access permissions.The generated bookmark can be easily moved or duplicated to necessary folders, serving as a centralized shortcut for convenient access to the targeted file or folder.

Additional levels of Admin Console permissions based on functional role
Additional levels of permissions based on your functional role:
Currently Co-Admin's default permissions grants them access to Content Manager, Platform and Classification while in most cases this is NOT required and already way too high. Permissions need to be more granular configured for each role's requirement.
For bigger corporations, it is necessary to divide permissions into various new tiers of access. Partial match search for email addresses to generate invitation candidates
When inviting a user, when I enter an e-mail address or a kanji name, forward matching results in a list of candidates, but partial matching does not.
I would like to be able to perform a partial match search.[In Japanese]

Allow Shield Location Rule Restriction By Folder
Currently Shield's Location Restriction rule is applied to the entire EID by user/groups. It would be helpful to be able to set this up by specific folder(s) or folder structure.
Ex. Team A is not allowed to view specific content while in Location X, however Team B is able to. Currently the restriction would be set on the EID level and both teams would be under this restriction.
We could exclude group B or other groups from the rule however Group A would still be restricted from accessing other content within the EID.

I would like to see functionality added to the terminate_sessions API to delete cache information.
When an administrator deletes BoxDrive session information, the cache remains.
Even if an administrator deletes BoxDrive session information using the terminatesessions API, the cache will remain on the user side because this API is different from normal logoff.
In this situation, even if the user loses the authority to handle the data, the data remains at hand, which may cause a security incident by a malicious user.
Therefore, we would like to add a function to delete cache information when the terminatesessions API is executed.
