Added annotation function to the BoxNotes preview screen
This is a request for a preview screen that appears when the BoxNotes URL is changed from "notes" to "file."
When reviewing the text and inserted images in a created Note, the annotation function cannot be used, making it difficult to request corrections by pointing out specific parts.To streamline file reviews, please make the annotation feature available in BoxNotes as well.
A good place to place the annotation function is on the text written or on the inserted image in the BoxNotes preview screen.

Change the warning message when external users change their password.
The new feature "Enable detection of confirmed leaked passwords" has been applied.
If an invited external user does not meet the password criteria, they will be required to change their password.
When entering a new password, if the password does not meet the requirements, a message will appear stating "Password was exposed in a data breach"
This message is confusing as it misleadingly suggests that a data breach has occurred on the tenant's side.
Therefore, please change it to something appropriate, such as "The password you entered is weak, please make it more complex."

How to Prevent Content with Classification Labels from Being Published on Hubs
We want to set up a system so that if a user tries to publish a folder or file with a specific classification label to Hubs, a warning message will appear or an alert will be sent to administrators.
Within our company, we assign classification labels to content that is kept private except for specific users, and we are also careful when granting access permissions. When there is an error to labelling Box Shield label there is no way for the user to know where there was an error or not unless looking at each content one by one.

Enhance Task Management for High-Volume Users
My team relies heavily on Box tasks, and we’ve found that the current functionality lacks robust filtering and sorting options. Beyond the basic status categories—In Progress, Completed, Approved, or Rejected—there are no meaningful ways to organize or prioritize tasks. This becomes especially challenging when managing a high volume of tasks. For example, our HR teammate regularly handles 50 to 100 active tasks at a time, and navigating them efficiently in Box can be clunky and time-consuming. The Files App + Box integration does not support the app-specific password at this time, so we cannot reach Box from the Office apps.
A workaround is to disable the passcode, but this is not advisable as it reduces the security level of your device.

Generating/Copying-to-clipboard multiple shared links at once through file explorer
Egnyte, one of Box's competitors, gives users the ability to select multiple documents in file explorer to then generate their respective shared links all at once. These links (and the document titles) are then copied to the clipboard and can thus be easily distributed.

Box Drive folders should automatically refresh when you open them.
When you open a folder in Box Drive, it should automatically refresh that folder. There's no scenario where you're opening a folder and you WANT an older version of it. If you're opening it, you intend to interact with it somehow, and in order to do so effectively you must have the most up to date version of its contents. Manually refreshing is tedious.

Automatically add Office Online to a user's account when they attempting to open file there
When users navigate to a file and attempt to open it via Office Online, if they don't already have the Office Online integration added, they are not prompted to manually add it (like a user is prompted to download Box Tools).
Having a direct link to add box for office online so that users can themselves add this app like you see for Installing box tools will save users time, reduce internal IT tickets and requests for the admin to take care of, and allow for easier adoption of the integration by end users.

Support "Box Tools" on ARM, Snapdragon

Ability to save audio recorded from "Capture Media" to device
Currently, videos and photos taken with the mobile app's "Capture Media" can also be saved to the device.
However, there is no function to save the recorded audio on the device.IIf you record important data that cannot be retrieved for business purposes and the upload fails, there is no way to salvage the data.

Increase the deletion limit on the suppression list, which is currently capped at 10 email addresses per day
Currently, the maximum number of email addresses allowed on deleting the suppression list is limited to 10 per day. However, for large-scale organizations with tens of thousands of employees, the number of addresses that need to be suppressed is much higher, and 10 per day is insufficient. We would like this limit to be increased.

Allow use of signature and initial image files for GXP part 11 compliant signatures
Could you please allow the use of signature image files when signing under GXP part 11 compliant conditions? As currently configured, only "fake" machine-generated signatures are given as options. Since the Part 11 compliance is conveyed by the coding, the selection of an actual signature image - as allowed for non-Part 11 compliant signatures (and initials) - should be an option. Thanks.

Allow groups to change classification levels

Display sidebar icons anywhere/サイドバーアイコンを任意の場所に表示
We want to move the icon in the sidebar that appears when previewing a Box file freely and fix it where I want it.
When BoxAI is activated, the BoxAI icon appears at the top of the sidebar.
However, since the BoxAI icon is displayed at the top of the sidebar and comments (tasks) are not displayed immediately below it, they are overlooked.
Therefore, it is a hassle to switch to the Activity column that appears below BoxAI.(日本語訳)

Relay Failure Notifications
It would be extremely helpful if when a relay fails to execute, or stalls for an extended length of time, the admin gets a notification. Currently if a relay fails, or stalls indefinitely, noone is actually notified, and the only record of the failure or stall is in the tracking log of the individual relay. It would be far more efficient for me as an admin to be proactively notified of the issue.
