Display settings for classification labels
We would like to be able to temporarily not display (not disclose) classification labels within a tenant after they are created, but in that case, we need to delete all classification label settings, and it is time-consuming to set them each time, so we would like to be able to select whether to show or hide them.

Relaxed limit on the number of contents linked to Teams
The limit of 1,000,000 items per owner is quickly exceeded by companies with tens of thousands of users. Therefore, we would like the upper limit of the number of contents for folders linked to Teams to be raised, or for owners and folders to be divided automatically so that the 1,000,000 item limit is not violated.

Wish to improve the custom terms in the classification settings to include the string custom term + string in the search.
The following rules apply to custom terms in the classification settings:

The ability to copy collaboration information from one existing folder to another
There are cases in which we wants to invite collaborators who are invited to one folder to another folder with the same permissions.
If we have users with the same permissions, we can save time by inviting multiple users at once or creating a group.
However, setting different permissions for each user takes man-hours and is prone to error if it is checked only checked visually.It would be useful to be able to the ability to set the collaborator permissions of an already created folder to another folder as is.

Relay Workflow Action - Send email copy of file
In creation of new Relay Workflows, I would like to see an available type of action for "Email" added. Similarly to the Copy Action, a prompt for 'what file should be sent' then a prompt for 'where file should be sent' in which the workflow creator can include a single or multiple email addresses.

Sort order after processing approval tasks and general tasks using Box Relay
After assigning and approving tasks in Box Relay, we confirmed that tasks are displayed in ascending order according to the order in which they were put into the Relay workflow personnel, not according to the processing date and time.
We feel that the current specification, in which approved tasks are not displayed in time order, is not intuitive.
We would like to see the order in which General Tasks and Approved Tasks are displayed sorted by the oldest processing date, or the ability to reorder them arbitrarily.Box Relayでタスクを割り当て承認を行った結果、

Add shortcuts in editing notes
There is many shortcuts missing that could be very useful for users:
- text justify (left, right, center)
- creating new rows in tables (when creating a table on the go, adding new rows with mouse is very annoying)
- merging table cellsThe ones in tables are especially annoying in my opinion. Without shortcuts using tables is not very useful

Additional versioning features
Additional features regarding the version history:
- The ability to manually update the version number of a document on initial upload. This would allow existing version numbers to match version numbers tracked in Box.
- The ability to add the version number tracked in Box to the file name when downloading documents. This would eliminate the need to manually update the version number in file names, which could be prone to error.

Make editing password protected shared links clearer
When a shared link to document or folder is already password protected, and a user wishes to change the password, the password screen should be clearer as to how this is accomplished - possibly by an additional Change button or Confirm Changes

Upload, copy and paste .DES files.
I can't paste in my Box Drive folder .des files that come from a software I use. I can upload them manually to the cloud in the web app, but those files won't sync either. This never happened with other cloud service software and I can't work without those files and the program won't run.

Only Administrator should assign licenses
Can you escalate this issue to your development team? I believe this should be an enhancement request. The system should have a way to block licenses to be added to the account and only administrators should have the power to create new users. We use other products here, none of them give the users the power to grab a license on their own.
I agree the currently design enhances security by only allowing managed users on the account, this is perfect, but at the same time is causes issues with customers that have a limited number of licenses and have…

Ability to filter on App Center
The App Center really needs a filter for OS platform. I'm looking for a media player for Windows that can connect to Box, and almost everything I try is for iPhone, but there is no way to limit the search results to just Windows.

Force removal of local copy of item which has been sync'ed
One of our common workflows on Dropbox was
- Move large file to the (Dropbox, now Box) folder
- Wait for (Dropbox, now Box) to upload that content to the cloud storage
- Right-click on the file and select an option to force it to "Online Only" mode, which would remove the local copy, freeing up the disk space
It seems that there is no way to do that last bit with Box Drive, and there absolutely should be. For many folks, the premise of cloud storage is "get this off my local disk", and waiting until some random cache times out days…

When I upload a new document on box.com and I tried to tag all colloborators at the same time, I seems cannot do that. I would need to tag one person at a time to see my new updated file.
In other platforms, I used @all or @board then it will notify all colloborators at once. This will save lots of my admin time to tag 30 different people in my team.

Device Trust OS Policy - Add additional subversions
Can additional subversions be added to the most recent version on the Minimum macOS Version list? For example, the current macOS version is 13.5 so they would like to see subversions of macOS 11 listed up to macOS 11.5 as options in the Device Trust policy. This allows the customer to further enforce their risk mitigation efforts by disallowing managed users with older OS' from accessing their Box account.

Create Relay for User Onboarding/Offboarding
I don't see Relay as a category option.....
Note, my users aren't owners of their data. They are only editors.
I have Azure AD user provisioning enabled to create and update users. As part of the user onboarding process, I would like for Relay to be able to see when:
a user has been created > create a personal folder for that user in a business unit related directory > share folder with user
a user has been disabled > move personal folder to an archived folder directory (related to their business unit)

Enable linking of Google slides and spreadsheets between Google slide presentations and spreadsheet workbooks so source updates cascade.
Enable native Google functionality that exists between their products and allows the linking of content such as slides and spreadsheets between different G-suite presentations and workbooks. This allows updates made to source slides and spreadsheets to cascade down into other locations where they've been linked, avoiding the need to perform manual updates to the different instances of the slide or spreadsheet. Very useful when similar slides are being used between different decks.

Upgrade Search capability to be included on Fedramp High BOX Accounts
It would be ideal to keep all of the power of search capability with the BOX Fedramp high accounts. You currently lose the search capability of searching within the first 1000 words in a document when you upgrade your account to Fedramp High.
If there is a way to update the search capability for those fedramp high accounts to have encrypted search for the first 1000 words that would be ideal. It is one of the better features in the BOX system.
