Please display longer filenames in the Uploading upload progress popup window area
By design, it is common for our organization's files to have have 40+ characters in the filenames, and I sometimes need to upload them to Box in large batches. However, I can only see approximately 38 characters of my files' filenames in Box's Upload progress area. If I want to track Box upload progress, or if an upload fails, it is very difficult to decipher which file it is because I can't see the last few characters of the filename.
It appears there is no way to manually extend it to reveal more of the filenames' characters. Can someone please…

Previous versions on Folders as opposed to just files
We would like to be able to see Previous versions on Folder level items as opposed to just individual files. This would help if a folder was overwritten.

Granular email notifications: signer has viewed the document or after each signer completes
Would like the ability be notified via email when someone has viewed a signature request instead of when all signers have signed.

Please optimize the box file request embed for mobile phone browsers. Currently it cuts off the iframe on a mobile device.

Copy/Paste on Word/Porwerpoint
Copy/Paste the work made on Canvas on an Office document could be super useful.

Folder copy rights for non-editor role
When a user wants to copy subfolders from folder A to B, he needs Editor role for folder A. This doesn‘t make sense e.g. when folder A shouldn‘t be changed by the user. Please enable copy function to lower roles Previewer/Uploader and Viewer.

Retention Policy blocking trash
Currently end users can move contents to trash even if it is under retention policy, I would like retention policy to also block users to send content to trash.

Have reports show the User ID so bulk scripts can be run against them such as deprovisioning.

Sort Field Preference in Settings
My files and folders are all indexed with numbers. It would be helpful to always sort files and folders by name to keep the indexing order. However, Box keeps sorting by the "Updated" field, which completely messes up the indexing order. Is it possible to have a Sort Preferences in Settings so one could select which field should be the default for sorting?

Ability to Stream to TV via Airplay, etc.
Option to be able to live stream to a TV. I have many of my photos/videos saved on Box so I don't have to store them on my phone, but I can't stream them to a TV and the ability to do that would be nice.

Search function - update date of the property data held by the document as a search condition.

Box Drive doesn't support windows store apps
When some photo which is accessed by File Explorer included BOX Drive is open by photo app of windows store app, the windows will be crashed.

Password reset deadline exemptions
I would like to be able to set exceptions for password reset deadlines for each account.
This is because there are some accounts that are affected by password changes, such as accounts used in Box system linkage from other systems.パスワードリセット期限の除外設定がアカウント毎にできるようにして欲しい。

Don't strike out text on check boxes in Box Notes
Users use the check box feature in Box Notes to track todo items. When those are complete, clicking the checkbox is enough of an indication that the item is complete, there is no need to also strike out the text and gray out the font. That only makes it difficult to view the original item and copy/paste those lines for other uses. At least give them option to NOT strike out the text!

Consistent data size output from folder and file report
Don't shorten, or allow us to choose if we want the file sizes shortened (KB, MB, GB) when calling the Files & Folders report. Full data sizes would allow for much more consistent and streamlined ingestion into data analytics tools like PowerBi.

Create a default Email Notifications message for all senders
The 'message' sent with a Sign document is very generic. I's like the ability to configure the standard message, then allow it to be edited before a Sign document is sent.

Request for improvement of mobile app features
I would like to request improvements to the following features of the mobile app:
1.Regarding the ‘biometric authentication’ when the security option ‘Require passcode’ is enabled, biometric authentication cannot be used on Android tablets equipped with facial recognition. I would like it to be modified so that it can be used.
2.Regarding the selection of passcode timeout time, there is an ‘immediate’ option on iOS, but not on Android. I would like it to be modified so that ‘immediate’ can be selected on Android as well.

Please add the ability for multiple users to modify a single workflow.
In some cases, such as long vacations, it is very inconvenient if only the workflow creator can perform maintenance.
This function allows multiple people to edit the workflow, which leads to operational convenience and other benefits.(Japanese)

Sign on behalf" or Delegate
Need ability to have an option on signature page where you can choose to forward to someone else to "sign on behalf" in addition to "reassignment". Use case comes up when a admin assistant or designated party can sign "Jane x on behalf of John" versus just capturing Jane's signature when reassigned.

Downloading from a Shared Link has a confusing UX message (Modal)
The "Download in Progress" modal window displays only a "Signup" and "Log In" buttons when downloading files from a shared link. Those buttons and the fact that the modal window must be manually closed even after the download is complete is poor UX and confuses users into thinking they must create an account to successfully download images.
Our IT department receives multiple tickets from confused users.
