Create Relay to Connect to Users Table
The only way to view the number of user licenses consumed is to view the Insights in the Admin Console. Unless you look there, there's no visibility. When I approach my purchased license limit, I would like to build a Relay that can tap into the users table to monitor the number of licenses then alert me when that limit is approaching.

Request for the ability to not display specific folders in BoxDrive
BoxDrive is very convenient because it can be used as an explorer, but due to user operational error
folders or files may be moved to unintended folders.
Folders to be collaborated outside the company can lead to information leakage,

BoxNotes table of contents width
It is now possible to create a table of contents in BoxNotes, but since the display width of the table of contents is fixed, when a long sentence is displayed in the table of contents, the right end is cut off and becomes "...", and it is not possible to display all the character strings.

Collaboration Report - Add Last Accessed Column
Box Admin frequently runs reports on all external collaborators who they work with and wants to remove external collaborators from files that they haven't accessed in awhile. Wants to be able to run a report that filters to all external collaborators and allows you to see the files that they are collaborated on AND the last date that they accessed those files. Our app sits on top of regionally distributed infrastructure, supporting multi-tenancy, and we need to be able to configure more than the maximum of 10 redirect URIs that is currently allowed. It would be nice if we could configure as many as needed.

Ability to customize Box Shield Malware scan messages
Ability to customize the email alerts that are sent for Box Shield Malware scan when detected. Would like the ability to customize the email alerts that are sent to end users when malware is detected on content uploaded.
Use Case: Customized messaging allows the customer to provide instructions or further details on what users need to do next when they receive the alert. Customer wants to notify end users on the internal process to ensure that the proper steps are taken.

Added a function to delete all at once in the capture history.
If it can clear local storage without logout, Box capture will be easier to use.

i want to be able to batch download results of a search, including those of a metadata search. A search can produce many results and i need to be able to download all results, or mass select them really to then download or share them. I cannot click the box next to each one it takes too long .

Share a file as an attachment rather than as a link from box without having to just download and attach.
There is the need to easily share a file as an attachment rather than as a link from box. The ability to send the file as an attachment is still a plus in certain business environments. Not all recipients are savvy enough to work with box links. That could be done through the Gmail integration.

Reducing the time it takes to start the next process in Relay
The current specification limits the possible use cases, as it could take more than an hour before the next process is started. Is it at least possible to set SLAs, such as triggering within 10 minutes?

Prevent duplicate compliance emails
The ability to archive compliance emails helps us comply with our company's email archiving policy.
However, due to known issues with Box's notification service, compliance emails often arrive in duplicate or never arrive.
This issue will be resolved when the Box notification service is migrated to a new one, but compliance emails are more important than other notifications and waiting for the notification service to migrate would take too long and have too great a business impact.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible in order to ensure governance.（In Japanese）

Shield Dashboard custom date filter
In the Shield Dashboard, currently the date filter only have past 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 60days and 90days.
I would like a custom date filter because there are times where I need to search a content 3 days ago but if I set the filter at 7 days, there is too much content to search the specific alert.14 votes -
Customizable webapp columns such as folder owner
It would be nice for users to be able to customize the columns they see in the webapp. Particularly being able to add a 'Folder Owner' column like OneDrive has. Similar to the way you can go from grid to list view, but add a column between Name and Updated for Folder Owner.

Allow setting passwords on folders
Setting passwords on files is good, but we should be able to set passwords on folders (at any level of a folder structure). The ability to set passwords on folders should be limited to owners and co-owners.

One of the restrictions you can place on Box sign-ins is verifying appropriate antivirus is in place. For the Mac side, Malwarebytes is not one of the allowed antivirus solutions, but it is what we have deployed at our company. Please add Malwarebytes to the allowed list of antivirus solutions on the Mac.
