1. Correct the wording of 'Prior Versions'

   Your Website states that:
   The maximum number of prior file versions you can access corresponds to your Box account type:

   Personal Free - 1 Version

   This simply isn't true, and I have argued this in a ticket and with a live agent, but the statement implies you can access a prior version of your file.

   Definition of Prior is "earlier in time or order" so this makes your statement false as you cannot access anything but the CURRENT version in the Free version.

   I would suggest the wording:
   The maximum number of file versions you can access corresponds to your Box account type:

   Personal Free - current version only

   Furthermore, make the web access more clear about this, as when you look at a file it says there are 2 versions with their dates, but in a Free account, when you try to retrieve the older file you get the error
   "Server error
   File versions could not be retrieved.
   No prior versions are available for this file"
   Which leads you (like I did) to raise a ticket to find out why!

   Even better, allow Free account to have access to one prior version, like some of your rivals!

2. Support custom objects via the mobile Salesforce and Box integration.

   The Box and Salesforce integration for Salesforce mobile does not support custom objects at all so we had to create a deep link workaround that redirects to the associated folder within the box mobile experience (this also requires some salesforce coding to populate a field with the corresponding folderID). This is not a seamless experience....it is a clunky redirect.

   Also, you are not able to create the corresponding box folder for the first time from the mobile experience....you have to create the box folder from the desktop from within the box integration within salesforce first, before you are able to access it from mobile. This is mainly due to the the mobile box and salesforce integration not supporting custom objects out of the box.

   The custom object set up for the web app is also not seamless and requires from VF and tricky setup.

3. I want to be able to make annotations permanent in PDFs and other documents.

   Good morning. I am new to Box. I would like to be able to make permanent annotations to documents (such as a PDF) and then be able to share that annotated document without having to do the annotations in another app and then re-upload them into Box. It seems like a waste of time when I am trying to streamline the process of document review. I think that many people would appreciate the ability to do this. Thank you for your consideration! 7. Infinite redirects in SSO-enabled mode when a user's password expires

   In SSO enabled mode, you can sign in with a password. When a user's password expires, they are forced to change their password. If you try to sign in with SSO in this situation, you will be redirected indefinitely and you will not be able to sign in.

   In this case, Box should redirect to the password change page after accepting the authentication.

8. cursor does not move to search box

    Because of the downstream impacts, we will not be solving this problem as requested. We will be looking at a more holistic approach to prevent unintended consequences of file operations.

12. I would like to see BoxWeb implement a function to sort files by extension.

    The current BoxWeb does not allow sorting by file extension.
    However, in some fields, a large number of photos and videos are often taken for measurement and development work, and many types of files are miscellaneously stored in a single folder.

13. COPY / MOVE API events to include origin file's ID, name and location

    Currently there is no way to know which file was copied/moved in Box Events API. It is only possible to see the destination file name and location, and only if the file was copied/moved within one Box instance. 15. Edit a Box note without a box account

    There should be a way to edit a Box note for people that do not have a box account. When I work with folks from older generations, they are often overwhelmed with creating new accounts. I don't want them to need to create a box account to be able to edit Box notes. If the note has a shared link, anyone with the link should be able to edit the note - without needing to be signed in to their box account.

16. Search for keywords in File content and not only in file names

    Just like Explorer search, Box should be able to list PDF files that contain the keywoard in their content and not only in the File name.

    Example:
    If using Box to store CVs, Box should be able to list CVs that has a specific skill.
