Increase Basic upload limit during COVID-19 stay home mandate?
At least during this crisis, could you allow for a much higher upload limit, say 1GB? Please? Your user interface is the very best for those who are unfamiliar with large file transfers and there are many people unfamiliar right now.

I want to divide the public folder setting of the shared folder
I want to open folders to an unspecified number of people in the company.
When I contacted the administrator, he said that he could not do it because there are only the following two setting values.
1."Anyone with the link", "Company users", "Invited users only"
2."Invited users only"Only the people in the company need to see it, so I would like to divide them into the following three settings.

Being able to preview PPTs in notes view
Currently, when you click on a PPT document in box, the preview only shows slide view but it would be super helpful to be able to see it in notes view in the preview so that we don't have to fully open the document or download it to see all the content within the PPT

layout for accepting custom terms of service needs improving for lower resolution screens
I just had to change to another device, from my laptop, in order to make the "accept" button visible on a custom terms of service popup. Any click outside the popup dismissed it so scrolling didn't work to gain access to the button.
The screen in question is 768 vertical resolution, so not too unusual, and there was a lot of unnecessary vertical white space on the popup that pushed the button off screen.
Browser was Chrome on windows.Simply making this popup less high, or moving the button away from the lower corner, would enable a much better sign…

Unable to add URLs ( Internet Shortcuts) to Box Folders
Favorite URLs ( Internet Shortcuts) are unable to drag and drop on Box folders, while the same is available for local folders ( C Drive). I find this very frustrating and limiting our ability to use BOX. Please resolve this issue urgently.

Drag and drop web URLs to Box Drive folder in Windows File Explorer
Posting a request to add functionality to Box Drive that will allow drag and drop URLS from web browsers directly to Box Drive folder in windows file explorer.
Currently, it's possible to store web URLs in Drive if you save them to your desktop first. We would like the ability to skip this step and save URLs directly from Chrome for example to Box Drive.

Add ability to delete workflows owned by a deleted user
Workflows owned by a deleted user cannot be removed/deleted. The administrator should have the rights to remove workflows.

Alarm with due date in documents.
It would be very nice you can set a revalidation date to some documents that need to be reviewed in selected period. For example , documents that need to be validated each year. It would be nice if we can flag a date in the document , and receive an alert advicing that the document need to be reviewed. This alarm can be used for everything (for example for deletion of document). Thanks!

Relay Workflow period Allocations based on work days rather than natural days (i.e Exclude Weekends)
When assigning a task in relay you can assign the period in days associated to the task. at This point in time this does not allow the option to assign such days to working days but only natural days. Therefore if and when a weekend occurs during the timeline of the workflow action weekend days (non-working days absorbs the task timeline. the request is that there must be an option to assign a task only for working days (excluding weekends)

Limited access to external collaborators on file & folder
Dear Team, I want to give access to my auditor some file. However I do not want them to edit, save , download or print screen any documents.

Timestamp watermark appears in GMT timezone when public shared link is accessed.
When a user is logged into Box and accesses a shared link, the watermark will appear in the timezone for their Box account.
But when a public shared link is accessed without logging into a Box account, which is the most cases, then the watermark timestamp will appear in GMT instead of the device time settings.
This would cause inconsistency for the time accuracy , some are the time user download or view the file, however some are not (GMT).

Box Drive allows users without edit rights to download and edit files.
You can prevent this by setting the file to "read-only" when users without editing permission open it.For example, if a collaborator with preview permission uses Box Drive, the file can be edited and saved on the user's PC.
As in the case above, to prevent files from being downloaded, edited, and saved on the user's PC, customers want to have function "read only" when users without edit permission open files from Box…

We would like a function to disable comments, tasks, and version history when "Hide collaborators and their activities from non-owners" is enabled in the "Privacy" folder settings.
If you invite multiple external collaborators, you don't want external people to detect who you are inviting.
There is a function to hide collaborators, but if invited external users use comments, tasks, version history, it will be possible to see who is invited, so we would like to disable these functions I do.4 votes -
