Classification definition
Currently when classifying a document it is only possible to see the top 2-3 lines and is not rich text therefore doesn't support returns, bold type, links, bulleted lists or colour.

Hide comments except for poster and folder owner/s to see
Add a folder setting that allows collaborators to post comments, but these comments are only visible to the poster and the folder owner. Responses to comments from an owner should only be visible to the original poster.

Stop auto text
Box needs to stop auto text when attempting to type in the search bar. Proper nouns and acronyms are pretty standard in business and constantly changing what we type into the search bar is enraging and a huge waste of time.

Syncing calendar to box
We have an outlook account and a work calendar that I schedule weeks in advance. It would be great to have a way that I can link the calendar to box so that all in the company can have access to the calendar at any given moment

Create new Box Note using boxnote.new
Similar to how other services like MS Word have word.new, it would be great to have boxnote.new to create a new Box Note from the URL

Manage Permissions directly on the folder in Box Drive
Add ability to review/manage colloborators on Box folders through right click on context menu of Box Folder, when Box Drive is online. It's not efficient to go into Box Online to do this .

Enhance relay feature
Relay limitations:
Not being able to tie outcomes from one flow to other outcomes from other flows all within the same workflow. Dynamically having related outcomes is critical to Relay’s usefulness.
Cascading folder metadata not being brought over when copying a file.
Having a third option for approval tasks (approved with feedback/conditionally approved).

Should be able to save note mails. Like what we able to save in the notes database.
As we are able to store the notes mail as with attachment in the notes database, similarly we should be able to save mails with attachments

When someone update files on the box, the "edit date" has not been updated on my box system.
How should I change the setting?

There is no information from box system when someone upload files on the box.
I have been able to receive the information when I started to use this system, but suddenly, it can not work.Of course, I checked on the setting "When the files update, receive email".

Web Clipper
As a user, I would like to bookmark or clip webpage into box. There are two issues on the current "Box Bookmark" as following.
- Box Bookmark needs 2 copy&paste motions (URL and Name) when trying to save a page
- Box Bookmark may be unaccessible when webpage is not available so it should give an option as a screenshot

Box Drive Adjust Shared Links
Content Owners should be able to adjust a shared link setting directly from Box Drive, i.e. change from "People in this Folder" to "People in my Company"

Allow me to link to other folders and files in box
I can create a bookmark to another folder in box, but the experience and visualisation of these is not useful - links to folders get lost in the file list.
Bookmarks to other folders in box, should be listed as a folder, not a file, perhaps with a different icon to show they are linked folders rather than hierarchic folders.

Create a new workflow, after the folder creation.
We want to create a new workflow, after the folder creation.
We are planning to have two types of flows, "Project folder creation flow" & "Approval flow(under the newly created folder)".
The "Project folder creation" is fine, but for "Approval flow" we need to create it each time after new project folder has created.
So it would be great if we can create the "Approval flow" after the project folder has created.Project folder creation

Outcome: Copy the prepared folders underneath the folder which triggered the relay.

When viewing my workflow folder, I see a name of the last person that edited some workflow + an indication of the number of workflow items in general
