List Box Drive supported OS by name
Include the list of OS’s that are supported by name (i.e. Mojave, etc.)
Transparency for every day language for IT, and allows for more effective upgrade/rollout of Drive.

Custom 401 error message for unauthenticated users
I need to have a custom message shown to unauthenticated users which will show them how to gain access. How can I create this page, or create a redirect to a custom page so my users don't see the ugly error message.

Mask tenant ID
We're concerned that the full tenant ID is showing in the admin console and could be compromised if the account has been compromised. We'd like to somehow hide/mask some part of the tenant ID like how a credit card appears (as an example) in any system where only last 4 digits are being shown.

Serial skill execution
Currently box executes all registered skills in parallel. In some cases it would be usefull to have the results of one skill feed another. This would require an order to be associated to registered skills, and a mechanism for signaling completion (which should not be metadata being written since there are cases where no new metadata updates occur or there is an error in execution)

Prevent Box Notes being created from Box Drive when disabled at enterprise level
When Box Notes application is disabled at enterprise level we should not be able to create new Box Notes from within Box Drive application.

Custom Box Skills apps should have the same security options as regular apps
Currently when you go into the development console, create a new app, and select "Custom Skill", the configuration section gives you a client ID. However a "Custom app" gives you a clientId as well as a client secret in the OAuth 2 section. I have a box skill that generates metadata as well as facilitates an integration with another system, requiring me to create a client (box sdk) in order to modify sharing on the file and generate a link to view in the portal.
To get around this I created a second app (Custom App) just for the auth…

Add field to see how a collaborator was added to a folder
Currently the has_collaborations field with the API will show if a user was added as a result of inheritance (waterfall permissions) or if they were added directly to the specific folder, but there is no way to distinguish between those. For performance reasons and limit the amount of calls, it would be helpful if there was a filed that could be added to distinguish how a collab to a folder occurred

Removing files from a single page of a multi-page folder shows confusing message
After deleting all items from one page (of multiple) of a Folder’s content, the page says “There are no items in this folder.”
This is not accurate since there are other pages of content within the folder.
Can this be changed as it can be confusing?

Box Note "Active Shared Link" indicator on Sidebar Box
The only way currently to know if a Box Note has an Active Shared Link is to go to the folder which contains it (in the regular Box.com UI, not the Box Notes UI), and look for the "Active Shared Link" icon on the row for the .boxnote file.
I suggest adding this same icon to the sidebar box for the note in the Box Notes UI (i.e. the box you click to load the note in the main right-hand pane).

Log logs reporting
There is no event logged when a user reports user activity or security logs. Could be worth to log that event along with the report criteria to be able to rack unusual reporting.

Records Retention Functionality
This is a very old idea that should available for Box users. Dealing with real records retention not retention policies as currently used in Box. Records/Document retention deals with the management of information thru its lifecycle - Records/documents are created, used, store, archived, kept permanently (for administrative, legal, fiscal, and historical reasons) or destroyed. Currently, there is no way to apply records retention rules or schedules to Box, which means that we are only dumping content instead of managing the content based on its value - based on a company's records retention schedules. Detailed content access reporting by location, client, user, etc.
We'd like to see a report in the Admin Console that shows where content is being accessed from and by whom, specifically for mobile (iOS or Android, etc.); but other information like Box Drive or Web App would also be helpful.

Update "Box login from..." email notification
When I access Box from a new browser or device, I get "Box Login from...." email notification from Box.
Within the email body, it said "You can manage your login activity list from the Security tab and your notifications from the Notifications tab of your Account Settings." but there is no "Notifications" tab under user Account settings.
Instead there is a "Sharing" tab under which there is a section for "General Emails and Notifications". Could you please fix the wording with in the email notification body to reflect the correct tab and section. It helps the end users to get…
