Reflect the content requested by Box AI in the details column of the user activity report
When using Box AI multiple times at the same time, the current report does not allow us to check the details of which request was made in the log.
Therefore, we would like the function to be improved so that the details requested by Box AI are reflected in the details column.＜Box AIで要求した内容をユーザーアクティビティレポートの詳細欄に反映する＞

Allow End Users to run a Collaborations Report for Content they Own
As organizations scale, IT Admins may want to enable end users to manage their own content and who has access to this content. Users being able to run a collaborations report and/or a folder and files report on content that they own is important for enabling users to manage their own content collabs so that these responsibilities can be distributed, and don't necessarily fall solely on the admin and security teams who manage Box to audit content and associated collaborations. New Shared Link Setting for OTP to Specific Email Addresses
Proposing a new Shared Link setting or type that allows users to send a shared link to a specific email address which requires a OTP password, similar to the authentication used when an individual is sent a Sign Request via Box Sign.
This would allow for a simpler, more secure user experience when sharing one-off links than password-protecting a public link.

Ability to tag groups
I want a function like Teams' "tag".
Currently, only individuals can mention comments in the data saved in the box,
I would like to be able to mention in groups.
Can't you make better use of groups in your management console?
One of the features of box is that multiple people can edit the same data at the same time, and there are also convenient functions such as comment fields and mention functions.

Additional security to Box Sign links in "completed" emails
Box Sign sends an email to a signer (subject "Completed: [name of document]") after all the documents have been signed. This link gives anyone with the link access to the document in question with no additional authentication (e.g. MFA, password, Box login) needed. This link skips folder or Box Shield settings restricting the use of shared links and cannot be manually removed or expired. Email, without any additional protections, is not considered secure enough for transmittal of certain types of protected information (e.g. patient health information under HIPAA). Ability to see the output period of the report expanded.
We are aware that the report can currently output information for up to the past 7 years.
More data will remain over the next 7 years, and we know that we will have no choice but to extract the necessary reports each time.
However, it would be very time-consuming as it is, and further expansion of the report output period would improve convenience, so we would very much like to see this addressed.現在、最大で過去7年分の情報をレポートで出力できることは認識してます。

Increase iWork integration 1GB limit

Report on new data platform doesn't reflect latest information
To improve report performance, Box migrated legacy to new data platform on collaboration report recently. However, new one will take about 24 hours to reflect latest data into exported report. It could be harder for admin to audit new collaboration on enterprise using report feature. There are two request for this change :
- Make sure that admin knows when the exported report is as of
- Reflect much faster like User Detail Report which can reflect 1 hours ago

Enhanced Locking Experience on Box Drive for Mac
With Enhanced Locking on Box Drive now launched for Windows (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360063653693-Box-Drive-v2-21-Release-Notes), it'll be great to have the same experience, i.e. opening a file will prompt the user to lock the file and auto-unlock the file when closing the file, for Mac users.
This way all users, no matter what OS they use, can have the same Enhanced Locking experience when working with files via Box Drive.

Tags and comments in Box Drive
Is there a way to see the tags in Box Drive? Right now I have to view box on the browser to see the tags for each file. Is there some option to view the tags in Box Drive without having to go to box.com each time?

New Color Scheme
The new left pane color scheme makes the menu items more difficult to read. In the prod environment the Favorites icons are easily recognized by their color, but in the beta UI they all seem to blend together.

Metadata triggers without folder specification
--I want Box Relay to be able to kick workstreams off in sub-folders that don't exist yet. We have a general "Accounts" folder, and I want my metadata tag triggers to affect sub folders in that parent folder. However, the metadata trigger requires me to specify which specific folder to trigger the Relay within. I suggest one of two things:
1. Remove the need for folder specification. If I have a metadata trigger, do I really need to specify the folder in which the content lives? Relay should scan for that metadata tag, wherever it occurs.
