Expand 1000 character prompt limit
The prompt limit of 1000 characters is way too small for anything but simple requests. Users are unable to feed in much additional data for comparison to the source document, greatly limiting the capability of the tool. Much better results are derived from loading the source document and any other required information into ChatGPT, with a larger and multimodal prompt.

When inviting users, the permissions window is missing.
When inviting users to collaborate in Box, a window appears to select the permissions that should be granted.
However, this window protrudes from the screen and cannot be resized, and the uploader's permissions are missing.

Ability to tag groups
I want a function like Teams' "tag".
Currently, only individuals can mention comments in the data saved in the box,

Add the ability to fix scrollbars in tables
We make great use of the table feature of Box Notes and often create tables with a huge number of columns.
A while ago the UI was changed and scrollbars became available.
However, the longer the table is, the longer it takes to get to the scrollbar, because the scrollbar does not appear until I get to the bottom row.
I have to go further just to find the scroll bars, and I find this operation laborious.

Additional security to Box Sign links in "completed" emails
Box Sign sends an email to a signer (subject "Completed: [name of document]") after all the documents have been signed. This link gives anyone with the link access to the document in question with no additional authentication (e.g. MFA, password, Box login) needed. Bulk edit folder settings in the admin console
Grant the ability to bulk edit folder settings in the Admin Console. We recently made changes to our Enterprise folder settings. Updating these settings was not completely retroactive and did not propagate for all subfolders, resulting in either having to update folders individually or using the API. We would like the ability to have a feature for bulk editing folder settings natively in the Admin Console that can be retroactive and will propagate to subfolders.

Split and transfer data to several users when the owner is deleted (including folder assignment)
Hi,
it would be nice if I could split the data of a user to be deleted among more than 1 other user.If, for example, a department head leaves the company and another head takes over the disciplinary part on an interim basis, but the technical issues are still mapped in the department, it makes sense to be able to separate the structures. We are currently transferring the disciplinary page manually.

Being able to search through files by the date the file was created (in the metadata)
A feature I've wanted many times now, and would love to see implemented, is to be able to search through my files with the filter of Date Created (regarding the creation date of the file in its metadata), not just the date of when I uploaded the file.

Create Pages and collapsable sections within Box Notes
Add a feature that allows multiple Pages and Sections within a single Box Note, similar to OneNote.
Also add a feature that allows for a collapsible section within a single Box Note - for example to use for different topics at an event, or different days at a conference - instead of making a new Note for each topic/day.

Make sync actually work correctly and reliably
Box seems to have abandoned any effort to improve sync. It has the same problems that it had 5? 6? 7? years ago. It takes forever to sync. It consumes huge amounts of CPU. It gets hung up all the time. A former associate who was friends with an employee of Box once (about 5 years ago) complained to the friend about the problems with sync. The employee's response: "use sync less." That appears to be Box's strategy: they don't fix the problems with the program; rather, their advice is use the program less. That's pathetic. Fix your software.

Make an Alias of Box Drive
Hello,
Previously, while using Box Sync on Mac OS, I was able to get quick access to the files by making an alias of the Box Sync folder.
I was also able to set the Finder preferences so that "New Finder Windows Show the Box folder."
However, it looks like neither of these are possible with Box Drive. Is there any way to make an easy shortcut to Box? The only option I've found is to place Box Drive in Launchpad.
