Ability to not display the Dev console
For company operations, the Admin does not want end users to develop Box applications.
Therefore, we would like to configure the admin side to not show the "Dev console" to end users.
Please make a button to control the display of the "Dev console" in the Admin console.(Japanese)

Augment existing collaborator permissions in inherited subfolders
Scenario:
Folder A is shared with User X with Viewer permission
Folder B is a subfolder of Folder A, on which User X requires Editor permissionAccording to support, the only way to accomplish this in the web UI is to first remove User X as a collaborator on Folder A, add them as an Editor on Folder B, and then re-add them as a Viewer on Folder A
This is clunky, annoying, and results in a lot of extra notifications.
Clearly this is supported by the underlying file system because you can do it directly with the Box CLI:

Ability to restore/delete files only by Box tenant administrators
【Background】
Due to the revision of the Personal Information Protection Law, the company's policy will be changed.
The policy will be to erase unnecessary data after a specific period of time.
This policy change will also cover data residing in personal Bin.Currently, as a specification of Box, if an item in the Bin is maliciously "deleted from the Bin" or if data is automatically deleted from the Bin after a certain period of time, it will be unrecoverable after 14 days.

Capture Device information in the User Activity Report
We had a situation that ex-employee use Box Sync app using his personal laptop but Admin has no way to figure out whether he accessed them from corporate laptop or his personal laptop. The User Activity Report only shows ip address. It would be good to capture device name or OS version so Admin can double check what device this user is using when accessing synced files.

Access Control Restrictions by user
As a administrator, I would like the ability to turn off certain Access Control Restrictions across all collaborators vs. limiting it to specific collaborator roles.
Example:
Download / Print Restrictions.we would still like users to leverage the app but, not allow them to download/print to their mobile device. Yes, the app function can be disable enterprise-wide but, we want to limit it to a specific function within the mobile app regardless of their collaborator role.

OCR support for Japanese in Android
OCR cannot recognize Japanese language in Android devices.

Too much of the file path is collapsed at the left while there is plenty of space along the top to show more of the path.

I would like to add attachments (with shared links) in Outlook on the Web and make the attachment location at the top of the email body.
When you add an attachment (with a shared link) in Outlook on the Web, it is attached at the bottom of the thread if the text field is expanded.
However, it is difficult to see the attachment at the bottom of the thread, so please change the setting so that the attachment is added to the top of the email every time. (or add a feature).With the current specification, attachments are displayed at the bottom of the message, especially when the body of the message is long, so the recipient may not notice the attachment.

Box report progress bar or indicator
We want to check the progress of a report being output.
At the moment We can only see if it is in progress but it is not possible to see when the report will be output.It can take quite a while for the report to be output, but we don't want to be uncertain about when it will be completed.
This is because we have to regularly check the output of the report, which is time-consuming.It would be nice to be able to see progress as a percentage.

Ability to disable/modify admins receiving ALL collaboration invite notifications
Currently every time someone in our organization shares a file or folder I get an email notification, it gets obnoxious at at times. It seems silly I can't control these notifications. The following need to be able to be turned off,
• Collaboration invitations

Run Two Box Accounts Box Drive & Box Sync on Same Device (Laptop)
Running two separate Box accounts locally on a laptop. To have Box Drive and Box Sync access locally on a laptop at the same time without any issues.

Mentions
Specify multiple people at once when commenting on a comment.
You can use @mentions to notify users of files in Box, but I think it is extremely inefficient to have to enter the user name from @ every time.
However, we think it is extremely inefficient to have to type the username from @ every time.
For example, it would be very convenient to be able to specify @mentions with a single click or by copying and pasting.(和訳)

Block single user
Our security has deemed a single email as suspicious. We would like to block this single email from connecting to our Box, or being collaborated into our Box.
With Shield we can block the whole domain, but that approach is too broad and would limit too many valid email addresses.

Use of iPad’s Markup for annotating. Box’s implementation of annotations is poor.
iPads have a built in document markup function for annotating documents, it’s tragic that Box doesn’t permit this tool to function.
My current work around is to copy the file to my iPad then use Markup to annotate my document, then finally copy the annotated document back into Bix.

When a new sandbox is created, automatically inherit the IP whitelist setting from the primary EID
When we created our primary EID, we needed to provide IP address ranges so we could restrict access to our enterprise instance of Box to only users from within our corporate network. Each time we create a new Sandbox we need to ask Box support to apply the same IP range. We would like the Sandbox EIDs to automatically inherit the whitelist settings from the primary EID. This will reduce any risks of a malicious individual potentially creating a new Sandbox and not configuring the restrictions so that it is only accessible from within our corporate network.

About the addition of the automatic log deletion function of Box Edit
I understood that the current maximum value for log storage is as follows

Copy file in workflow should create a new version if file already exists
I am creating Quality Management workflows. At the end of the workflow the released document is copied to a new area, that is shared with the consumers of the QM-documentation.
Works fine the first time we run the workflows. If we update the document and run the workflow again, the target file is not versioned: we get a new file with the same name and a timestamp added to it.
I appreciate this behaviour in some situations and understand why you have chosen this solution. However we would like to have the option in the workflow to "version the file,…

Could Box have integration with Adobe Bridge?
When I add tags to files in Bridge, they do not show up on the file when I look at the image in Box. I was told by your support department to contact you so that this integration could be created.
