Confirm the downloading and copying files in User Activity
When users copy (Ctrl+C) files on Box Drive, and then paste (Ctrl+V) the files on their desktops, it is almost doing the same thing as "Downloading" or "Copying."
However, neither the above are recorded in User Activity.

I have created files on my ipad and the same are created on box.com webpage also, but they are not syncing with my desktop

Box Drive Sync Delay Indicator
Box Drive is supposed to mirror the files on the server. But we experience delays of five minutes to over an hour between when we complete an upload to Box and when other users can see the file in Box Drive. We end up having to use the web portal more frequently to download files rather than waiting for them to appear, which creates version issues and nullifies the most attractive feature of Box Drive. 46 votesThanks for the suggestion. Typically updates between box.com and Box Drive should happen very quickly. If they are not, we’d recommend filing a support ticket in case there is an issue.

Markdown preview is blank in iOS. Markdown used to render into a preview on iOS when selecting a .md file. Now it just shows a blank screen. Requesting this gets fixed, I used this feature quite a bit and it's been broken for some time now

Page number Display
Please add the page number display when you open folders. Current version of Box removed the page number and rather lists all the files within that folder, or at least is should. We now see that if a folder has hundreds of files, not all files are displayed when you scroll to the end. For example. If selecting a folder containing all company names starting with the letter S. It may only go to files starting with SNA and end there. In this case you have to revert to using the search within the folder to locate files starting with…

I want you to change the title of the email notification when you add an item to the folder.

Admin account to not consume a license
At present, an admin user consumes a paid-for subscription which is a waste of a subscription/money.
As an admin, I just perform admin tasks and don't actually use the service to share files.
Would it be possible to have an admin account which can only perform admin duties to ensure paid-for subscriptions are used by actual users?

Upgrade from reCAPTCHA v2 to reCAPTCHA v3
The pictures shown in reCAPTCHA v2 like traffic lights and crosswalks are vague, leading many users to fail to log in.

Send in-app notification for failed bulk move/copy.
Box Notification on account (not email notification) for failed moves.
When copying or moving a large numbers of files, sometimes those moves fail.
We would like to be notified about files that failed to copy or move

Notification on task assignment not supported in API
Currently there is no option to send a user an email notification when they are assigned a task via API. This is an unexpected gap, as an email will be sent when the task is assigned manually in the UI, and there are few indications that the same will not be true for programmatically assigned tasks.

Extend display time for the undo option
After moving a file/folder, a prompt appears to allow you to select "Undo", but we find that the prompt appears for a short time and often we find it impossible to undo the action.
We would like to see a longer display time for the undo option.

Box Task Center notification pop-up
Popup assigned tasks when users visit "All Files" page. Currently Box Task Center shows only number. To make it possible for a user to surely notice, popup is better.

Sync my desktop files on a Mac to Box
Feature suggestion: if there's any way for us to sync my desktop files on a Mac to Box - that would be HUGE for our end users. Similar to how Macs work today where content on desktop is saved to iCloud - work with Apple so that Box can be used as the content storage area of choice instead.

Provide direct links for files listed in Problem Items window to the actual files in Box Drive.
When users have a large number of Problem Items (> 10) it can be a pain to find exactly where these Problem Items are. The search function doesn't work well for these files and you can't even copy the name of these files. A direct link to them would be most convenient.

There is a need to map all current synced folders of all users in my organization. There is no way to gether this information at the moment. Please develop a report that will be able to list all synced folders per user.

create folder while making workflow
Allow users when they are building a relay workflow to have the ability to search through a folder structure and create a new folder when they are building a new flow.
This would eliminate the issue of users having to have a predefined folder structure before making the workflow and make it significantly easier to use.

Get rid of the green 'refresh' bar when uploading a new document
Give the user access to disable the green 'refresh' pop-up bar. It’s annoying and requires to be click before you can move on. I challenge your staff to spend a day working in Box, loading and uploading docs – you’ll get tired of it VERY quickly.
Don’t need more clicks in the workflow!
