Add toggling of comment and annotation creation
Users want the ability to highlight text and copy-to-clipboard while in Preview mode.
Currently, clicking and dragging results in entering comment-generation mode.
The only workarounds:
1. Enter editing mode (but this may not be possible with all roles, and may risk making unintended changes)
2. View the document full-screen (this is not intuitive).Solution: add a one-click toggle, perhaps on the comment/annotation floating panel, that enables click-and-drag commenting OR disables it so highlight-and-copy can be used.
This also could be implemented in such a way as to fulfill the following request

Default search in "Sign" section
Please update the default setting for the search bar in the 'Sign' section. Currently, it only searches within the list of documents sent for signature, even though we had a separate search bar for that purpose. The search function should be set to search across all areas.

email as only option for 2fa
In the 2FA options there are options for i) TOTP ii) TOTP, Email, SMS - however there is not an option for just email only. Can this option be added for Email only

Creating a sign template - Specify a location for saving requests in a folder different from where the template is saved
When creating a sign template, I want to specify a location for saving requests in a folder different from where the template is saved.
Currently, when a request save location is specified in a template, the template is also saved in the specified request save location.
If I move the template file to another folder, the request save location set in the template will also change to the destination folder.
I don't want to re-specify a different folder to save the request each time I create a sign request from a template.
サインテンプレート作成時テンプレートの保存場所とは別のフォルダにリクエストの保存場所を指定したい。
現在、テンプレートでリクエストの保存場所を指定すると、テンプレートも指定したリクエストの保存場所に保存されます。
テンプレートのファイルを別のフォルダに移動するとテンプレート内に設定したリクエストの保存場所も移動先のフォルダに変わってしまう。
テンプレートからサインリクエストを作成するたびにリクエストの保存場所を別のフォルダに指定しなおすのは避けたい。

Box Drive performance improvement request when using VDI
The VDI is experiencing operational delays when using Box Drive, and this is affecting our business.
It was found that the delay was caused by a large number of disk I/Os.
We checked the Box Drive logs and found that Box was reflecting 1,000 to 2,000 operation logs on Box to each user every morning.
Since the above operations occur simultaneously for all users, there is a large load on the infrastructure.

「VDI利用時におけるBox Drive性能改善リクエスト」Box Drive利用時のVDIで操作遅延が発生しており業務影響が出ております。
操作遅延の要因としては多数のディスクI/Oによって発生していることが判明しており、
Box Driveのログを確認した所、Boxから毎朝1000～2000のBox上での操作ログを各ユーザーへ反映されていました。
上記操作が全てのユーザで同時に発生する為、インフラストラクチャに大きな負荷が掛かっています。

Updating metadata date to current date button
Having a button that would "Use Current Date" Would be a great benefit. Updating any date that is older than 10 years old takes two clicks. We have two dates associated with documents, being able to have a button that says use current date would save a lot of time when documents are updated.

Add Timestamp to Files and Folder Tree Report
The Files and Folder Tree report in the Admin Console only displays the date for content created/modified, etc. It'd be helpful to include the full timestamp in the date field.

Customize System-Generated Email Notification Messages
Box notification emails (such as the warning users receive when content will be deleted by retention policy) should be customizable to some degree. They should also include the ability to include a link users can click for more information.

Automatic Data Move without an assigment
We have created a relay and need a use case where a file, after being uploaded to a specific folder, is automatically moved to another folder. Currently, the relay is only possible when the starter confirms an assignment; we need this without an assignment. The file should be moved after a defined time.
Details:
Initial Inquiry: We asked if a relay could be set up to move files automatically after upload without requiring an assignment.
Box Support Response: Suggested using “A Scheduled Event” as a trigger.

Separate Disposition Policy Management
Customers would like the ability to manage automated content deletion separate from retention policies. This would allow content to be deleted sooner than the policy designates. Ability to extend the disposition date would be important (including through relay workflows where approvals could be gathered). Ability to designate the disposition timing from upload date (and not edit date for new versions of a file) is also desired.

Allow for Box user to set an automated re-direct/landing webpage destination after a person has successfully uploaded a file on the file request page.

Preview display function based on og:image information when pasting URL text
I'd like to see a feature where you can paste the URL text and embed a preview based on og:image information (metadata).

Speed up the file indexing process
Accoding to the website, indexing usually takes around 10 minutes (sometimes more than 10 minutes), but it often takes half a day to a day or more.
This indexing process is taking too much time and affecting the invoicing process, so we would like to improve the processing speed.(In Japamese)

Remove or Show a Different Box Admin Address to Enterprise Users
In the Account tab of the user Account Settings screen, users can scroll down & see our Box Admin service account e-mail address, which we need to keep invisible. (We certainly don't want users spamming it when we have a help desk.)
How can we either eliminate showing the Admin Contact here or show a different address? (This should be an Admin Console setting.)
This part of the product design does not show any regard for an enterprise with more than a few IT folks.

Filter Marked as safe
Shield needs a filter and a display setting for the dashboard for an alert that have been checked and marked as safe, currently it is hard to identify alerts that have been checked by other admins and marked as safe causing duplicate effort.

Allow the expiration date of signature requests to be extended.
Allow the expiration date of signature requests to be extended! (Or at least make it VERY clear that imposing an expiration date will nullify the entire document if not all are completed before it expires.)
