Addition of the ability to enforce “file request” expiration dates.
Currently, users can set an expiration date at their discretion in “File Request”, but there is no function for the administrator to enforce the expiration date setting. In order to deter external attacks and to ensure more secure operations, it would be ideal to have a function that allows the expiration date to be enforced.

Box for Microsoft Office co-authoring permissions per folder
I propose the ability to change the setting for each folder regarding whether or not Box co-authorship is enabled.
With the current Box for office co-authoring feature, all folders have the coauthoring feature turned on.
I would like to have a switch so that some folders are on and some are off.Boxの共著の可否について、フォルダ毎に設定を変更する機能を提案します。

Box version(s) report
It would be nice to be able to generate a report that shows a file's number of versions.
We'd like to change our versioning number at an Enterprise level, but we cannot see how many versions of a file any user has at a time.
It would be nice to be able to pull a report on 'Versions' of a file so that we can see who has over X# of versions of one file and email them about the upcoming change. Currently, there doesn't seem to be a way to find this information.

box AI for meeting transcripts
Will Box AI have capability to capture speech and write into Box Notes? We use Box Notes for all our internal meetings so having Box AI in Box Notes is great but could it also capture the meeting discussion and create a full transcript of the meeting? Maybe via Box Mobile or using Zoom integration with Box? Thinking similar to GONG call recordings.

Create Shortcuts to Other Folders within Box
We would love to be able to create shortcuts to other related files within files in Box on the web. For an example, in windows file explorer, you can create a shortcut from someone's individual file and someone's business file.

Box AI for Hubs limits
Box AI for Hubs is limited to 10,000 files per Hub.
When you use it as a FAQ site of Hubs, it easily exceeds 10,000 folders to store manuals and specifications.
I would like you to remove the limit or raise the limit value for effective use of Hubs.6 votes -
Ability to filter by external user on the UAR
Now that external user information is included in the user activity report (UAR) it would be great to have the ability to filter the report to just that one external user. We'd like the ability to filter by the external user's email address, just like we can with managed users. For large enterprises, running an open UAR leads to a very large report that takes time to sort and filter. The ability to filter to a specific user saves a ton of time.

Box Sign - Checkbox should allow multiple options & multi-select
The checkbox option should operate similarly to the radio button option, allowing the form editor to create multiple checkbox options at once. The only difference would be that the checkbox option would allow multi-select, while the radio button option offers only single-select.

File Viewer yes loading
Could you please change the specification that requires the export folder to be a personal folder (area) when exporting the list of file viewers? Currently, in my company, only co-owners or editors can collaborate. Therefore, those with other permissions have to request collaboration from co-owners or editors. However, personal folders (areas) allow for self-collaboration, making it difficult to manage.

Compress to zip format on Box web
To compress a file or folder on Box, you must download it first.
I wish there was a way to compress files directly from Box Web without having to download them.(in Japanese)

Improvement of shuttle report filter condition
Hi
At present, I can's select both "Greater than or equal" and "Less than or equal" at the same time on the "Shuttle Job Report filter".
I want to set like below
Greater than or equal 100 MB and Less than or equal 200MB.*The back ground of this idea is below
When I ran the report, if the volume is large job wasn't completed, so I want to limit the result and the condition at the present is not enough to do it.

Relay name folder with file name and/or file metadata
File request link: User uploads & applies metadata. Relay: Upon upload, create a folder & name based on the filename and/or metadata.

When a folder lock is performed, the result must be output to the event log.
Even if a folder is locked using the Folder Lock API, the operation log is not output to event information.
We are having trouble determining if a folder lock has really been applied unless it is output in the event information that the folder lock has been applied.Folder Lock API を用いてフォルダをロックしても、操作ログがイベント情報に出力されません。

Add information in “File Properties” to metadata
Currently the information in the “File Properties” (owner, created date, retention policy exp, size) is all siloed and unusable for anything but viewing in preview. Adding that information as normal Box metadata will make it available for reporting, sorting, as a policy trigger, and consumable by Crooze for tasks like retention policy expiry reports.

Change the Last Login on the User Details report with Last Activity
The Last Login date of the User Details report doesn't show the real last login time of each users.
As it's misleading, it'better to add the Last activity date instead of Last Login.6 votes -
About the display when Box is opened from the Team mobile app with the mobile screen mode "dark mode".
I use my mobile to access Box on the Teams mobile app.
When the mobile screen mode is set to "Dark Mode", the screen will appear dark when the "Box Files" option on the Teams mobile app is selected and the box is opened, making it impossible to see file names, etc.
Please improve the Box so that it can be used in dark mode.（Japanese）

モバイルの画面モードを「ダークモード」にしている場合、Teamsモバイルアプリ上の「Box Files」を選択しBoxを開くと画面が暗く表示されるためファイル名等を確認することができません。

Quota Notifications for End Users
I would like a way to set up different thresholds where a user can be notified that they are getting close to exceeding their quota limit. Give me the option to allow notifications at 95% and 99% and then every time they have hit their quota limit when they are someone else adds files to something that they own. I would also like to see warnings added for collaborators when they add files to another person's shares that indicate that they have hit a quota limit for the owner of the folder and give them a warning that they need…

Ability to select specific shared links and delete them all together
Sometimes, users create shared links and then leave them unattended.
As part of our inventory, we delete unnecessary shared links based on the shared link report.
However, in order to delete them, we need to access each file from a browser.
We would like a mechanism to delete multiple specific shared links at once.
If there are multiple shared links in the same folder, I would like the ability to check them off and delete them all together.In Japanese：

棚卸の一環として、共有リンクレポートをもとに不要な共有リンクを削除していますが、
それらを削除するためにはブラウザから各ファイルにアクセスする必要があります。
