After pressing the share button, I would like the "Invite users" field to be hidden for users who do not have invitation authority.
During daily operations, after pressing the share button, the "Invite users" column is displayed even from the user screen that does not have invitation authority, which causes confusion.
If you hover the cursor over it, you will see "You do not have permission to invite collaborators", but I would like the "Invite Users" field to be hidden from the share screen so that I can make a decision right away.
If it is difficult, if you are not authorized, please display the message "You are not authorized to invite" when this screen opens.日頃操作する中で、共有ボタンを押下後に招待権限を持たないユーザー画面からも「ユーザーを招待」の欄があることで混乱が生じてしまう。

Password reset deadline exemptions
I would like to be able to set exceptions for password reset deadlines for each account.
This is because there are some accounts that are affected by password changes, such as accounts used in Box system linkage from other systems.パスワードリセット期限の除外設定がアカウント毎にできるようにして欲しい。

Allow co-admins to "exempt" users from 2FA. Once 2FA is required by the company, only the primary admin can let users who delete their Authentication app, back into Box.

Downloading from a Shared Link has a confusing UX message (Modal)
The "Download in Progress" modal window displays only a "Signup" and "Log In" buttons when downloading files from a shared link. Those buttons and the fact that the modal window must be manually closed even after the download is complete is poor UX and confuses users into thinking they must create an account to successfully download images.
Our IT department receives multiple tickets from confused users.

Hide Apps Link from Blue Left Menu
Our organization is using Box to store controlled information so to best control the sharing of our documents we are only enabling a very limited number of 3rd party app integrations. We have disabled most of the apps via Enterprise settings. However users still can see the Apps menu and we are receiving a lot of negative feedback related to integrations available that as an Enterprise we will not enable. Is it possible to hide the "Apps" in the Blue left menu for non-admin users via group or other action?

Please provide the option to omit the Signup and Login buttons for shared links (downloadable).
The presence of the Signup and Login buttons reduces the value of our Box.com account since the only way to circumvent the Box.com marketing fluff is to copy file from box to our CMS rather than just referencing our Box.com files. The existence of the Signup button both on the preview and pop-up that displays after clicking download results in calls to our support center from visitors to our website. file request with BVE
Currently we are using BVE and have a firewall setting to block the normal app.box.com.
When our group/subsidiary companies try to upload a file through file request, since the link URL is https://upload.app.box.com, they cannot upload a file via file request.
It would be great if we can make a file request link that is BVE so the URL is https://upload.ent.box.com.20 votes -
Easier access to Box.com versus local box folder from the box menu
I use a mac. To go to a folder, I can click the box icon on my menu bar and there is the folder icon. But, to go to box notes (very popular with my team) or box.com, I must click down into the box settings. Please bring box.com up to the level of the box folder in your menu.

User Classification
Our organization uses Box to manage our controlled documentation. To access this information people, need to meet certain criteria to access certain types of documents. Box is great for classifying documents, but we are looking for a way to classify users to make it easy to know if we are able to share a specific document with a specific user. Filter during multiple edits
When multiple users are editing the same document online, if one person applies a filter condition, it is applied for all users. Can we have options to apply filter only for self or for all users as per individual's choice? I have seen this feature while editing excels in Sharepoint. It would really help when we have lengthy spreadsheets to edit.

Ability to change file/folder name rich text
It would be lovely if a user could change the font/color/bold/underline on file and folder names.
We have a scenario where we are going to "archive" certain shared folders and lump them under a single folder but it would be nice if we could change the color of the text of the folder name to say red and maybe make it bold. It would stand out in the list of all folders in the root.2 votes -
Viewing and Downloading EPUB files
As outlined in Case # 2783413
We were unable to share an link to an EPUB which had watermarking embedded in the file.
Workarounds included zipping up the EPUB first.
It would be wonderful to get full EPUB support where you can view the EPUB (ie see the cover image, and even the contents of the EPUB book and allow anyone with the link to download the file.As was discovered in the case mentioned above, it turns out some EPUBs can at least be downloaded if they didn't contain watermarking. I want the general user to be notified when an item is copied or moved and the process is complete.
When an item is copied or moved, a message is displayed indicating that the move is complete, but when the target folder is checked, the process may not be complete.
After moving or copying large data, the user may immediately see "copy completed" but the process is not actually completed, confusing the user.
Currently, general users can only visually confirm that the process is complete, and the only way to confirm that the process is complete is to request a user with administrative privileges to output a user activity report.

Permanently mark a file as not malicious
We had a user (with Box Drive) who had a file marked as malicious. She apparently made a change to a local copy and added it back to her folder, causing it to be marked as malicious a second time. In fairness, the hash is different, since the file changed. When I looked at the first event, I ran the file through VT, and the results came back as all clean, so I marked it as not malicious. Offer terms of service feature for shared links
Allows a prompt to appear for external users to acknowledge confidentiality, currently exists if sharing a folder via direct email invite, but not when you copy a shared link.
