Ability to differentiate where the login took place in reporting
When I run a User Activity report, it shows "Login" attempt but doesn't provide any detail about the login. I would like to be able to differentiate between login locations, e.g., how often are users logging in from mobile apps vs. web. If I could understand any sort of Sync usage, that would be useful too.

priority
Can we have an option to select or prioritize which comes first and so on. So you can setup a priority of uploads to a level of a single file upload.
Example: have several large files uploading now. and a small file that its not uploading until the large files are done.
If you can right click on the file and set to "urgent" or "push now".

Collaboration Auto Accept
Once the external user sends invites to a X company Box user, there is almost no controls on the shared folder by X company there is no “Accept/Reject” stage by default, X company Box user will automatically have the external shared folder or file in his Box space even without awareness. Make the default invitee permission configurable at the instance level.

Add "Edit" permission to shared link options
We needs to share a link of many Word documents in Box with a large number of people, problem is we can't make it editable to the people who have the link. (only view and download or View only)
would be awesome to have this option !

GET RID OF PAGINATION!
We constantly have people unable to find files on Box because they're located on the second (or later) pages in the folder.
It's completely pointless and an unusual user experience for online file storage.

need the collaboration list based on user level .
This is similar to UI settings , in the user settings when you click collaborations , you will get the collaboration list of all the folders.
Similar api is required.

Code scripts in MONOSPACE font type
Hi there,
I have several files, which are coding scripts; they are correctly recognised from browser side (.h, .m, .sh, etc...).
It would be absolutely USEFUL - both for reading and for sharing to my colleagues - to set the font to a MONOSPACE type one; the actual font is NOT GOOD for developers and for a correct viewing of code(s).
Is there any possibility to have this feature ?
Maybe a switch of fonts for single files, or - better - a monospace font associated to file extension(s).Thanks in advance. Giulio Rodonò.

About setting up a file request
In the file request link, the setting screen for the name and email address fields has been changed.
Previously, the "Settings" section of the file request included a section for setting a name and email address.
The way it's currently set up, it seems like there are more setup steps that prompt you to enter your name and email address.As before, please improve the file request so that it can be configured to require a name or email address in the "Settings" section of the file request as well.

Color coding for folders with Box Governance Retention Policies applied to them
To easily identify folders with a certain retention policy, please enable Box users to set either default or customized colors on retained folders to easily identify them

So we used a password on a shared link that contains a greater than symbol and the link does not work
If you create a shared link with a password that contains a greater than symbol > it will not work.
Such as:
T^>&4zjbFzVAt the very least they should make it so that when you try to save a password with that symbol it throws an error right there on the form.

Provide the ability to allow co-owners to manage trashed items in Item I Own
Currently only owner's can manage item trashed by others under folders they own, we would like co-owners of items have the same ability as owners to be able to manage trashed items under Items I Own or add another filter Items I Co-Own. There are two scenarios that will be very help pull, one when the folder structures are configured such that owners are system accounts and real users are co-owners and others and the other scenario is if owner is not available for some reason then co-owners can take their tasks. Could Box have integration with Adobe Bridge?
When I add tags to files in Bridge, they do not show up on the file when I look at the image in Box. I was told by your support department to contact you so that this integration could be created.

Collections Page as My Homepage
So as designed, I think "My Collections page" is underutilized. Sure here is the only place you can edit/delete your collections and their titles...but this would be a wonderful place to drive users too as their homepage. Obviously, you all thought of that as well since it can be selected as "My Homepage" but right now I think a lot of folks won't want to because there isn't enough useful information on the basic page.
Please allow the user to better configure this page or at least have the collections unfurled/unnested. So that each time they go to this page…

Sign in with Google Across the Platform
Sign in options are inconsistent across the Box platform. If SAML/SSO or Sign in with Google is set up with an account, it should always be accessible in any place any user attempts to authenticate. I had an account without a password created via the Sign in with Google process and this meant there was one less password floating out there for account access. In order to sign in in certain parts of box.com or in Box Drive, I am required to set a password.

Update Issues with creating new folder and naming folder.
With the new updates, when you create a new folder and the window pops up to name it, you have to click into the type box to name the folder. The typing cursor should just automatically be ready for you to type. It used to be this way until the last update. Messing up my workflow...
