Provide direct links for files listed in Problem Items window to the actual files in Box Drive.
When users have a large number of Problem Items (> 10) it can be a pain to find exactly where these Problem Items are. The search function doesn't work well for these files and you can't even copy the name of these files. A direct link to them would be most convenient.

Create a Box group/alias or ability to select a different name to replace the workflow owner’s name.
I’ve created several Relay workflows across the business and the issue I found is that people are reaching out to me because my name is tied to a task that is assigned to them. Often times, I do not have any context to the workflow so it results in me having to reach out to the person who started/uploaded the document. We want to avoid approvers having to reach out to the workflow owner vs. the actual owner of the program. This process would not be sustainable if it were rolled out to a larger company.

map synced folders
There is a need to map all current synced folders of all users in my organization. There is no way to gether this information at the moment. Please develop a report that will be able to list all synced folders per user.

Launch workflow at end of retention policy
There should be an option to launch a workflow process when a retention policy expires. This would allow for use cases such as moving the file to an archive, destruction approval, etc.

Allow users to easily set retention on an individual file or folder
End users need to have the ability to easily apply retention policies to individual documents. They should be able to click an apply policy button, choose the policy and click OK
Policies should be able to be configured so that users only see policies that apply to them or they have access to.10 votesPlease help us understand the use case more, as the ability to apply retention is typically not extended to end users.

Get rid of the green 'refresh' bar when uploading a new document
Give the user access to disable the green 'refresh' pop-up bar. It’s annoying and requires to be click before you can move on. I challenge your staff to spend a day working in Box, loading and uploading docs – you’ll get tired of it VERY quickly.
Don’t need more clicks in the workflow!

Move "Trash" UI button away from "Upload New Version"/"Download"
When a file is selected (but not being previewed), the updated placement and design of UI buttons make it easy to accidentally select "Trash" when I mean to select "Upload New Version" or "Download." Please move the "Trash" button to a location that would require more determined thought to select it. Alternately, "Trash" could be spelled out or an otherwise more unique UI button.

Update "Not Part of Company" Text to Look Like a Button
When you share a folder or document with a client who is not a part of your organization they receive an email, they then create a login, they are then sent to a page that says "Company uses your network username and password to login to Box. Continue to login to Box through your network." There is then a Continue button and then text that read "Not part of Company" All 66 of my clients have clicked on the button and not on the text because the text does not look click-able. The Ability to query which legal hold policy is assigned to a file.
We have 10s of millions of files assigned to a single legal hold policy. We would need to be able to query by file ID to see which policy is attached to the file instead of the current way which is query by legal hold to see what files are assigned. That way doesn't work for us due to the number of files assigned to a single policy.

Box Drive Tour and Updates
We have added Box Drive to our VDI image. At each login, a user logs into Box Drive as if it was the first time when logging into a VDI computer. We'd like the option to be able to skip the Box Tour as it doesnt need to repeat every time.
Additionally, we'd like to disable Box Drive updates as we'd want to do them on a controlled basis on the image.

Specific Access to subfolders in the same Folder
Is it possible to give to users view permission only to specific subfolders within a folder? Example: I want to upload to a master folder 5 subfolders to our daughter company partners and I want to make sure that the 3 subfolders out of the 5 of them will be viewed only from their bosses. This flexibility helps you to avoid creating 2 different folders for the same Task-Subject.

Allow SSO users to remove their external password again
Since I as a user can set up an external password for my SSO account, I'd like to also be able to remove that external password when I no longer need it. This a) removes an unnecessary login method and therefore improves security and b) alleviates the need for me to regularly change a password I no longer have any use for.
Currently this requires going through Box support (and potentially an enterprise's own internal support hierarchy before that, as in my case), whereas it could also be a simple link/button next to the "Change Password" link in my account…

Add button in Web App to go to last page
I have 13 pages of files in a box folder. I'm not able to skip to the end page, I have to go through 1 by 1. It would be great if there was a 'first page' and 'last page' button just like next and previous!
