Automatically generated user report emails
I'd like to be able to automatically generate a user report email to an admin after each user logs out, be able to see activity on the files they've been given access to.

Sync between folders within the Duke Box
In one folder stream is “All Files” “Cholesterol Results” and “2019”. In the second folder stream is “All Files” “HC evaluations” and “2019”. I would like to be able to edit the file “All Files” “Cholesterol Results” and “2019” and have the second file “All Files” “HC evaluations” and “2019” update automatically with the same edits. Even though the files are saved in two locations they have the exact same information in them. Instead of going to two location to made changes; I would like to only make changes to one document and the other one updates automatically.

In China we have to use (redacted) as box.com is blocked, and after few weeks not logining (Box Alternate domain)
One of our vendor can’t login box with his own company email account. And then can’t share file with him to update.
I found he can’t see the “i’m not a robot” after login (Box Alternate domain) to fill in password as he doesn’t have VPN enabled
after i use his account to login and validated this， he can then login normally.
Looks if you don’t use box for few weeks, it will ask you to validate via this google authentication way which he can’t see it without VPN.
How to fix this for china users if they can't use…

File Request Link from Box Drive
Be able to use file request link straight from box drive - even if it opens up the web app to create the form template etc.

I have files and folders on box.com, but the same are not getting synced with my desktop. How do I make the web folders come into my desktop
I have created files on my ipad and the same are created on box.com webpage also, but they are not syncing with my desktop
What I save on my phone or ipad is not coming into my desktop?

Keep Company Branding Banner with new Box Web Experience and Collections
One of the reasons I really like Box (enterprise version), was that my users felt like we were using a 'custom to our firm' cloud-product. The beta version of your new Box Web Experience and Collections removes the company branded banner across the top; instead leaving only our logo placed next to my profile picture in the corner. Doesn't look customized enough; instead I'm one of a thousand companies using it. The green side bar running down the left of the screen is too much - reminds me of an animated cartoon. When copying a folder with File Requests configured within it, add an option to have the File Request configurations copied as well.
We have a need to setup folders with File Request features for our customers. When we do this manually, it takes a lot of time to set everything up as we need it. We'd like to be able to copy a folder (along with its subfolders) and its File Request setup. This would make any existing setup, like a template, which we can simply copy and rename in preparation for another customer.
Currently, we can only copy the folders with or without contents. But either action does not copy the File Request configurations in the source folder.

Admin creates an order for the items in a certain folder and when that folder is shared it stays in that order!
When an admin (such as myself) creates an order for the items in a certain folder, and then that folder is shared, it should stay in that order! I have been coming into serious issues with this situation and I really would like box to be able to fix the glitch. It is very frustrating and I have called and emailed numerous amounts of times complaining about it and no one has done anything. Popup
After I edit a file, a green notification popup is displayed telling me I just edited the file. This popup follows me around and prohibits me from clicking links (edit file e.g.) until I close it. While somewhat minor, it is rather annoying to have to close each popup notification, when moving about and editing multiple files. Thanks.

Show all items on All Files page
Request for showing all files at one page.
Currently, we can set files/folder for one page from account setting. However, it limits 100 so that over 100 files/folders cannot be shown for only one page. We would like you to add the function to allow the customer to show over 100 files/folders at one page.

At this point we have no plans to create powershell specific SDK. However, the Box Command Line utility can be called from within powershell which may be of help. https://developer.box.com/guides/tooling/sdks/cli/

Shared links without expiration
It takes 6 clicks (unless I'm missing a faster way) to turn off the expiration for a shared link. Can it be on the first pop-up window when you enable the link!?

When user share folder/file to group, please be able to use copy and paste.
When share folder/file to Group, if group name includes "@" and user copy and paste that group name to 'Invite People', it is judged mail address not group name.
So, user cannot invite that group.If user enter group name and select from suggestion, they can invite group normally.
