  2. Tables - Ability to Copy a Row and Paste into a Table in A Different Box Note

    Requesting ability to copy a Box Note row and paste into another Box Note table (preserving formatting and links). Currently, you can paste into a new table this way, not an existing table in our testing.

  7. Open Link ability - single access

    We would like to make a link that forces a person to login (i.e. related to previous feedback submission) and then have a link expire for that person after one access (one click of the link).

    This is an interesting feature! However, it does not have enough demand in order to be prioritized. We will reconsider with additional feedback.

  8. Individualized shared links

    We'd like to be able to send customized links to specific individuals (e.g. company.box.com/JohnDoe) to know, even though they'd normally show as "Someone has Viewed your file", that it can be tracked back to being the particular person from that link.

    We'd ideally like to send that same file to 5 different prospects with 5 customized links

    Great suggestion. This is not currently prioritized since it’s a narrower use case compared to the other items on our roadmap.

    This suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. However, we’d like more clarity and details from the requester about this suggestion to better understand the problem and where exactly in the Admin Console this sorting is needed.

  10. Ability to see owned vs. collaborated content

    From content manager, we would like the ability to filter the content by only showing content the user is 1) an owner of and/or 2) is a co-owner of, and/or 3) is collaborated on.

    When a user leaves the organization, we will disable the account for a few months. Before it is deleted, we would like to have the possibility to easily see the impact for other users if/when the content is deleted. If needed, we would then assign new owners for content collaborated on before that content is deleted.

    Add intelligent search by location, date, etc. but the Search API requires a query. I recommended setting the query to the file extension.

  15. Require password when sharing with external users

    There is a regulation in Japan called the privacy mark, where obtaining this qualification you need to put a password on all files you share outside of your company. Without this qualification you are not allowed to do business in certain industries

  17. File Type Support: .nd Files

    Have .nd file types supported on the Box Sync product. We use .nd files not for QuickBooks files, but for models we build. We would like there to be an option to upload these types of files through the sync interface.

  18. Provide more clear password guidelines when creating a new account

    For example, add a real-time check that tells the user what is missing in the current password while typing it.

  20. 'Compare Versions' View in Preview

    The ability for a user to view 2 versions of a file side-by-side in Box Preview to compare the differences.
