4. the search option is so messed up now. I am spending so much time looking for the exact folder and files I need to locate

   The search option prior to 2 weeks ago was perfect. I am not sure what changed but My whole team is pending countless time on each search. please reset it to that prior setting. Or tell us how to do that. Why does all that other stuff show up before the folder with just what I am looking for?

5. There's now an extra click to highlight text in a Box note and it's a little annoying :)

   If I want to add highlight to some text in a Box note, the interface changed recently so that I have to highlight the text, click the "A - Text and Highlight color" button, and swap from text color to highlight. It's a bit of a pain to do that extra click!

6. Ability to change delete and transfer folder description

   Currently, after a user is deleted and their content is transferred, the folder their content is transferred to has a Folder Description that reads: "This folder contains files previously owned by <user>, and were transferred to you by your enterprise administrator. If you have any questions, please contact <Name and Email Address of Enterprise Admin>."

   Since many large customers don't have a single user monitoring the enterprise Admin email, it would make more sense for them to be able to edit this description to include their internal support helpdesk email alias instead of the primary admin

7. Upload Files from Windows desktop directly into a Box Hubs

   The workflow in mind is that I'll be able to directly upload content from my desktop (currently windows) into a Box Hub directly. Having an option to include files from my desktop as well as options to include Box content can provide a much more seamless experience for end users and ensure they can build Hubs more quickly rather than needing a set folder structure before adding to Box Hubs

8. Request for an Invitation Method to Enable Collaboration for All Tenant Users

   We would like a way to invite all users in the tenant to collaborate.

   Currently, there are over 30,000 users across the tenant, so it is not practical to register all users in a single group and invite them via that group.

9. Deleted Shared Link Lookup Tool

   In the same manner as below, we'd like the capability to search for disabled shared links as well. Currently, there's no way to locate files if the shared links have expired or become inactive.

10. We want to change the owner of a file in the trash

    There is some content that we do not want to completely erase, but we would like to change the owner due to capacity issues.
    Therefore, we would like to change the owner of the files in the Recycle Bin.

11. Ability to Select the AI Processing Region

    We would like to request the ability to select the region where AI processing is performed.
    Some customers in Japan — especially in regulated industries — require that AI processing be executed within the Japan region as a prerequisite for using AI features.

    To drive broader AI adoption among financial institutions and other highly regulated customers, this capability is essential.

14. Ability to customise the content of the notification emails

    Currently, Box does not offer the ability to customize the content of the notification emails sent when sharing a link or inviting a collaborator. The email notifications are standardized and cannot be modified to include additional instructions or guidance.

    We are seeing an increase in clients reporting difficulties accessing links and files shared via Box. To help mitigate this, we would like to include additional guidance within the notification emails sent to recipients at the point of sharing.

15. Persistent Encryption, encryption on the object (file itself), instead of just the container

    Looking for the ability for persistent encryption, on the object/file itself, instead of just the container. If a user download a file and puts it on a USB thump drive or emails it to another person, the file needs to remain encrypted.

16. capture history should be optional

    The Capture History should be optional to toggle on or off.
    We have a folder that relays the file to a secure location. We have onboarding iPads that we use to have people fill out their forms that contains sensitive information, and then they place that file in that folder. The onboarding team just realized that a copy of that file and any images/pdf's are being stored in a different folder.

    We want to keep our information secure, and this automatic feature isn't beneficial for our use of Box. We don't want to have to manually delete each copy.

17. Showcase thumbnail teams when a file is uploaded via Teams drag & drop

    Thumbnail previews in Microsoft Teams integration with Box are currently limited to items shared from Box (either through a shared link or the "Share from Box" content picker button), but not on the Upload from desktop functionality within Teams.
    When a file is uploaded via Teams (and a lot of our users use Drag & Drop) the thumbnail preview should be possible

18. Add Signature field to Box Forms

    It would be helpful to be able to include a signature field for a Box form submission. In cases where a user submits a purchase request form, we'd like to also show that they have signed/approved the information being passed (which is something we currently do when a user fills out the form and signs before submission to the procurement team). Being able to include a signature field in the form would save users multiple steps and closely approximate the experience of filling out a form and signing it.

    In Box Automate, I created a custom extract agent and selected a source folder. However, after reviewing the run history, I noticed that only the files in the top-level source folder are processed, while files in subfolders are ignored. I would like the ability to select a source folder and have the agent automatically include all subfolders within it or give you the option to include them.

    We currently have a couple scenarios where we would like to run extraction on existing files and folders in a parent folder retroactively, not just new uploads.

20. In my Salesforce Org we have Box managed package installed, some apex classes as part of package are using account and contact name fields

    n my Salesforce Org ha we have Box managed package installed, some apex classes as part of package BoxAILWCControllerEnhancedTests, BoxFileService are using account and contact name fields in soql queries with like operators which is blocking us from encrypting those fields using shield platform encrption in salesforce as The operator like is not supported on an encrypted field

    Can we modify the apex classes to stop filtering by like operator
